Guillermo was incredibly communicative when I requested a quote, answered all follow-up questions I had promptly, and offered a very reasonable price for the entire repair, especially considering I'd also asked to additionally have its battery replaced (and checked that a waterproof seal would be installed). He explained my options thoroughly and was very honest with me re: the options I had (he offers both OEM and aftermarket repairs). Throughout the whole process, he communicated immediately with me regarding the delivery status of the parts, the repair itself, and finally how long they would remain open for me to pick up my phone. To top it off, the price was the best across six separate repair shops I had asked. He also installed a new screen protector for me, and did not charge anything for it. It's been a little over a week since my phone was repaired and it's been working like new. Hung had a clipboard with a sheet ready to fill in all my personal information and I delighted in the cute plants, pop culture toys, and fun selection of interesting Magazines laid out for us to enjoy.
