I had a "Ghost in the Machine"...Iphone 4... tried all day and the previous night to get rid of it. 3 Minutes with a tech and it was gone! I've got to say, the greeting process SUX! All the attendants were working with other people, so I wasn't greeted at the door.... and then stood in line for 5 minutes before anyone said anything to me. Don't get me wrong... every single person looked up, looked me in the eyes (some even smiled), and then they all went back to work... no one said "Hello" or "We will be with you in a moment"... until after I had been there for 5 minutes. However, once I was serviced (and it was an easy fix), everything was great... and they didn't charge me. But the customer service issue, has gaps in the plan and needs to be addressed. 3 STARS read more

Horrible Service. Manager doesn't care nor knows of his products They have two options with this store which is to do what they say or cancel. Some guy at store was so angry he was pounding on the table which is no surprised compared to the business they do here. If I weren't a loyal ATT Customer I would have cancelled on the spot. I received really great customer service at this AT&T store. A representative walked right up to me as I stepped through the doors and quickly assisted me with a problem I was having with att.com, all while being friendly and professional. They even walked me through my available plan options to make sure I was satisfied with my phone and service. Having worked in the retail industry, I can definitely identify and appreciate good customer service. read more

On my God I walked into this place in a very large man with a sweater vest pounced on me not listening to a word I said in regards to what I needed. I lasted about two minutes and walked out of there I will go to WWW.Newegg.com to get what I need. read more

The GF stopped by to get her Iphone upgraded (yes, she's one of those sheep). The wait was only about 5-10 minutes and from there, it was seamless. The lady who helped us was friendly and informative. We were on our way out within 15 minutes - and that's a win in my book! read more

Having freeze issues with my 1 year old iPhone. Went to the store where I purchased that phone and three others at the same time. Talk to the girl and asked if she'd heard any problems with the phones freezing since the new update. She said no, looked at her coworker and asked him if he heard anything to which he replied no. She then grabbed a piece of paper and gave me an 800 number and said call customer service. Um, I thought YOU were customer service? My husband & I were trying to get some things situated with our personal phones & our business phone/internet; going in to the store, we were frustrated with AT&T because we had been told totally different information by 3 AT&T reps when dialing the 800 number & when stopping into a dealer (not AT&T corporate) store. Needless to say, after this store visit, our faith in AT&T was immediately restored. We were greeted immediately, & then assigned a customer service rep to help us with our needs; George was great, got all of our personal phone stuff taken care of, & then went over some solutions for our business. He then get our contact info so their small business rep could take care of us from there. If everything pans out with the changes to our business, we will be saving about $70 a month with the changes he suggested. On top of all of the great AT&T related service they provided, they were seriously awesome with our 5 month old; they were googly facing him & laughing with him & just giving him all the attention that you could imagine. So, we were impressed with the service & the overall joy that staff members seemed to have. We live about one & a half hours from this store, but it's a no-brainer that we will be taking care of all of our business there in the future. read more

Staff have been honest with what I can expect on my bills, they have called ATT with me to resolve issues, and stepped up to the plate to ensure success when resolving issues with AT&T's customer support/billing. I would probably avoid this location. I haven't been there in a year but when I was last in they had great and professional staff, that's no more. I knew it wasn't going to be good when the guy in there who looks like he should be working at somewhere like Cabela's addressed me as "Bud". I've been in AT&T stores all over the country and never been addressed as "Bud" before, not even in Texas or Oklahoma. There's more but you can't even contact AT&T on their website because they seem to have no way to submit any kind of complaint on there. I wonder why... read more
