Where do I begin? My fiancée went in person this past Saturday to add me to his line. He spoke to the female manager, I believe Jen, and Axel the sales rep. No issues there, but I was still undecided if I wanted to be added or have my own line. So instead, he scheduled an appointment for Sunday @ 230p. He returned that day and was assisted by Ricardo (Ricky). It was emphasized that I was transferring my number, trading in my phone, and being added to my partner's plan. Instead, I received a dummy number and no trade in slip to send my phone back. My phone arrived the next day and it ended up with me being 2 hours on the phone with customer service figuring out how to correct all the mistakes that were made by this store. Long story short, UPS is picking up the phone tomorrow to be sent to the return center, and my fiancée will be canceling the line. Next time, I am just doing it online. What a waste! SMH. read more

I have been with AT&T many years. I added my kids to my plan it took a month to get everything worked out as they didn't tell me all the fee's. I was having trouble with my phone that I purchased from AT&T, they said " they couldn't help. I asked how much more to add another phone. He was wrong on the monthly charge by 3 x the amount and the new phone doesn't work. I went to get help with the bill and schedule a appointment. Now they are telling me to go to the apple store. The service sucks. Staffing the sales floor with enough people to service people in a timely matter is not an option. Be ready to wait. Then if you do get help, they push to sell you stuff you don't want. Even call you a week later to see if you want to buy the things you said no too. Top it off, don't trust them when they say the items you order will ship or arrive on time. I was told it would take two days for it to ship and now I'm waiting 20 days. Showed up at 9:05 am and waited until 9:20am and no one ever opened the store. Five to six people were waiting outside. Store hours for a Monday show opening at 9am. We spent two hours at this store trying to get a FirstNet account set up and the discount that corporate AT&T said we had to go in person to achieve (to show proof). The manager has no idea what she's doing even while she'll talk to you in total confidence as if she knows. Today I accomplished our account set up on the phone and they told me she made a number of mistakes and also told us inaccurate things, such as that we couldn't buy a phone at Costco and still get a FirstNet discount. Overall, AT&T demonstrates again and again that one hand doesn't know what the other is doing. But the worst is the people who misguide you and aren't open to real learning. That's this place. They pride themselves on being the "corporate store" but they don't even have the signage for their phones out so you can see the specs. Two of them were missing on their iPhone 17s and they showed no motivation to fix it. Unfortunately we weren't able to achieve anything after two hours - the FirstNet account and discount, the opening of a new line, and the purchase of a new phone. That store's loss. Wow! What a great experience I had today at this location. I was assisted by Rafael, he was absolutely patient, professional, knowledgeable, and accommodating. I went in today to check out other plans to see if I could save money, and possibly upgrade my phone. He compared other plans to my current one, and helped me make a decision. I asked him more than 21 questions, ha! I Probably asked the same question In different ways just to make sure I understood. I think he asked me great questions to ensure I was getting what I wanted. He was very personable, I appreciated his genuine connection. I walked out of there with a big smile and new phone. I felt like he went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied. Thank you Rafael for your great customer service and expertise. I recommend this location to everyone! Each time I've stopped by, everyone has always been so welcoming. I've worked retail for 30 years and never dealt with a more dishonest manager as Dimitri . I went in for a phone case. He said he could save me $5 if I switch to Business plan. And use an "emergency connection dives" it's a phone He also said "at AT&T all plans are unlimited" Then all of a sudden his "emergency connection device" phone. only has 50 gig. We had a great experience! My husband and went in to switch our service from Verizon. Edgar helped us and he was GREAT! We live out towards the coast with satellite Internet which is awful!! After a recent experience that my mom had at this location, our family will avoid this store and go to any other local one. My mom wanted a phone upgrade. She looked into the newer phones and did some research and finally decided an iPhone would be best for her. She went into this store and was helped by a man named Juan. She was excited to finally be upgrading phones. She went in with a smile, came out befuddled. He was negative, rude, condescending, and anything but helpful. I've been with AT&T since I was a teenager and after 18 years, this store just lost me. Whoever the young man is that works there who drives the 2023 Camry should be let go immediately. Let's go through the interaction: - He had no idea about any of the products we had questions about, chief of which was the new iPhone. Maybe it's TOO new? - when telling him I'm looking for an iPhone, he proceeds to try to sell me hard on samsung. Even through my obligations. We later find out he has an iPhone. But I'm sure it's to show everyone how much better samsung is, yeah? - gave my girlfriend immediate grief for being with T-Mobile and not AT&T. And not the fun kind. the "we want to leave could you please dial it back a notch" kind. We later find out he has verizon. Maybe he was so aggressive because he's leading everyone to a treasure he cannot, himself, possess? - when we told him we just left T-Mobile and their prices are cheaper he boasted "but yeah, we're AT&T!" We later find out through side comments he's not sure how much longer he's gonna be there. But... you're AT&T, man! Surely you're the best? Maybe? - when I expressed I didn't really feel taken care of by AT&T he switched into a passive aggressive hyper-professional demeanor as a response to what felt like us inconveniencing him by having legitimate questions and long-standing concerns. He knew I was upset, I knew he knew I was upset, and it was evident that fueled him to project however that made him feel on us. Well now I would like to project how that made US feel, to y'all! We crunched the numbers and it will cost me $5 more a month than what I'm paying now at t-mobile. When we left there however we felt EXTREMELY taken care of. Got all the info we wanted, asked all the same questions not pertaining to my personal bill with AT&T, and the service was the polar opposite of what we just experienced at the AT&T store. The men that work in this store are always so condescending and rarely know what they're talking about. Just walked in to talk about getting an upgrade and instead of listening to me, the guy that was supposed to be helping me chose to talk over me and double talk, which is their way of confusing you. When they do this... keep talking. It's harder to confuse someone if they say what they need to, outloud. So instead of telling me I'd get a $27 credit each month, he told me it would be added to my bill. That didn't make since because I understand how math works. So I talked about getting the phone directly from Samsung. That's when he decided to check to see how much HE would get in a trade in because he gets a deal with them. This entire exchange was a $@!+ show. Last time I walked in, they didn't even have the model I wanted to look at, but the guy who asked if I needed help let me wonder over to the display to look for it even though I had told him that's why I was there. When I approached him again he said "Oh. We only have the dummy versions (not the real phone). I was going to tell you, but you already started walking in the other direction. Right. Because in this empty store, I couldn't hear him and he certainly couldn't be bothered to follow me instead of standing there looking at the front door. Another time I was in, actually ordering a phone that I had researched and was asking a few questions and the guy actually told me that he didn't get paid extra to know anything about the phones so he just didn't. There were several employees just hanging around chatting it up with each other and there were 3 people in the que , not one of us being helped. I called the AT&T (611) and attempted to make changes to my account I found the automated system (you can speak in full sentences : close to useless) I then waited on hold 15 minutes was transferred and then on hold again total 25 minutes. Contrast that to this experience. I waited for 5 minutes (3 people were ahead of me) got Chris who gave me his card sat down reviewed my bill made the changes I asked for and gave me the best time to come back for a phone upgrade and a possible low costs iPad upgrade! This place is terrible. Very poor customer service. My wife purchased a new iphone 6, and gave the old iphone 5 to me. Omar T, seems to be the genius who helped her judging by the name on the receipt. You would think, that if someone was buying/keeping their old phone, you would not assign the same IMEI to the new phone, as that which was on the old one. Especially if that customer specifically asked you to wipe that old phone clean. Perhaps some of this was an error on my wife, by not specifying all of this into language a second grader could understand... But again then in dealing with AT&T through their online unlock request (multiple times), and through multiple phone calls (like 5 or 6) no one could seem to figure out WTF was wrong... So I went into the AT&T store on Saint Rose Ave. today to take care of a concern that I had noticed an extra charge on my plan that I wasn't familiar with. Alejandro was on it and he discovered a few items that were added to my program but I wasn't familiar with I had him delete the two items that were added obviously by an algorithm saving me approximately $60 a month. Shout out to Alejandro thanks buddy I'll be back for all my needs. I owe Metro pcs an apology because I have had the worst cell phone experience yet again because I am a past att client and I left for similar reasons. Customer service was terrible as well as knowledge of product and procedure. Working with management to resolve things only made it worse. This is not the place you want to plan to make a 'quick stop'. You will be waiting around for quite awhile, so plan on getting a smoothie at Juice Shack, and THEN signing in at AT&T. Yes, you have to sign up for your turn. There is only one bench to sit on, which has been occupied every time I've been there. I have always received good service here. The staff is well-groomed and educated about the products and services AT&T offer. They also seem to be genuinely proud to be working there. read more

BEWARE of ATT! I added a phone to an existing account. Went to the ATT store to do the transaction. The clerk added my new number to the existing number, creating a "unlimited starter". Then added the other cell number to my new number to create a second account- So I was billed at twice the rate-2 completely different plans for the same 2 cell phones. I have called 7 times to correct this-you will talk to nice people, in the Philippines who will not correct the problem. I spoke to someone in Georgia and she figured out what the clerk did and corrected it, so my Sept bill was ok. My new Oct bill has the duplicate plans yet again, and the nice Philippine lady thinks she corrected it. I can not express my disappointment enough-and to have a call center located outside of the USA. Yikes! read more

The person who eventually helped me was friendly and helpful. The store is woefully understaffed. Walk in a given them your name. It is not unusual to wait more than an hour for 1 person in front of you. There are no restrooms- you are told to go to the adjoining establishments. When I was there, mid day during the week, they didn't have enough places for waiting people to sit. I couldn't figure out how to make an appointment on the website so I made one at the store. They set me up with a new hot spot. Was supposed to be 50 gigs, was 10 gigs at $80/month. We never discussed anything like that. I went to return the hot spot router and that's when they mentioned a $45 restocking fee. I guess that's one (very shady and shameful) way to make money. Well over $300 for 50 gigs for a hot spot. Ridiculous. I asked to speak to the manager and then the person who would help me left and had not come back. Only 1 employee was in the building helping guests and when we asked if they would be open past 8pm to help those of us waiting, he responded "no, I'm going home". Terrible customer service. Then a women appeared and walked right into the store, without realizing she was an employee the line of customers said "there's a line" and then she snapped her head around to say "I work here and if you want help you'll let me go in!" I understand these times are difficult but to treat people in this manner who are waiting to spend a lot of money with your business is absolutely unacceptable.
