So I was trying to pay a bill for an account in my husbands name. He is deceased but I'm the administrator and she wouldn't let me sine it wasn't in my name. Flat Out called me a thief . She just wanted me to open another account. I left In tears after being humiliated and berated by the manager. when I showed her the paperwork she threatened to call the police. I spoke to the police that evening and was told I was in the right yet they are not required to do business with me. All I wanted was an apology saying she was wrong. I bought a phone case and a new screen protector on 5/4 for a brand new phone. I went home, set it up, and noticed the screen protector had a frayed edge so it wasn't properly sealing. Mind you - I know it's a screen protector issue. There was a piece of the screen protector that wasn't shaved down like the rest of the edges, but I only noticed after application. The instructions say to wait 24 hours for bubbles to get out, but the issue was still there 5/5 so I stopped by again. I bring my mother as she is the primary on the account as a just in case because I don't know if they'll need her for anything. The kid who greeted us - long hair, grey sweatshirt while all other associates are in uniforms, pearl necklace on - asked how he could help us and when I explained the issue, he didn't say anything but walked over to a table and we followed. He didn't really say anything as he took my case off, lifted the screen protector, and started trying to fix it. He did speak when he said it was just dust under the screen protector. I am 100% confident that that wasn't the issue so I said, "No, it was a frayed edge on the protector that wasn't shaved down." He became combative. He insisted it was dust (as if he's the person who makes the screen protectors) and when my mother said that it didn't look like dust, he was arguing, "Well every single speck of dust is different just like the stars in the sky. Would you say that every snowflake is the same?" When neither of us responded, he repeated the same thing about the snowflakes. This whole time, he is trying to remove the "dust" and when he is unable to (because it wasn't dust!!), he said something like, "This is as good as it's going to get but if you want you can get a new one." Even though they sold me a faulty item less than 24 hours before, it would be $10. My mother questioned this and with the most demeaning tone, he made some flippant remark about how "it wasn't a defective item." Whatever, I'll pay $10 and get this experience over with. As I'm paying, my mother is still looking at the screen protector and commented on how you could even see the edge wasn't flat. He cut her off to say, "I can't see anything." When she said, "Well can someone else come over to look?" He said, "Ma'am the whole store can come look and it's not going to change anything." Both of us had been ignoring how rude this guy was the whole time, but I even said "That was unnecessarily combative" because it was. He had an attitude the whole time he was interacting with us and then, despite neither of us saying anything, he's continuing to rant and rave about how the screen protector was fine and it was dust. Overall, terrible customer service from this guy. The receipt said "Patrick" so avoid him at all costs. He was rude, demeaning, and kept trying to escalate the situation when it could have been fixed in 2 minutes. He shouldn't be working with customers if he's going to continue to carry the chip on his shoulder and have an attitude. read more

He was super helpful, held the door open for me upon arrival and upon leaving, told me other deals that we have with our plan if anything else were to happen to my phone, and overall just had great customer service. IVE BEEN TO THIS STORE OVER 10 times for the SAME ISSUE AND THEY STILL HAVENT DONE ANYTHING ABOUT IT!! they have no information on how to get in contact with corporate about my phone that got delivered to the wrong house in may and was stolen from the person who's house it got delivered to!!!! I even have a police report and a claim i filed with fed ex to prove I didn't receive the phone and they have no way of me sending that information to at&t nor adding it to my file online!!! I will be switching to Verizon due to this situation and I will be recommending to my friends and family that they don't use at&t anymore nor ever use them in the future if they get a new cell phone provider. I would honestly give this location and it's staff at zero if I could. Not only are they not informative about plans and contracts they are signing you up for but they seem to intentionally give as little info as possible. Then when you ask about more info they seem to have to ask for a second opinion or will suddenly get busy with something else. They have this deal at the moment when you can get up to $700 in credit for turning in your phone. After my self and my mom had our phones evaluated and passed all of the requirements they intentionally didn't tell us that we would not be getting the full $700 phone but instead tried to hand us a folded recite with only $125 in credit even after they convinced us to train in our phones because we would surely be getting the $700 because our phones were in such good condition. The misleading and sneakiness behind they way they handled themself was so unprerfecional that we as a family of 6 have decided to go else where. We all know that cell phones are nothing but expensive and we as a family can't and will not give business to anyone who conducts they're business by lies and shadiness. read more

Update: I switched to Atlantic Nexus. It's the same lines as AT&T, and you pay a small premium, but you get immediate service from people who live down the street from you. I cannot recommend them enough. AT&T? Never again. I called to schedule an upgrade to my service. They told me it would be a week. The day of the service came, yesterday, and they had told me that my appointment would be from 8 AM to 12 PM. At 12:20 PM, they texted me to let me know that it would be closer to 2 PM. After that, they stopped texting with updates and I kept asking them when the person would appear. Ultimately, they would not tell me even when the people stopped working, only that they would call me if they could not show up. At 8 PM I quit. That makes 12 hours of my life wasted for them to show up. So I called today, and they told me it's going to be another week before they can come out and do this. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was put off until I was ultimately told the supervisor would "call back". Guess who's looking for a new Internet service. They all suck, but this is the worst. read more

So I sign up promised a price of 135 per month after discounts I get a bill for over 500. The rep did fix it but then tells me I can't have the discount on my plan. We run a business that depends on the internet. Our internet connection for last 6 weeks at Garden Circle, Acworth, GA 30101 has been a 100 foot line that lays exposed in the gutter. This was the AT&T solution to a previous problem of constant internet interruptions from a bad underground wire. It is unacceptable and we now are getting the run around on getting it fixed. read more

Worst customer service ever. Reps seem to be rude and incompetent. It seems that there are not trained properly. They do not listen to your concerns and some are rude and curt. Place order to disconnect DirecTV at old location and install U-verse at new location. Rep issued order to disconnect DTV and install UV at the same loc. Had informed rep that I was moving and could not have dish at new loc so I wanted Uverse at new. What's was so complicated about my request? The install of the UV was messy. Having difficulty communication with the tec and his manager to fix the situation. Trying to pay bills on line is difficult and calling is worse when deciding which option to select. Oftentimes you are transferred to another dept and have to go thru menu options a second time. I would not recommend ATT to anyone. I don't know if other providers are any better. I purchased a brand new IPhone 6 from this location. It would not hold a charge so when I tried to exchange it they got it to charge. I told them it was not hiding a charge and I could not get it to turn on the night before. I wanted to exchange for a new one. They made me go to the Apple Store bc it "was policy". When I got to The Apple Store 30miles away...they said this is only 24hrs since purchase that AT&T has to exchange it. So I called customer service and they put notes on the account for the store to exchange my phone. When I called the manage Michael said he would not honor what customer service said"that they do not make decisions for his store". I was also told I could exchange the phone for a $30ish fee and that I could not have the same color phone bc of some policy. I finally got my phone exchanged with a fee bc I needed a new phone, which I did at another location they were also nice enough to let me keep The same color phone since I'm paying nearly $700! What a class act at this location in Woodstock! When I called customer service back they were so embarrassed by the service I received that they sent me an otter box and credited my account $50! read more

I made an appointment because this store has a bad track record when it comes to doing anything in a timely fashion. No one was being helped. This is the worst store I have ever been to, management is terrible the parking situation is horrible. I would 100% recommend to never come to this establishment. The manager came outside and proceeded to yell disrespectfully to my entire family for parking in a "prohibited parking spot" despite there being no sign. So disappointed in this store. We bought a phone for our son for Christmas (and let the sales person know it was a Christmas present). He did not tell us that they had a "strict 14 day exchange policy". We had not even opened the phone and our son really wanted to exchange it for a different color. They refused to budge. Unfortunately, my husband works for AT&T and when I mentioned it, they snarkily told me he should know their policy and should know better (he works for corporate, not sales, so he doesn't know) but I'm so happy we get such great customer service from the company he works for. The manager David was no help, was not friendly and sadly, even though my husband works for this company, I understand why people despise AT&T. DON"T BOTHER GOING HERE!!! Went to upgrade my exiting phone, had to wait over an hour. When I was finally able to talk to an "sales associate" they couldn't get into my account, it required a manager's approval since I have both my internet and cell service on one bill. Of course there was no manager on site was told I had to come back...... I don't think so. Very unprofessional staff, if the "sales associated" called my buddy one my time I was going to smack him, especially after I told him that was no my name. Unprofessional staff who could care less about the customer. Kept trying to up-sell me on things I wasn't even interested in purchasing. In the past i've pretty much had good experiences there as i don't go during the busy times and service is usually good. Last week i went in to have a new phone replace an old phone, they weren't busy and bobby was my service person. In the past he's been great and this time was no exception. However during the time he was fixing my problem, another employee, Erin, kept talking to him about something totally unrelated to my situation and it took forever to get my situation straightened out. Erin would not shut up so he could do this complicated procedure i finally told her to shut up and let him to his job. She was a total idiot, Then she did it to another employee while they were waiting on a different customer. She was more trouble than she was worth. Otherwise except a while back when an employee changed my passwords and tried to order expensive equipment on my account, i've had good experiences there. read more

I went this morning to get help activating a new SIM card after doing a shared upgrade online with my husband. Customer service person LULU was extremely rude, refused to help me, claimed I wasn't an authorized user on MY OWN ACCOUNT and basically accused me of committing a crime by even trying to activate MY OWN PHONE. I left without being helped, came home, logged into my account online, and had to have an online chat person activate the SIM card for me. Basically, don't waste your time trying to get assistance from these people, and that Lulu lady was awful and has terrible customer service skills. read more
