The young man was very polite and knowledgable. He was also quick and attentive considering he was the only employee working and there were about three or four sets of customers he was assisting. The only improvement I would suggest is to have another employee on staff so that one person doesn't have to handle everyone and your customers do not have to sit and wait for help.

Then the manager, Lindsey, said she would do me this favor once, it took her less than 1 minute to attach the email account and be done. She made me feel like we inconvenienced her, her team, her store, her entire life really.
