Walked in to the store where 3 different employees were busy with customers. I browsed around the store and just waited for someone either to greet me or tell me that they would be with me shortly. Never happened. Went and sat down for about 5 minutes before I decided enough time had passed. 15 minutes in the store without acknowledgment is pretty wild to me. read more

Salesperson playing on her phone counting the minutes of as not going to stay a minute past 8 for the sale of three upgrades on phones. Just got off the phone with this location. I spoke with Mary, she was a great help! Very friendly and very patient with me as she helped me through my issue. Before this I had visited 2 stores and called 3 others, my experiences were great but my problem was never solved! As a last try before giving up I called and spoke with Mary who quickly and effectively was able to provide me with many options so I could choose the one the worked best for me and was able to resolve my issue with ease! Super helpful employees. I was having difficulty getting the answers I needed from the main ATT customer service number. I called the Tezel store to quickly talk to a human and got some initial help first over the phone, then (after another hour of fails with the main ATT customer service number), when I went to the store. Their in-store employees totally could have given me another phone number to call and wished me luck (as had happened with other companies), but for them to be able to navigate their phone system and get me on the line with someone in ATT customer service who could resolve my complicated internet issue makes it 5 star worthy in my book. Yes, it's a small store. Yes, I almost walked out when I saw one employee and a line of 5 customers before me. But I'm glad I stayed for what turned out to be a relatively short wait time. read more

AT&T ON Tezel Rd ! Screwed me on my prepay account ! They told me It was my fault ! Employee asked is It $45,00 ! I paid the amount ! Then tried to call out to people ? Would not go work ! Went back they said I did pay enough ? I got pissed off told them off ! Then left ! Returned back told them I wanted a refund !!! They said they can not as for there manager stated ! It is in a special pre pay account ! Can not refunded ! Bull Shit ! You all just lost all my family members ! Never will return ! Plus no military discount on this account !! I had to get a new phone, went in relatively early and was helped by Fabian. He was tremendously kind and helpful throughout the process, very knowledgeable and answers any questions I had about different brands of phone and their respective models. I ended up getting a new phone and he helped me solve all the issues involved in switching phone brands. The next day I returned to ask some questions, Fabian remembered me and once again made the entire process incredibly easy! read more

This is the worst location in San Antonio. Not only is the quality of service but extremely poor but their store hours aren't even accurate. Today, I sat in the parking lot for 30 minutes waiting for them to return from their lunch hour. How unprofessional! I wouldn't give this place even half a star. This isn't the first time I've had to wait for a long time because usually the workers don't even assist people properly so it takes way longer to complete transactions in comparison to other locations I've visited. If this location weren't 2 miles away from my home, I would never even consider coming here but at this point, I might as well make the 30 minute drive to a different location so I can get some decent customer service. Went in ready to upgrade. Sales associate had daughter with her. She told me I could upgrade. they sell Samsung And ATT. Told me one price for each walked back to register and went on her cell phone . I was the only person in the place did not know my options and needed info. On what the differences were. Walked right out and upset with the customer service less than poor! Didn't feel as if she was even receptive, responsive or interested in making a sale. Friendly customer service and a very knowledgeable employee, she helped me upgrade my phone in under an hour. She explained multiple packages and scenarios about the specials to my mom and was very patient with her. This is a small store so there were only 2 employees but they tackled everyone who came in rather quickly. I noticed the reviews are not so good here, so I was hesitant to come to this one, but I must say those reviews are outdated and I was helped quickly, efficiently, and very politely. read more

The staff was SO helpful and polite, truly amazing! They took time to explain options and make sure I was getting the services I needed. I was able to upgrade my phone and get all the accessories in one spot! I even splurged for an Apple watch because of a promotion. DO NOT GET AT&T if you are in this area!! THIS HAS BEEN A NIGHTMARE! They took over a month to install service, and dug a whole in my backyard and did not fix it until 2 weeks later! And now we are still having to call every 2 weeks to get a technician! read more
