I understand that there was an increase in price as every thing has increased due to inflation and that is fine (included photo is of their price increase). But the gentleman that I'm not used to seeing there kept pressuring me to upgrade my screen protector since he stated that they no longer carry the one I had on my phone any more and as he searched for it I was able to see that they have two of the screen protector that I had on my phone. This constant up selling and the constant pressure was making me very uncomfortable about the situation. According to the gentleman that handled my case I can either upgrade for an additional $40.00 or downgrade my screen protector. I did not have the additional funds for the upgrade so I needed up down grading this screen protector even though I had seen the screen protector in their drawer. This deceptive practice of forcing the consumer to upgrade for a significant increase in price or to downgrade the protection threat was not appropriate nor appreciated. I think I might have to start looking for another replacement screen protective device from another company and I'd advise that others do the same or face the possibility of them trying to pressure you to upgrade for a enormous fee or downgrade your protection even though they have your screen protector in their drawers - as it appears that they use the deceptive practices of bait and switch.

I recently dropped my iPhone and was in need of a new screen protector for my replacement (so thankful for insurance!) I know I can purchase a screen protector on line and save some $$$, but I wanted to buy it in the store so a profession could put it on my phone and avoid bubbles and finger prints. The sales associate less than enthusiastically agreed to put the screen protector on my phone and said he'd try to put the camera lens cover on. He got the screen protector on (with what appears to be lint included on the edges). I had to ask for a cleaning cloth to try myself to smooth the edges. After working a few minutes I asked for assistance. The manager on duty rubbed on it with his fingers (leaving smudges) and said, sometimes the humidity does that. Really?! No, you all did a bad job!!! In addition, the lens cover he sold me was the wrong size (and they didn't have the correct size in stock). Of course, that was refunded. However, if the associate would have listened to me when I told him what phone I had....he would not have inventory he could not sell (because he opened it and tried to install it). At least he realized it and didn't stick it on my phone anyway. To top it off...I had to ask for a receipt. Isn't it normal to ask the customer if they want a receipt? The customer service is clearly lacking!!!

My screen had minor cracks in it before, and I say minor because the screen was fully functioning albeit cracked. Upon return to me the front screen was missing CHUNKS, misaligned, jagged and sharp and no longer worked at all. The employee told me that the phone was "Unpreparable" and needed replacement, he even said that the front screens on the folds can be "very difficult". This led to me having to be on hold with the insurance agency for more than an hour and arguing with them about why I shouldn't have to pay the $400 deductible for a replacement. The service from both the employees was polite, nothing about them was unprofessional in general etiquette and interaction. Though if the employees would of informed me before that they would not be able to do the service instead of breaking my phone even further and shrugging about it... I wouldn't be leaving this review. Not only that when he told me the repair was "difficult" that states that he knew before he started that he may not of been able to do the service. Just say something to the customer and save yourself the trouble. There is no shame in knowing the limits of your abilities, especially if it pertains to an expensive item in need of repair. The shame is breaking the item further and having to nonchalantly present an "oh well" attitude about somebodies hard earned property being in worse condition than they left it for repair.

I came in here to see if there's an upgrade for my router because I would get spotty coverage at places because of the density population and was upgraded to the new style which enable me to get approximately 350 ish mbps second which I am very happy about. Definitely would recommend here the only negative thing I would say about here would be parking is a little tight but that's really nothing. I cannot remember the associate that helped me but I snapped a picture of her and to let you know she is a very patient person. Ask for her if you step in here.

After signing the contract and paying approximately $260 (reduced from ~$320 due to a $60 trade-in credit), the store discovered a screen defect on my iPhone 12 and devalued the trade-in after the agreement was completed. Because of this, I did not receive the second watch associated with the promotion. I asked to cancel and re-run the transaction so I could keep my phone and receive the correct promotion, but the store could not provide a clear answer. I was later asked to turn in my phone before fully activating the new devices. I requested and received written confirmation that my phone would not be erased or shipped without prior communication. Despite this, the phone was erased and shipped anyway, without contacting us. After weeks of unanswered calls and unfulfilled promises from this store, our lines were canceled, we were billed for a watch plan we did not have, and our bill increased significantly. Only after escalating through T-Mobile customer support were the issues finally corrected. Unfortunately, the phone was already gone. Customer support was helpful. This store was not. Document everything if you choose to work with this location.
