His phone wasn't receiving calls so he came back the next day to talk to a rep in person. The woman at the front desk, Jackie, was so disrespectful to him. Any question was met with an awful attitude. He truly just needed help getting his new phone working and up to date, but she was so rude and dismissive with every response. Finally resorting to asking for the manager, she replied with he's not here and walked into the back room. Really frustrated hearing about his experience - He is so kind and didn't want to say anything, but after a whole discussion about this circumstance (actually MULTIPLE conversations) we felt it was best to say something.
