Help Desk had deleted my line completely from the system....and put a family members Number on my phone. Made her phone useless and no calls from work were getting to me. Go in the store expecting the same run around and man, was I wrong. Ika was the one "lucky" enough to help me. Granted, it took time...but she was phenomenal. Got both lines straightened out and was NOTHING but friendly and courteous the entire time. She even offered to make the call to my family member to get their phone going again. She has changed my impression of TMobile for now....but if I EVER need detailed, techy help again, Ika will be THE first person I call. 5 phone calls to the help desk did nothing but frustrate. SO glad I went to this busy location and found Ika. GREAT customer service with her!!!!

i was sold the wrong iphone. i was very clear what i wanted. when i got home, and was setting up…read morethe phone, i realized it was the wrong size. unfortunately the employee did not go over the bill with me, and tell me about a connection fee, so the final price sounded accurate. i came back the next day to get the correct phone, but they wanted to charge me a $40 restocking fee even though it was an employee mistake. they were unwilling to waive it. making customers pay for employee mistakes is a terrible policy.

The experience in Clinton is entirely different than the experience had at the Vera Bradley outlet store located at the Wrentham Premium Outlets in Wrentham, Massachusetts, that is just a mere 15 minute drive from my house. The Vera Bradley staff in Clinton was amazing. They were helpful, kind and polite. They went above and beyond and that level of interaction wasn't limited to just me, I could see that they were doing a wonderful job with all of us customers and the store was pretty busy. I am perfectly okay with having to travel that far to get great Vera Bradley deals and to be treated with respect and dignity. The Vera Bradley outlet in Wrentham, Massachusetts will never be a destination for me again. Their customer service is horrible!!!

Now a decade later, I've totally VEeRed-Away from them. (See what I tried to do.. but failed there?!) Anyway.. I happened to be shopping in the outlets a week ago today and passing by the store, I was grabbed by the bright colors I could see through the window and a display of a floral print that really caught my eye. When I wheeled my son's (16 monther) stroller into the store, I was greeted by an associate who told me about their current sale of everything being 50% off. um Wow! Plus she handed me a card and showed me that 3 specific prints were an additional 20% and would you know that the floral one that I fell in love with was one of those prints?! Yup. Great product placement on your part. Sneaky I see, put a massive display in window sight and captivate people like myself to come in and then provide us with a crazy discount on it. Got me! So we browse the store and I found an iphone 6 case in the print, I wanna say it was originally $36? But got 70% off of it. When I got to the checkout, I was told that the phone case didn't ring up 70% off because it was technically named something else in the system or something bogus like that. Regardless, she discounted it for me and I threw in one of those reusable bags in the print too. (Originally $10, but hey, I got it for $3, damn...now that I think of it, I should have snagged a couple more to give as gifts.) Totally great shopping experience all in all. This is a beautifully well stocked store. I just might be hooked again Vera, keep the style coming.

They rented beds to me for a week while I had a house load of guests-- other Rent a centers charged a minimum of a month. They were here to deliver and pick up exactly when they said would be here (how often does that happen?) I will be using them again as needs arise!

I live in NYC and I've visited a number of local stores and the employees pretty much ignore me most of the time even when I'm itching to spend money. I was greeted as soon as I entered the door and was asked if I was interested in anything in particular. I said I'm in town for the week for business and was looking for the cheapest decent guitar to play in my hotel room. The staff member gave me a quick tour of the used and new guitars they had in stock. He handed me a guitar cable, tuner, and a bin of picks and welcomed me to grab any guitar and plug it into any amp... and just ask if I needed any more help. Wow! I had the most fun I've had in a music store since... ever?!? I played guitars and basses in all different price ranges and got in my daily practice. These folks were the best.
