The guys at the store were invaluable and nice. However, we received a free line several months ago, signed up for it, and got a phone number for it. The deal was that it was free, and we could reserve it and use it whenever we got another phone or device. We had a member of our extended family who had been on our account for a number of years and wanted their own account, so we removed two lines. We were never told, by the corporate office (not the T-Mobile store), that we had to continue with our exact plan and the same number of lines, and we started getting charged for our "Free" line. We went back to the store, and they said that they could "grandfather" us in for the free line. Lo and behold, we were charged for the line after this change, even though we were told by the guys at the store that they would grandfather us in -- apparently, corporate overrides the store level. We have six phone lines, one watch, and one tablet, so we already pay a good amount of money, and we've been with T-Mobile/Sprint for well over 20 years. We were going to use the extra line for our youngest child to get a phone later this year. Needless to say, they would not go back to their original word and said they would continue to charge for the line, so we ended up cancelling the "Free" line since we won't be getting another phone for 6 more months. To say we are disappointed would be an understatement. We pay $6000+/year for our T-Mobile services and devices -- nothing but cellular, no home internet or anything else. We rarely upgrade our phones and such, so we don't have ongoing leases often. We expect that when we are told something by an associate of the company, especially a manager, that person's word will be upheld. Not sure where to go from here, but seriously considering taking my $500+/monthly cell bill to another company and would welcome recommendations. I do want to reiterate that the folks at this T-Mobile location were fantastic, and I definitely recommend them. read more

I had to go here to get screen protectors for my phone and my husband's phone. I had to wait a few minutes - or more than a few to get help. But once I did, Robert helped me. I will have to have two screen protectors shipped to my house. He seemed to take a longer time than usual to get this done but I need them, so I'm glad I waited. The store is clean and that is a plus. 2nd floor or the Wellington Mall - easy to locate. read more

I have been going by the mall on Ring Rd., Wellington Mall there is a T-Mobile in there first of all the manager is absolutely amazing. She really knows his stuff. Destiny is always great when I came in no high pressure sales just giving the customer what they need. Destiny very patient trustworthy. Manage with the long love locs seems very kind to all customers. I like this place much more than the mall staff which I have found rude if not buying a new phone. read more

Worst service ever, I made a bought the new JBL wireless free EarPods (came highly recommended by the sales consultant at the store) after 10 days while on a Buisness trip the left ear completely stopped working. I went to the store at 18 days and the store rep pretty much was like oh well its past 14 days so JBL HAS TO DEAL WITH IT.. goes on to state he would have just swap them but I can't. So call Jbl, wow! take my 175.00 and run. That was my first and last time in T-Mobile! read more

1star is too much for this store. The service sucks they have no idea what they are doing they are extremely rude they ordered a phone for me I asked for a purple iPhone and they ordered me a black phone the day before Christmas. They made the mistake and couldn't be nice enough to hold a phone for me. The manager was rude and very nasty. Such a disappointment. read more
