The manager at this store is extremely unprofessional and dishonest. I called the store earlier and spoke with Justin, the manager, to confirm if they had the Samsung S26 Ultra in stock. He told me they had a few available. When I asked for more details about colors and storage options, he said he couldn't provide that information over the phone and asked me to come into the store. I arrived at the store about 10 minutes later and asked for Justin. A staff member named Anna informed me he was busy and offered to assist me instead. After taking my information and having me wait, she ultimately told me that they did not have any Samsung S26 Ultra devices in stock. This was extremely frustrating and a complete waste of my time, especially since I came in based on the information provided by the manager. read more

Just met with Ricardo at this location and he helped us to set up our phones/order new ones using the AT&T trade in deal. Very patient, very kind, very understanding. The selection of available phones in stock was 0 unfortunately (very popular item) but we still took advantage of the deal by paying and ordering online there and having it delivered. Really great value as we could trade in the phone even though it was 4 years old; pretty much an $800 discount. He even helped us set up our family plan and backed up our icloud storage. Maria the "manager" is utterly useless and incompetent. All we wanted to do was to add my partner's AT&T number to my AT&T phone plan which they refused to do. She told me to call customer service and if I didn't like what she was saying I could leave. Why have a store when they won't help you? It shouldn't be impossible when both parties are with AT&T already. When I asked her to write down what she was claiming she scoffed as is being in ADA compliance was a crime instead of a necessity. They also had a JBL speaker blasting on top of additional background music which made hearing difficult. I believe Maria discriminated against us on top of being extremely unprofessional. She should be immediately relieved of her position until she faces disciplinary action and remedial customer service training. Careless people like her are why retail establishments are in decline. I don't understand how/why there are so many negative reviews. When I arrived I was greeted by Maria. She was so personable and helpful. I had just purchased a new iPhone and had an old phone as well as two old unused iPads. There had also been a prior billing mistake by AT&T that was charging monthly for the wrong iPad. A phone rep had previously told me nothing could be done and that I'd just have to wait months until the payments on the wrong device ended. We were joined by Tony who was equally wonderful. With a lot of work on their part, they were able to resolve everything and, unexpectedly, give me bill credits for my old devices. They were both amazing. Yes, I was there quite a while, but only because they were working nonstop to resolve my issues which required time to accomplish. The manager, Justin, I believe his name is promised me a 35.00 dollar credit last December because her bought four Apple watches. He never gave me the credit. This October I went back in to buy an apple iPhone and he promised he would give me the $35 credit this time. it has been three months and AT&T says he has not done it. I call him every month and he says next month. What a joke. He knows it's not worth the time to fight the $35. Why can't he just do his job. It makes me want to turn in all of my AT&T equipment and move companies. read more

The staff we interacted with have been wonderful. Even when we came in without an appointment, the manager greeted us within minutes and started the process while we waited for the sales person we had come to see. When our sales person was busy, another sales person came to help switch our data from old to new phones. Everyone was pleasant, helpful and incredibly knowledgeable. I guess practice makes perfect, because their fingers flew across the screen and got more done in minutes than we'ld been able to do in hours. Possibly the strangest experience I've ever had from a retail establishment. My Wife, Daughter and I went in to the Victoria ATT store to upgrade our phones to the new iPhone 15. I had gone in a few days before to discuss prices and possible fiber internet service and at that time make an appointment for today (9-15) to complete the transaction. We all sat down with Brent to select phones and the trade in value of our current phones. As we started to chat I told Brent that we had decided against the fiber internet service and were there to just buy the 4 iPhones. I attempted to make it clear that we only wanted the phones and no internet service and had to repeat that decision 3 times, "no internet, just phones". After the third time my Wife added that our wish was just phones, no internet. It was if Brent flipped on his self defense switch and that he did not want to deal with us and he felt threatened. He was so set on selling us a package deal of phone and internet that he had a difficult time hearing that we did not both services. I walked out of the store feeling totally frustrated and shocked by Brent's attitude. My Wife spoke with the manager and she walked out with a whatever befuddled look on her face. We all sat in the car and said wtf just happened. It was if we had dealt with a 8 year old and he did not get his way. In a way I feel sorry for Brent and still don't understand his behavior. Long story short we drive to an Oxnard ATT store and purchased 4 new phones and were happy to interact with two normal individuals in the Oxnard store. read more

This place is just terrible. The manager Maria was completely useless in helping us with this complete mess that AT&T is. Rude, unhelpful and just right on brand with this company. If you look at the other reviews, this is the norm here. The entire reason we came into the store is because customer service said that in store is more capable to help with service issues, product needs. Well this store must be the exception to all that. Went into the AT&T Store on Victoria to upgrade our phones. One of the sales reps told us to pre order the 16 online and then bring in our old phones for the trade in. So we did. My husband and I brought our phones in together and a few days later, my husband dropped off my daughter's phone. Months went by and we still hadn't gotten the credits for my daughter's phone. My husband went back and saw Brent who collected all 3 of our phones and Brent told him oh yeah it just takes a few months! He said ok, called me and said its fine!! Started reading me the receipt and it was a receipt from 3 years earlier when we originally signed with AT&T. He walked back into the store and Brent got real defensive and claimed we had never turned in the 3rd phone. After he had just told my husband to wait a few more months on that 3rd phone. I called AT&T customer service and asked them if I needed to make a police report or what? After two hours on the phone and finally finding the original box that phone came in (Because we needed some # on the phone) they said they had contacted the store and the phone was traced back to being received there. Here we are 5 months later and I still have not received my credit ($1,000 total for that phone). I called AT&T and they told me I need to go to the store and resolve the issue there. I WILL NEVER USE AT&T AGAIN!!! read more

He made sure to explain all of our options for a new phone and how our bill would be affected and not once did we feel rushed or like we were being pushed into a decision that we weren't comfortable with. I can't say I was entirely looking forward to going to AT&T, but as with a lot of businesses, I think the person that helps you can make a huge difference. I don't usually write reviews, but I have to give a huge shout out to Alexis for being so helpful--it's refreshing to have an interaction at a corporate store like this where someone cares about what they do, and is good at it. She was on time, and actually waiting for me for our appointment. She streamlined our entire family plan, added 2 Apple watches for my kids (and took the the time to set them up/making sure everything was working properly, and when there was an issue with the network after making some changes (no fault of hers), she made the calls to AT&T customer service, and followed up with me, ensuring that everything was resolved and working. Dishonest business practices. The rep who helped me added charges to my bill that I specifically declined. When I returned to refute them they assured me that they removed them from my account, then I got my first bill and they were on there. Just had to spend an hour on the phone fixing it and getting the charges refunded. Do not go here. There are multiple similar reviews here and on Google. read more

This is my go to AT&T store. Always helpful, I have upgraded my phone several times here over the years. They always take time to figure out the best deal for me, and check my plan to see if I can save money first. I left with a new phone, case, and a strap, totally happy with my purchases, and a screen protector on order that they promised to install for me as soon as it arrives, because I am terrible at sticking them on just right. read more

If I could give this store no stars, I would. The manager, whose name I did not get, was incompetent. I went in for replacement tempered glass screens however they could not locate my original receipt in my account. After I left, I called customer service and they were able to locate my original receipt . The representative I spoke to told me the store has access to the very same receipt. It's probably some policy to avoid giving customers what is promised. Aside from that, the manager didn't take the time to thoroughly check my account, probably because he didn't want to. I will find a different AT&T store, hopefully with more competent and customer service oriented staff, to shop at going forward. I hope this store fails to meet its yearly goals so the manager at this store does not get any reward for his subpar performance and leadership. read more

I was just in the store on Tuesday September 6th around 4 pm and had a variety of issues to address, from a phone not functioning to some issues to investigate with additional lines to a complicated issue with how to handle one phone I was still paying off with a SIM card that was currently in a brand new iPhone out of country. Absolutely frustrating store. Several rude staff, employees just browsing the net behind the desk while many customers are waiting. That's bad customer service. Couldn't even add a sim to my newly activated phone line that I added to my family plan via 611. So I called 611 while in the store and 611 confirmed there's no reason the store couldn't add the sim. Seems like there's a disconnect between 611 and the store - they don't work with synergy, and that tells me the company has a big deficiency. Anyway, I then had to start the process over and just add a line at the store. This meant paying an "activation fee." The employee wouldn't even tell me how much that fee was. All he said was "It shouldn't be more than $20 and it'll be on your next bill." When I got home, I went online and saw the fee was actually $30. Luckily I called 611 yet again and explained how frustrating it was to add a line (thereby giving the company more business) and they said they'd waive it. Employees need to be trained in customer service and courtesy. Treating longtime customers with such indifference is a really horrible reflection of the company. What a bummer. Will try to never set foot in this store again, and I advise others to consider getting their business done by calling 611 or going to another location, if possible. It seemed management was indifferent and uninterested in what was going on. The manager was on his phone standing off to the side, not interacting with customers or anything. 5 stars to the wonderful person at the door who assisted my husband and I when we first arrived. 5 stars to the gentleman who later approached us to see that we were assisted, 5 stars to the service I received from Brent as he was excellent, thorough, provided service and information that I was unable to receive from AT&T's online support. Negative 1000000 stars to the jack hole employee who approached the 1 trump supporter in the store, made sure everyone knew he loved his trump shirt, then proceeded to stand 10ft away staring daggers at myself and my husband. Perhaps if my husband weren't the only black person present it wouldn't have felt so racially motivated. Teach your employees to keep their racist and political opinions to themselves when on the clock. This idiot is going to cost you money. We certainly won't be returning to this location and will be switching to another service provider. read more

I try to never write reviews only because I'm unhappy or really happy about a business but I had to in this case. Came in there sick last week, around 8pm, knowing they were closing in an hour. My request according to AT&T on the phone was simple--port a couple prepaid phone lines in my family plan. They said that that's not possible and I had to call AT&T. I mentioned that I already called over the phone and they directed me to a local branch. I was already sick, they looked like they were just ready to leave, 2 employees were just sitting on a table, not helping anyone. When it was my turn to be helped, they didn't even seem to want to help me. Anyway, I called AT&T over the phone again and after a few runarounds, they sent me to Valencia, because it was closer to my work. The Valencia branch was able to port my 2 numbers in less than 30 minutes. Never coming back to this location again. read more

We came in here yesterday looking to upgrade two phones to the iPhone 5s. We were met with some of the poorest customer service I've experienced. The woman "helping" us was incredibly unprofessional and unwilling to help. It started when we walked in and were greeted by this woman in her skin tight leggings and stripper size heels. We told her what we were looking for-$400 in new phone upgrades, mind you. She told us her store didn't have the ones we were looking for. When we asked her if any nearby stores had them, she said oh yeah I texted the manager nearby. Um...cool. Does the voice function of the phone not work? Needless to say, the manager never got around to texting her back. She sat there until we suggested she check the inventory at the other stores...what a concept. I had pulled it up on my cell phone by the time she finished typing on her little tablet. Overall, the staff was not very interested in helping us find our phones and we were incredibly disappointed. This woman was even snippy with us when we asked for clarification on a location, responding with "yeah, that's the first thing I told you." I couldn't believe the lack of professionalism and customer service we received at this location. We drove all the way up to Santa Barbara to find a better store and spend our money elsewhere. read more
