Do NOT go here. Highly recommended Waterford Verizon or east Lyme over this location. Upon arrival there was one employee helping a couple at a desk so we sat on the bench to the side and he stated he would be with us shortly. After 20 minutes we politely asked the employee if we should check out Waterford or east Lyme if he had much longer left with his current customer. He stated "well I have a coworker here somewhere I'll try to locate." Then he went and found Manager Joseph Lopez who claimed he "owned the location." Joseph continuously took phone calls mid meeting or helped others who just walked in which prolonged our progress causing multiple delays, never apologized once, even after being there for an hour with little progress. I told him we would stop the process and go elsewhere to which he replied "go ahead, but this phones disconnected now." He is extremely unprofessional and lacks customer service! read more

My daughter had an issue with the screen on her IPhone. I brought it to the Wireless Zone in New London and they took great care of me. They had a very professional staff and I felt very comfortable during this time visiting the store. I highly recommend using the Wireless Zone for any repairs or Verizon service. read more

Best customer service in town. I live at the opposite end of town but I won't go anywhere else to get help with my questions or to purchase new devises. Raul totally walked me through set up and use. And when I got home and found out I wanted to know more I went back and he was happy to get my questions answered. Not so at the 4th Ave Verizon! And 4th Ave wanted to charge 19.99 for questions on my device that I purchased the day before... ugh, never returning to 4th Avenue next to FireHouse dubs and old Hastings. I intended to write this review over a year ago. Since then, I have had to revisit the store 2 times due to issues with my iPhone. Twice I was helped by Gabe Benjamin and another time by a man whose name I have forgotten (sorry!). Gabe was incredibly helpful. The issues with my phone always seem to be impossible for the average rep to fix--Gabe has come to the rescue every time--he is outstanding. The customer service at this store is amazing. The staff is friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable. I could not ask for more. I will go to this store as long as I live in this area. This business definitely gets 5 stars from me! read more

I had THE BEST experience I think you could ever hope for when going to get your shattered phone screen fixed, today. I had dropped my phone and posted a Fb status about it, because, well, that's just what we do isn't it? Share every detail of our lives on social media? Ha! Anyways, a friend of mine saw my status and she just so happens to be a sales rep for Verizon. The best of the best, I might add, no joke! Well, Krista reached out to me via Fb message and let me know the best way to go about getting it fixed. She, along with one of her managers, Sam, (such a nice guy) assisted me with a screen repair and I literally had my phone back in 15 minutes. The other sales reps who work at the store were so accommodating and friendly as well and made my 15 minutes of waiting really enjoyable. As much as I hope I don't need their help again with my phone any time soon, I totally wouldn't mind hanging out there with their awesome team. If you're a Verizon customer, GO THERE for all of your phone needs. And if you're not a Verizon customer, why the heck not?! read more
