I started getting emails about adding insurance so I called Verizon and found out that insurance at $25/ month was added to that flip phone along with Home Protect at $16/mo from Shacin. They agent called Wireless Zone® of Hockessin and spoke to Sachin who downright lied about my consent. Sure I'll add $25/ month insurance to a $150 flip phone when the other 4 iPhones on my plan don't have insurance!!!!!! He also changed two of my kids phones to a lower priced plan, what... to somewhat cover up the increases???? Shameful and criminal. He gets commission on insurance. Do not trust this company.

On her hand held device. Very noisy with other reps and customers talking loudly. Luckily we got seats at the table because an hour and a half later we were still trying to transfer 4 phones to Verizon. My daughter and I went to lunch leaving my husband still working on transfer. We've eaten and it's 1:30 and he's still there. To give the rep credit, she has been on her phone with customer service much of the time trying to straighten things out. We saw a woman who was there when we arrived and still there at 1:30. It's a horrible experience and there has to be a better way. While we were there they delivered another bench. Not needed. Get more tables and chairs. This better be way cheaper than AT&T . Update 2 pm and still working on it. 2 and 1/2 hours.
