Able there helped me, nice guy, honest and didn't play games, told him what I wanted and he just concentrated on my request which was the internet WiFi, brought home the hardware, plugged it in and followed the instructions, it runs perfectly, I highly recommend T-Mobile WiFi system, I have great coverage in a 1800 square foot home and I have great connectivity outside around the home as well, no complaints so far, and I don't expect to have any. read more

I just moved to Victorville not that long ago and this was my first time here at this location. I called the day prior to explain my situation about WFM and will be traveling and needed WiFi Steve the assistant manager was helpful and told me I could come in tm during my lunch . I came in and Abel helped me right away , he was really helpful and nice. My lunch is an hour and I still had 20 minutes left ! Good customer service thank you guys ! read more

Phone had locked me out completely. Went to a Tmobile store and was told it was nothing they could do unless I knew the google account info from when I first purchased the phone. I didn't. Was sent to a place that was supposed to "break-in" the phone. They couldn't. Last ditch effort i went to this store. Talked to a guy named Vic, the manager, frustratedly told him my problem. He asked for my phone and after less than 5 min it was working fine! Lost all of my numbers and pics but no problem, I can retrieve those. A BIG THANK YOU TO VIC!!! read more

Don't believe promotions they offer you there. I was promised a 130$ gift card if I got a pair of headphones and now I can't get it unless I upgrade my line which is something they didn't explain to me. Talent of the store...Talaamanua! Tried to be the most difficult customer, and she passed with flying colors. She also recommended I watch Ted Lasso, which is happening now. Got me a deal 3x better than Verizon. My T-Mobile rep is Talaamanua! The rest of the T-mobile team eventually learned by her example. Cheers T-mobile team! I will be back for more lines. (they also have the Kardon speaker satellite $300 off...bought that in about 2 seconds). I rarely write reviews, but this place is completely terrible. I have been with tmobile for years and I've never had such difficulty upgrading my phone. I have the jump plan and got told in store they cant figure out how to jump my phone so try online and they didn't even try to help me. They told the assistant "move to the next person shes no longer a customer"? After figuring out to upgrade online myself I got a text from tmobile to return my old device by mail or in store. I came back to the store and got told the same thing , we cant figure out how to return your device, we can print you in a label and you can turn it into usps. Not sure if its a system error corporate has to fix or if the store has a lack of effort figuring out how to help there customers better, maybe both. If it truly is the stores fault, save some money and shut it down instead of wasting people's time to not actually get any help. read more

So far I've had the worst experience with T mobile in store customer service, but this store by far is the worst! The check in process is a waste of time, they could careless if they lose customers, I got fed up with them and when I told them never mind, I'll go to another store, their response was, "ok". read more

We have been here 25 minutes. 2 customers ahead of us!! Natalia is so slow! I'm upset as heck. I told her we had an appointment and she continued working after the prior customer had already left. I'd hate to see these 2 handle 10 customers! Please train her!! I did show my disgust with her and showed my frustration! Sorry, she needs to be aware of her slow customer service.
