    DONT TAKE ANY ELECTRONICS TO THIS PLACE!…read more I call them to take my Nintendo switch for a charger issues ( as you can see my screen was working I have picture of 2 days before I took it there) I called them on Wednesday night last week they say it would of take 3 hours to fixed I told them was going to be there next day in the morning, when I get there they say it would of take 2-3 days FIRST LIED I told them is just the charger because I was using it and the charger start having problems they say $120 and I can come get it on Friday 3 days after I never received a call so I call them , and the guy on the phone say they need 3 more day! I told them no I was coming to pick up my Nintendo, and he called me 10mim after that and say they were waiting on a part and it was gonna be ready next day ( second lied) next day they called me and he say the screen was the problem that they fixed the charger but my screen was bad now, I told them is was working when I took it there and I went today and PICK UP my Nintendo and the guy say my Nintendo is on the warehouse and they don't have it there!! They trying still my Nintendo? They don't want give it back to me they don't give me any received this is on the SPRINGFILEND MALL AND THEY BEEN THE WORSE SERVICE I EVER HAVE IN MY LIFE. So if you take anything to this place be careful because probably they won't give it back to you. And you will feel how I feel abuse and nothing you can do.

    SCAM ALERT I called…read moreahead to ask about repairing the front glass on my iPhone 16 Pro Max. They told me there were two options -- a cheaper screen and a "premium" one for $249. When I arrived in person, they suddenly said it would be $290 and only changed the price after I reminded them of what they quoted me on the phone. They bad-mouthed other nearby phone repair kiosks, calling them "scammers" and claiming they were the only honest ones. Unfortunately, that couldn't have been further from the truth. I asked if the replacement screen would be any different from the original Apple one, and they confidently said it would be "exactly similar." After the repair, the screen was obviously not the same -- it was glitchy, ran at 60Hz instead of the original 120Hz, and had a thick black border around the display. When I pointed this out, they tried to gaslight me and insisted it was 120Hz, even though a side-by-side comparison proved otherwise. When I asked about the black border, they shrugged it off and said I "didn't specifically ask about that," as if I'm supposed to know the right technical questions to ask. I told them I didn't want the replacement and asked for my old screen back. After they reattached it, my phone screen stopped working entirely -- now it won't even turn on. Avoid this place at all costs. Dishonest pricing, poor workmanship, and zero accountability. I wish I had gone anywhere else.

After the repair, my phone developed new issues: the mouthpiece does not work properly (people can't hear me on calls), and there is a lot of noise from the speaker. When I requested a refund, it was refused. Please be careful and confirm what parts are being used before agreeing to repairs.

    SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!…read more I don't even want to give a star. I had a cracked iPhone screen. Brought it here because I had a fair experience years ago on an older iPad. I was so wrong to do that. After showing the guy my phone he quickly went to work and had the screen changed within 30 minutes. HERE IS THE PROBLEM..... After replacing it he shows me my phone which now has a message stating that it's not a genuine apple part. I ask him about it and all I get is "it's ok, it's, ok". Well it's not ok. My screen isn't working right, my battery (which I just finished charging) is half way after being on my phone for less than 20 min, and stuff that worked before EVEN WITH THE CRACKED SCREEN is no longer working. I went back the very next day to request a genuine apple part replacement and the owner basically says I'm stupid and everyone knows that you can only get apple parts from apple. NOT TRUE. I searched the internet and found a few places that do it. I'm most upset that the guy did not tell me it wasn't going to be an apple part. THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN MY DECISION, not theirs. I was planning to go back again to get another screen, after wasting almost $500. It's actually not even worth it. I want my money back. But the scam of an owner isn't going to do that. He's got it all over the receipt that all sales are final. I hope you feel good about yourself owner and repair guy.

    "ONE OF THE BEST" : A+…read more (21JAN2022 - Hint: They moved from Richmond Ave and are now at 6161 Fuller Court, and It's upstairs next to the lawyer's office) Came in to get daughter's cellphone (iPhone) battery replaced. Other person comes in at the same time looking to buy an iPhone. He starts with me, but also able to handle other person looking to buy a late model iPhone. I say she can go first, since it should be pretty quick - but ends up that he can handle us both, professionally & with courtesy. They ("Ali") definitely know what they are doing. Bright, intelligent, skilled with his hands. Says he loves his job. Had the iPhone apart and pulled the battery as quick as I can type this review. Has a new one iPhone on hand for the other customer, and talking to the other customer as she tries out their iPhone. She decides to come back since she doesn't have funds in hand, and he takes back the phone after they try it out. For me, he finishes up mine, shows me that the battery life is now 100% - and offers me a screen protector, and sure- why not (Cheap!). I have the iPhone back, and he offers to put a screen protector on my iPhone as well - no extra charge. Nice! I'm in and out in under 20 minutes total! Even as he's working with the other customer. Hard worker, good deals, knows his stuff - confident. Can highly recommend, but call first to work out the time and deal beforehand. Also, cash or paypal are best.

    Disappointing Experience at Staples Springfield, VA…read more I went to this Staples to purchase printer cartridges and possibly a new paper shredder, but my experience was very disappointing. While I was in the shredder section trying to decide which one to get, a Staples employee - who appeared to be a supervisor - walked right past me without offering any assistance. She then went over to a counter with no customers while there was only one register open and several customers waiting. When I asked if I could check out at her counter, she said "no" in an unfriendly tone. Later, she opened a register -- but only for the next customer in line, not for me. When I finally did check out, the young man at the register was also not very friendly. Overall, I felt ignored and unappreciated as a customer. I ended up paying $100 for two XL printer cartridges and left feeling frustrated. I will only go back to this location as a last resort and will certainly avoid making any major purchases here. I will also look for more affordable options for cartridges elsewhere.

    I went to the Springfield Staples to purchase two ink cartridges for my printer. I looked in the…read moreprinter cartridge section but could not find the 61XL cartridges package one (1) black ink and the other one (1) color ink - which I have purchased at this store before a couple of years ago. Since I could not locate the cartridges I went to the printing section of the store where there were two Staple employees - I stood for a couple of minutes before one of the employees asked me what I wanted. I told her and she said that her colleague working with her could help me - I stood there for approximately 10 minutes when I realized no one was going to help me. I went to the one cashier who was in the store and requested help. She acknowledged that I was waiting a long time and she used a portable communication device to ask for assistance. A women came out from a closed area of the store and asked what I wanted. I explained what I needed, she walked away toward the printer cartridge section and looked around in the same way I did when I entered the store. She found 1 black cartridge and 1 color cartridge and handed them to me - this is what you want. I explained I preferred to have a single package with the two cartridges. She said this is all we have, she then walked to a door in the front of the store, I just stood in the store and then she came out from that area and said that's all me have. I went to the cashier who was the same women whom I requested help to find the cartridges and checked out. She said she was sorry, because she knew how long I was waiting for help. The cost of the two cartridges was just under $160.00. I was surprised at the cost but purchased the two cartridges. I told the cashier that I thought it was in her best interest to look for another position because I felt her co-workers were not customer focused or a good example for her. I thanked her for her understanding. I then went home. The entire drive back home I kept thinking about my experience and by the time I got home I realized how frustrated I was from this experience. I explained to my partner what happened, he looked on Amazon and found the same two cartridges I purchased for $50.00 plus dollars cheeper and would be delivered the next day. I returned to the Staples store and returned the two cartridges I had just purchased. I shared with the same cashier employee, when I checked out, that my experience with the employees was terrible and I found that I could save over $50.00 going through Amazon. The cashier offered me the same price that Amazon posted. She tried to provide customer recovery. I thanked her for her offer; however, I shared my experience was so bad, I could not purchase anything from this store. The cashier had to have a manager approve the return because the purchase was over $100.00. Both she and I saw the manager from where we were standing. She used her communication devise asking him for assistance - he was in a conversation with a Staple employee who worked in the printing section who never responded to me when I had originally entered the store. She requested his assistance several times with no response. She ended up calling for another manager who did respond to her and he approved the returned purchases. I did tell him briefly that my experience as a customer in this Staples was unsatisfactory with the exception of the cashier whom I felt fully understood my dissatisfaction and frustration.
