    Located in a plaza off University Parkway. Plenty of parking available. We came here to drop off our two boxes that we had because we save $30 if we stream the shows on the Spectrum app. Don't know why we took so long to switch to live streaming instead. My hubby likes the option to record and watch later. I'm looking forward to enjoy the live stream now. The employee didn't take long to input that we returned our cable boxes. Easy peasy! Thanks Spectrum!

    Does anyone know what time this facility closes? My cable box went out right at 5pm and of course everything closes at 5 so was wondering.

There are hidden fees they didn't tell me about, if or when I might cancel! They didn't mention that when you cancel, they are going to charge you a $50.00 RESTOCKING FEE! Also, make sure if you cancel and have to return their equipment that you save the Tracking number for the items, I canceled on July 16 2025, a month later the emailed me and said that I still owed them $147.99, when I finally was able to talk to a person, she told me I stilled owed for the last month and I hadn't returned my equipment, thankfully I still had the UPS receipt and gave her the tracking number, so that dropped to bill down to $97.99! I can't understand why they can't get this all together at one time instead of doing over a 2-month period! I certainly do not like the way FRONTIER does business, and I will never do business with them again!

Frontier does not offer email service. 2. Frontier was the exact same cost per month as Spectrum with mobile phone service included from another carrier, currently provided by Spectrum. 3. Frontier billed me for 2 months, $185, when I cancelled service after 3 days and disconnected their modem. 4. No legitimate customer service is available at Frontier phone lines. Not one single Frontier representative informed me of the reason my account was billed two months, because porting the land line number back to Spectrum from Frontier in their minds, justifies billing me for two months, and sending my delinquent payment to collections, rather than serving the customer, with appropriate billing for 3 days of service provided.

    Apparently before we moved to the high desert, Frontier Communications bought a lot of what had…read morebeen Verizon infrastructure (wiring, poles, switch networks, etc.) as well as presumptive customer base, almost nationally. I gather that for the most part Verizon just wanted to get out of that business for some reason. In theory I am fine with that concept since I fired verizon for consistent overcharging for cell service and selling me products I did not need. But I did not have internet nor TV cable service from them. I am kind of glad I did not, but I was not that impressed with Comcast Cable either, where I used to live. Once moving to the desert and after signing a contract with frontier in 92345 zip code for $55 per month (basic cable TV and internet) I discovered that Frontier never provides service for that amount. "Sur-charges" including "broadcast TV" amount to $25 and the router and DVR each cost about $17 per month. Apparently the field service people discourage using your own router/modem since it is convenient to blame that unit for anything that goes wrong. At least comcast did not expect everyone to rent their routers. In any case my current billing base rate is $126 and I do not recall having made a contract which approved that amount. Maybe it is their "new" price after the 2 year introductory rate or something. An "introductory price" is basically an excuse to bait-and-switch and appears to be a common industry tactic. Meanwhile we have supposedly 200Mbit fiber optic internet service; never mind that "fiber optic" does not determine the SPEED of the connection (rather the endpoints do) and other reviews I have seen suggest similar displeasure with "faster" gigabit-service which I assume is even more expensive and apparently does not deliver either. I did try to contact frontier about their deceptive advertising and exorbitant billing rate (and we have the cheapest cable TV service they sell), which is still priced beyond what it is worth. Obviously someone is making money. Engine net searches suggest that Frontier has actually been in chapter 11 since about 2010 and despite that continues to provide service. Obviously they do not have to do a very good job of it, since they have virtual monopolies in the areas were cities have made deals with them I guess. Our local alternative appears to be Spectrum but I do not think their reputation is any better. I would be interested in other opinions about this set of issues.
