So I used the "project" tab on Yelp to request a quote to see how much it would cost to fix. Ben at Intouch Wireless was the first to respond. Ben did not offer the lowest price but I chose him because of his detail answers and how quickly he responded to my questions. I showed up a few hours later when I got off work. Ben greeted me and was super friendly. He tested my phone before working on it to ensure I was correct about the issue I was having. He told me it would be about 30 mins to finish the repair. He was done with my phone within 20 mins. He tested my phone in front of me to show me it was working correctly. I really like how engaging Ben was and how he took the time to answer my questions and not over charge me once I showed up in person.

Tech told me he would need to order another charge port to replace the one that was malfunctioning and said it would take 4days for delivery. So, they would need to keep my laptop for 7days. I agreed and paid $130 when I picked it up after it was so-called repaired. Four months later my laptop started experiencing the same charging port problem. A Tech with SameDay TechPro came to my resident on 6/04/2026 and took my laptop back off and showed me where Phone Repair Pro did NOT replace the charging port, but used tape and super glue on the damaged original port that they claimed to replace with a new one. Today, 6/06/2026 I took my laptop to their location on 8541 W. Belfort Blvd #A to request a refund and showed clerk the photo images of the tape and super glue their Tech used on my laptop and did NOT install a new port part. The clerk refused my refund request and stated he could fix my laptop, but I would have to pay him again. I told him he did NOT fix my laptop the first time I paid him. He is very deceptive and unprofessional. He lied about replacing the part and declined giving me a refund for work the DID NOT do in Jan. 2026. If I could give this business zero stars I would.
