    This store is TERRIBLE worst customer service ever. I had a plan done a couple of days ago on March…read more15 2016 and I had recieved this deal with the worked named Patric Saad after saying we were leaving At&t to go to T-Mobile not only did he manipulate my sister and with the BOGO deal of the buy one get one free iPhone but he offered us 2 iPads but never said it was on a 2 year contract which one would think to mention and a 45 dollar activation fee for each one and our bill was supposed to be only $170 and it was showing up as 397 dollars !!. Also, they had me trade in my iPhone 6 in order to upgrade which I was never supposed to trade in so on my account it was showing up 3 phones and 2 iPads which we only had 2 phones and the iPads. And when I went back to tell the so call manager to give me my phone back she said there was no way to get it back but when I talked to customer service they said she must give it back and when I went in the next day she said oh yeah I just have to send a email in order for you to receive the phone again (like how many times do I need to catch you in a lie, like do you not know the truth) Not only did I talk to the supervisor or manager the title she should not have Christina Cherng and she wasn't able to tell me what her own worker Patric did but when I went in Friday, March 24 they tried to belittle me and saying yes you have to pay 3 phone lines in order to receive the BOGO. So I took it upon myself and called the at&t line multiple times an had multiple people tell me what they did was totally wrong. Also not once did Christina the so call manager offer my sister and I an apology instead when we went to the store again she had a disgusting and rude attitude she had her worker Patric go hide in the back since he couldn't admit to his conniving lies ...which if anyone wants to come here just know, you will not be told many hidden fees and unknown contracts you should be told about orally, we weren't told about it anything and it took a whole week and a half to receive all my receipts that i wasn't offered from the day I did this deal. GO TO AT&T in Uncasville !! where they actually know what they are doing and aren't amateurs and are trained properly !! This store is disgusting and should not be in any type of running and they should be fired from their positions because what they did is so UNACCEPTABLE and they've probably done it to people who don't have English as their native language I wouldn't be surprised.

    After two weeks of BAD luck with Tmobile in both North Kingstown, RI and by calling the Help Desk…read more I HAD to go into a store. Help Desk had deleted my line completely from the system....and put a family members Number on my phone. Made her phone useless and no calls from work were getting to me. Go in the store expecting the same run around and man, was I wrong. Ika was the one "lucky" enough to help me. Granted, it took time...but she was phenomenal. Got both lines straightened out and was NOTHING but friendly and courteous the entire time. She even offered to make the call to my family member to get their phone going again. She has changed my impression of TMobile for now....but if I EVER need detailed, techy help again, Ika will be THE first person I call. 5 phone calls to the help desk did nothing but frustrate. SO glad I went to this busy location and found Ika. GREAT customer service with her!!!!

    i was sold the wrong iphone. i was very clear what i wanted. when i got home, and was setting up…read morethe phone, i realized it was the wrong size. unfortunately the employee did not go over the bill with me, and tell me about a connection fee, so the final price sounded accurate. i came back the next day to get the correct phone, but they wanted to charge me a $40 restocking fee even though it was an employee mistake. they were unwilling to waive it. making customers pay for employee mistakes is a terrible policy.
