The note on the door reads STOP; however, no one is sitting at the table to sign us in. My husband walked around the store so employees would know we are outside waiting. After 7 minutes, an employee leaving saw us and got someone to assist us. If you are going to have customer's wait at the door, have your employees posted at the entrance. This system is not working as this is my 2nd time here trying to get a new phone. read more

Horrible customer service. I am studying abroad in Italy currently and went to ask if my iPhone was unlocked. 1) The employee had no idea what he was talking about and was not helpful. Also he did not care because helping me would not get him any commission. 2) Said my phone was not an AT&T phone when I literally bought it at that location...turned me away and said he could not help further and to go to the apple store. Apple store checked my model and said it should be unlocked. 3) Now I am in Italy, and I went to put a new SIM in and my phone is LOCKED. Called AT&T and the lady told me that I still had $300 to pay off on my phone before it can be unlocked! Now I have paid $70 for an international day pass plus the $300 due to the ignorant worker that could have taken an extra minute out of his day to see that I still had to pay off my phone. AT&T is absolutely horrible. Can't wait to switch to another carrier. read more

I went into this AT&T Wireless store after I purchased my new iPhones at the apple store. I needed to transfer all of my old contacts to my new iPhone from my old (other carrier) Katana. I was worried they might put me to the end of the line since I wasn't purchasing anything. It was pretty busy in the store, but because it was iPhone 3GS launch day, the place was fully staffed and more! I walked in and was greeted right away. They were happy to hook up my phones and transfer over the contacts. In addition, I asked about a teacher discount for my service. They were happy to look into it and then apply a 15% discount to my plan right then and there! I was really pleased with how helpful everyone was at this store even though they were busy with 'paying' new customers. It's a real sign of customer service of how good your employees are on a busy busy day. read more

He made he whole process easy and we were able to have a new phone up and running in about thirty minutes. The wait times at a Disney theme park is quicker than this store . The store is severely understaffed. Came in for a return waited almost 2 hours with only two people in front of me. Mostly everyone walked in left . I appreciate the two guys that stuck it out to help who they could. I want to also mention - To the female representative that night you can't decide when you are available to help customers , and when you are "busy". I like how when I asked you a question you quickly brushed me off during my long wait ,but after two gentleman that just walked in (Did not sign in for queue) you became immediately available to assist to closing time . read more

This is the second time I came to this location. And I'm guessing because I am young and an African-American women they did not want to do service quickly. I don't want to make assumptions but the other patrons waiting looked different and older than me. I stood in line and waited with other people who also did walk-in's. I've watched them multiple times skip over me with people who had walk-in appointments and just looked at me and refused to help me when I asked him multiple times that I was willing to wait and wanted an estimated time for when I can get help. I would recommend going to another AT&T who would be willing to help everyone with eagerness, instead of just watching you and letting you wait without telling you anything. read more

I went in there today to try to add a new line to my service and purchase a new phone for my daughter and I talked to someone for 5 min and they told me it would be a short wait since they were attending someone else before me. After a long period of unsolved issues from atnt customer services I went to the cooperate store located at town center sugar land I met Mr.Geraldo and explained him the issues and then he called his manager Mr.Eric and they understood the whole scenario and unsolved problems that I was going thru they took care of everything immediately and helped me with their utter best. I am extremely pleased with their concern's towards customer fraustation when the atnt customer service on phone could not solve the problem. I brought my grandma into the store to discuss her bill and potentially end her plan with ATT and add her to my family plan. After being immediately greeted Harrison helped us and listened to her concerns about her current plan, he reviewed her account and monthly usage and presented her with the option of a different plan that would cost her half of what she was already paying. He patiently helped her through the whole process start to finish. He truly cared to listen to her and research her plan to find a resolution, awesome service! Not to mention the great location and how well kept the store is! All of the other employees were pleasant and friendly as well! read more

Useless, unhelpful employees make this store a discredit to the brand. My wife and I loaded up our 3 month old and went to this store because her work was making her transfer her phone from a corporate billing to a personal billing account or ending the phone service in 5 days. Accordingly, both of us needed to be there to authorize the transfer of her number to my account. We went in with explicit instructions that stated "if there are any questions about the authorization to transfer the billing from [her employer] to a private account, have the AT&T representative call this number..." The employee we talked to looked up the phone number, which was of course on a corporate billing account along with hundreds of other employees, and, predictably, saw that there was no mention of my wife in particular. Accordingly, he said, there was nothing he could do. He refused to listen to us, cut us off, and paid no attention to the exact instructions we brought to him from my wife's employer. He was absolutely worthless and made a waste of our time after we had planned all week to take this transfer in and do the transfer in person so as to not mess it up. We tried to have this done at Best Buy, but they said that only AT&T stores can change anything having to do with corporate billing accounts... apparently that isn't even true. We will never return to this store and let the staff know as much as we left. We got a shoulder shrug. So this review is my giving this AT&T store the finger. I'll be contacting corporate. If you're reading this, don't waste your time. read more

Friendly staff that does not try to sell you unneccessary BS! I went to this store to purchase a new iPhone for my husband and merge our accounts together. The whole process was so quick and easy; it took less than 15 minutes!!! The rest of the time the sales associate, Jewel (awesome person!) was answering all the questions that my husband and I had regarding our new family plan that we switched over to, questions regarding the warranty of the iPhone, and general iPhone questions. They were never rushed nor did they rush us and most of all they weren't pushy trying to get us to buy all the extra BS that some mobile companies try to sell - THANK GOD! I'm definitely glad we came to this store to make such a large (large i our family) purchase! This store is terrible. The service takes too long. The girl who finally waited in me was standing at the desk forever looking at her iPad before she finally called my name. Then she was not really helpful just referred me to Apple because the phone I purchased through Att has a microphone issue. It says online you can return a phone for issues within 30 days. It evidently not it's only 14 days. Who wants to pay 800 dollars for a phone that doesn't work properly? read more

We saw an AT&T commercial advertising an upgrade to the iPhone 5 for only $99 (when you trade in your current smartphone). I guess advertising really does work - we were at the store within an hour from seeing that commercial! We signed in and then there was a good long wait before we were helped. Good thing for me, there was a demo iPad that had someone's phone number and so random people were texting this person. I entertained myself chatting with this guy for 20-30 minutes. Finally Donna came to assist us and she was GREAT! She is very knowledgeable and friendly, and made it well worth the wait time. My boyfriend is not eligible for an upgrade yet, so Donna suggested that I give him my iPhone 4 and use his iPhone 3G as my trade-in. And of course she helped us with all the transferring of info from both of our phones. Awesome! read more

I am a loyal customer with Verizon, had to go into this store with my sister while we were out running errands, I was in SHOCK how AT&T employees are allowed to treat PAYING CUSTOMERS! My sister was in there to give them money to upgrade her phone & the service rep we had couldn't even look us in the eyes or stop smacking his gum or even speak clearly!! This kind of terrible customer service was just foreign to me. My sister is switching onto my Verizon plan after this experience. First of all I live over 100 miles from this store. Went in last night to get two new tablets and a smart phone. We sign in and the host tells us "4 people are ahead of you." So we look around and an hour passes and people that were behind us are getting their names called,so I go ask the host who is a different person now and ask him what's going on.... He tells me there are 5 people in front of me. So I told him that's not right we have been here over an hour and people that came in behind me are getting their names called. He acted like he could care less so we left. I'll never do business with this store I probably would drop AT&T altogether but they are the only carrier I can get that gives service in my area. We have a corporate account with a bunch of lines. Because i handle tech support for the company one of my jobs is managing all the phone lines. This includes issues getting new phones for new hires etc. Every time i have been here with issues or changes the staff has always been extremely professional and helpful. My wife and I visited this AT&T store to have our older iPhones replaced and to sort out some minor administration issues with our account. Kirsten Peavey, the Retail Sales Consultant that we were assigned was technically very familiar with all the Apple iPhone and iPad products and did an excellent job of answering our questions, getting us on an updated plan and transferring all out data from our old iPhones to the new ones and training us on the new features. However, they were unable to transfer our phone numbers and we had to go to this AT&T store. The staff at this store had been replaced and our experience was great.
