Today I had a very smooth experience here at AT&T in San Bernardino. To start with, there wasn't a line so I was helped right away. The sales rep who took care of me today was, Nallely G. She was extremely transparent with all the information I received regarding a new line and other services ATT offers. With her help I was able to secure a new line at a very very reasonably low price. 10/10 experience. Definitely would recommend. read more

The employees out right LIE! My wife had a 3 year old Google pixel that the battery expanded and separated the case/glass. We immediately came to this location on 9-14. Jesus seemed very helpful and said a few times how honest he was. My wife's pixel has an office assistant built in that eliminated spam/telemarketer calls. Jesus assured her that the new Samsung Galaxy S25 ultra did the same thing. He said he was the Samsung pro. My wife drank the kool aid and took the phone based on his recommendation. She also bought the new Samsung watch. On the 15th my wife called Jesus and complained that the Samsung did NOT STOP CALLS. After searching on line for instructions, my wife's new phone DID NOT have the settings called out in the instructions. My wife told him she wanted to exchange the Samsung for the Pixel. Jesus said she would have to wait until Tuesday to see Daniel the manager. Today is Tuesday and Daniel said he could exchange the day old phone for a restocking fee. He said it was AT&T policy. When asked to return the Samsung watch because Daniel answered "it should" work with the Pixel I fucking lost my shit. I had to go sit in the car and let my wife deal with her phone. She is the techie, I am not. Neither of these employees know what they are talking about. DO NOT TRUST THEM. And FYI, Jesus is relocating to the San Diego area AT&T so be aware. I will be writing to AT&T directly. Hard lesson to learn if the phone you choose fails to deliver what the employee tells you it will do you are paying a 75 dollar restock fee. read more

Went in for help transferring a phone number to a new phone bought and the rep was more worried about trying to sell me a different product rather than help me with what was asked of him. He claims he can't resolve the issue after I spent 30 mins w tech support and was instructed to go in store in the first place. Literally in the store as I type this. Have been here for the last 10 minutes and the woman who is working has not even addressed me. Talk about poor customer service! There is another customer that was here before me. She's standing and you can tell that she can't stand for long periods of time. No telling how long she has been here. They either need to hire more help or train the employees they do have on customer service. I came in to the store so I could terminate a line for a tablet that I don't need. The first issue that occurred was that AT&T terminated my cell phone line instead of the tablet line. After several calls and more trips to the store the issue was finally resolved. However, the story doesn't end there. While there the staff assured me that switching plans would save me a considerable amount of money. In order to do so what they proposed was adding a line that would get me into a cheaper "family plan". We did not need a third line, but I agreed, hoping that I was being told the truth. The rep created the third line and gave me the sim card for it. His instructions were to put it in my phone about once a month and make a call or two.....Sounded fishy, but ok, I went for it. Couple weeks later I get my bill and it's $45.00 higher than it's ever been. Even without the now canceled tablet. This new sim card is costing me $86.00 per month. These guys work off a commission plan. Their goal is to sell every needless piece of crap they can. I finally got the sim card line removed from my account today. My advice is to stay far, far away from this place. They will take you for every dime they can get. read more

1/5. Jesus who I talked to prior to coming Into this store that I would NOT like to open another line with purchasing a new phone and keep the same phone number. I am a new phone buyer so I trusted him to help me and lead me through the process of buying a new phone with keeping the same number. He had offered for me to purchase an Apple Watch, which I specifically asked if it would create a new line and he made it seem like it wasn't, so I trusted him. But After leaving I noticed the watch did created a new line, i had called him and asked if it created a new line and in his words "yeah that's exactly what you did" when he made it seem I wouldn't. It seems he did not care about creating a new line, which I specified about but to add to my visit, I had purchased AirPods IN FULL, in store that day, but instead he put it on my bill, so I payed for AirPods in full and still got it the full AirPods price on my bill. Okay..... I had the BEST experience here with the manager Matt, I have never had such a breezy visit at an At&t deler ever. He was extremely helpful and made sure I understood all of my options. He ended up helping me upgrade my mother's phone as well as my boyfriend's phone. His store didn't have the phone we requested in stock so, he drove out of his way to another store to make sure we got the phones we wanted. He was extermely knowledgeable and had a solution for all of my issues and concerns. I don't usually write paragraphs about my experiences but I am more then pleased with Matt's work. I am EXTREMELY happy with my visit today, I highly recommended this place to all my friends and family. Thank you Matt for all your help!!!!! read more

Walked in employee was on her phone and did not acknowledge my existence. I wanted to buy a phone for my daughter for her birthday. I asked employee "Christina" if I could borrow a pen which I needed to sign the birthday card, without hesitation she replied i don't have any pens and I'm not going to the back to get one as she proceeded to rudely continue using her phone. The staff there is lazy. I went in with some questions about how transfer over to them from my current carrier. And the associate helping had no answers for me. I asked her to get the manager and he wants much help either. They were to busy talking about there weekend plans.There were no other customers in the store so I know they weren't busy. i would avoid at&t!! stay away from them!! my father just passed away and i wanted to turn off his cell phone. i called and spoke with them three different times and all they would tell me is they need a death certificate. i asked all three times, i called, if his cell service could be suspended or put on hold-at&t refused. today i was able to get the death certificate, went to this location at 12pm. the rep was willing to help-until the pizza and soda arrived!! once the office pizza party was going to start he shut down and told me i had to go to another at&t location for assistance!! i said really- but i am here now with his death certificate?!? the rep said, "yes sorry but i can't help you." i drove across town to the at&t location on orange show road. the rep in that location told me that this location on university could have taken care of this for me!! i am so disgusted and appalled at how the people at this location gave me the brush off because it was pizza party time!! avoid at&t!! avoid them!! there are plenty of other cell phone companies to use!! read more

Online stated free iPhone if signing up with a chosen unlimited plan. Called my local store to ask if they were offering same promotion in store. A male answered phone and asked him if the iPhone was being offered for free as it is online. He said yes and that everything online is the same as in store. Not so much free and was told I was going to be charged an actual 10 dollars/ month on top of my unlimited plan for phone when it was suppose to be free. That was the first lie. Female (stephany fagoth) that helped me in store took nearly over an hour to sign me up. What fails me the most is that yes they lied about promotion, but also added accessories such as screen protector, wireless charger, and phone protector without my consent. Receipt has these items listed and were definitely charged and were not included in price as she stated. To resolve this issue I tried returning my phone because it is within the 14 days. I was told I had to pay restocking fee. I couldn't believe I had to pay a restocking fee. I guess I must pay at the cost of her lies. Things are going to get bad before it gets better. I would never understand these deceiving snakes who work for a legitimate business who don't understand that lying to your customers isn't the way to gain business. Why bight the hand that feeds you. Not to mention customer service over the phone. Good luck trying to resolve issues with them. Repeated phone calls because they hang up on you or make excuses that my phone has to much static, wait times averaging near 30 minutes+ Better luck next time! I can hear it rattling read more

Terrible customer service. Each and every time I go in the store I wait and the associates don't care. They are only there for new plans (commission work) . Don't waste your time there you get much better service calling on the phone the corporate customer service number. Be careful with offers and deals also , they always find a way out of buy one get one offers or plan buy outs. read more

Worst AT&T location I've ever been to. It makes sense after my visit I found out it was not a corporate location.... that means they do whatever the heck they want pretty much. The manager told me to come back and speak to him in regards to a specific issue if I needed to and funny thing is they keep telling me he is on vacation until today I haven't been able to get a hold of him and it's been over 4 weeks. Came in to pay a bill and wasn't greeted with a hello. The girl was quick to say her systems are down and didn't even ask me what I needed. I went back in to ask if the other stores systems were down and the guy with tattoos came out from the back and asked me what I needed, once I told him I was here to pay a bill he offered to try it and it worked. I rate him 5 stars but I rate the short girl and the store -2 stars. I work doing the same thing and her attitude wouldn't be welcomed to work for my store. Fix it. read more
