He was claiming that because of the titanium around my phone, the knock of screens will sometimes not work as well. But when I come back only to find out nothing was done?!! This place was recommended to me, and to be honest, I'm usually a bit nervous about going to repair shops like this, but I decided to give it a try. It turned out to be a very pleasant experience. The service was friendly and honest. There was a very kind guy working there who speaks both English and Russian, which is a big plus for people who don't speak English very well. I simply handed over my phone without even explaining what had happened. I was pleasantly surprised by how clearly and honestly they explained the pricing system and how they diagnose the issue. Then they clearly told me what the actual problem was, explained what they did, and how they fixed it -- that was incredibly valuable to me. I will definitely continue going to this shop and will recommend it to all my friends. Thank you so much for your work! One more thing I found very meaningful -- they have a motto from Colossians 3:23, and it really helped me understand why everything was done at such a high level.
