    Crab Rangoon nachos
    Elaine G.

Came here for the viral crab rangoon nachos and it was worth it!!!!! So flavorful, saucy, and crunchy. Just perfect! I ended up trying their crispy pad see ew and their thai fried rice as well. I usually order pad thai, but decided to try something new since I never really see crispy pad see ew. It was also amazing! Crunchy noodles that have parts that soak up the sauce well. I am glad I ordered it! The thai fried rice had a nice basil aroma throughout, which was good, my bf loved it! They come with chili sauce, so it can be a lil spicy (especially when the food is hot). Food truck located in an area with a few other food trucks around. There is parking, which is good. Some seating in front of the truck. There is a bit of a wait, but not an issue as the food is freshhhh and delicious! I suggest checking their IG story for updates. I am glad I checked to see when they will be restocking the rangoons. Cannot recommend this place enough! I will def be back to try other dishes :)

We went to AT Kitchen after a recommendation by a friend. We ordered the viral crab rangoon nachos (that I previously saw circulating online) and pad thai. We were told the nachos themselves would take 35-40 minutes, but it only took 25! The food here was phenomenal, flavorful, and very generously portioned, and the man taking our order was friendly. We are absolutely coming back.

This food truck serves Thai and Chinese cuisine, with a small but mighty menu, operated by a very nice father & daughter duo. It's located in a food truck park area, the second stall at the front with lots of seating and they play great musicb Everything is made to order so don't expect super quick service, but they do the best they can to make sure your food is fresh and tasty. The parking situation could be better, but it is a hole in the wall location so you can't expect much here. We got a green thai tea, mongolian beef since they ran out of the sweet & sour beef, crispy pad see ew with chicken, and of course their famous crab rangoon nachos. The green thai tea had such a great flavor, mongolian beef was super tender and flavorful, while the crab rangoon nachos were very crispy and well flavored inside and out. The crispy pad see ew however- I'd skip this one. It was too oily and tasted more like chinese chow fun. I didn't like this at all unfortunately, I should've gotten the pad thai which looks promising! I'd come back again for the crab rangoon nachos for sure and maybe give the rest of the menu a try.

What we ordered: Pad thai Crab ragoon nachos Crispy pad see ew Thai fried rice This food truck serves delicious Chinese Thai food at very affordable prices. The wait was a bit long (about 30-40 minutes), but the portions were huge and every dish was packed with flavor. My favorite was the Crispy Pad See Ew. The fried noodles were perfectly crispy, soaked up in sauce and tasted amazing. The Pad Thai came in second, noodles was very well-seasoned and full of flavor. The Crab Rangoon Nachos were also a standout, glazed with a flavorful sauce that made them hard to stop eating. Thai Fried Rice was the only dish that didn't wow me. It wasn't bad at all, but compared to the other three dishes, it just wasn't as memorable. Overall, the food was excellent and definitely worth the wait. Next time, I'd probably place a pickup order ahead of time.

This food truck is a hidden gem in Alum Rock (San Jose) It takes a little while to get your food since everything is made fresh to order and it's made by the owner by himself -- worth the wait!! This is a food truck with some tables and seating right in front. The crab rangoon nachos were crispy, creamy, spicy, and loaded with sauce, jalapeños, and cilantro. The fried shrimp rolls were perfectly crunchy with the sweet dipping sauce The green thai tea was so refreshing and helps wash down all the grease Go support your local small businesses and treat yourself to these amazing crab rangoon nachos‼

It's located in the first part of the lot. When you drive in, it's on your right. I couldn't find parking near it and had to go to the back and trek along the uneven pavement with fake grass. Not a lot of tables but I can live with that. It opens at 12 pm and I got there 1:20 ish. The older gentlemen was the cook. He was very welcoming. You do have to talk aloud because there's construction going on. I ordered the pad thai. He said it will take him ten minutes. Ten minutes went by and he was jammed with a lot of doordash orders. I can wait... then I decided to get my water bottle since it took long. I wasn't in a rush or anything. By the time I came back, my food was already done. My pad thai had the right amount of spicy. Beware if you can't handle spicy food. I didn't think it was spicy but boy, I was wrong. The shrimp was cooked to perfection. It was succulent and not dried out. The chicken was diced and I just love it. I had meat, bean sprout in every bite. The pad thai was well-seasoned. I love it! This place is my go to place for thai food. I will try other dishes next time. He checked up on me and asked how the food was. I recommend this place but it's not near the restroom and the uneven pavement is a problem if you walk with a cane.

I'll be honest -- I'm not super crazy about food trucks because they're usually overpriced with small portions and mediocre quality/taste. But I'll be DAMNED, bc after trying out AT Kitchen, I will say that they've got something special going on. Amongst a party of 3, we got an order of their hot & sour beef, pad thai (with no shrimp, but they kindly doubled up on the chicken), and the crab rangoon nachos. All three dishes were FIREEE! Portions and flavors were PACKED. Also... where else can you get a good quality pad thai for $13 these days? (I don't even usually like pad thai). I can't wait till they have their crispy pad see ew. I'll definitely be back to try that, alongside their $5 thai tea! Also, note that they have two small collapsible picnic tables, which aren't the most comfy, but it does the job. They also offer chopsticks and plates upon request.

I came back because they have the viral crab rangoon nachossss!!! Actually so yummy! Make sure you eat them immediately after they come out while they are still piping hot. That is when the texture and flavors are at their best. I loved all the toppings and how everything comes together in each bite! Do not sleep on the rest of their food though. The basil fried rice is very flavorful and satisfying, the pad thai is comforting and well balanced, and the shrimp egg rolls were super good with a nice crispy texture. You can really tell they put care into what they make! What I appreciate most is how kind and hardworking they are. It feels good supporting a small family run business like this, and I am glad I came back to try more items. Definitely worth stopping by if you see their truck around. It is located in a slightly hidden food truck lot, but there are multiple vendors there and plenty of tables to sit and enjoy your food!

Not gonna line because I simply don't like to when it comes to food reviews so let me start by this , straight forward menu but exemplary delivery in showmanship , flavor and appeal / savory factor of the food was absolutely top tier. Everything is homemade and to order . I came specifically to try what looked like a explosive spin on crab Rangoon dubbed the crab Rangoon nachos they are essentially fried Rangoon wonton large triangle Style loaded with sauce sesame seeds furikaki cilantro and sauce , these and the shrimp rolls with homemade creamy chili aioli was hitting beyond belief , not to take back from the Mongolian beef and the pad Thai which the noodles and spice/ flavor were above par .i had an expectation of it being about a 8 or 7.5 but delivered with it being truly like a 9.5-10 range experience in terms of flavor profile delivery and quality of food / live imbued . Thank you again to the owner and his family for going absolutely beserk !!!!I I will be a frequent flyer here :ppp ps hours are 12-10 Tuesday - Sunday and come early for parking and enjoying the ambiance it's in a court of food trucks royale + galore

At Kitchen was a decent Thai food spot overall. I ordered the pad see ew, pad Thai, crab rangoon, and fried rice. Out of everything, the pad see ew was definitely my favorite. It was flavorful and had the best taste compared to the other dishes. The pad Thai, crab rangoon, and fried rice were more like safe choices -- not bad, but nothing too special. The seating area is next to the food truck, so I would probably recommend doing takeout instead because the tables and chairs were a little dusty. The staff was okay, but the food did take a bit long to come out.

So happy we gave them a try. It was a little hard to find since it's tucked away behind the apartments, but it was worth it. They have nice outdoor seating too. We tried the shrimp rolls and crab rangoon nachos. The rolls were fresh, crispy, and full of flavor with a sweet and spicy dipping sauce. The crab rangoon nachos were also really good with a sweet drizzle and sliced jalapeños on top. Can't wait to come back and try more food!

I was craving pad Thai and several places I have tried are a hit or miss, so I had my fingers crossed for this place! Boy it did not disappoint! It was the perfect amount of saucey, tangy spice! I got it with tofu and no egg this time but will be back to try it with chicken Highly recommend this place! It was also made to order, hot and very fresh. Things to note: it's a food truck inside of a food truck park-- it was one of the first food trucks in the line so not hard to find :)

There weren't that many options of sauces when I ate here but it was fine. The birrias and lengua tacos were so good. All the tacos came with two small tortillas to hold in the heaping amount of meat. The horchata here is had more cream than I'm used to. Like more milk was added or something, not enough spices or flavors added in IMO. Ordering was easy, I felt rushed, but it was the waiting to hear my number that was difficult. Listening for the number in the dining area while the music was blasting was difficult, so it's better to wait by the truck. I think prices are pretty fair for a bbq stick in the Bay Area. They carry pork bbq, hot dogs, intestine, kwek-kwek, bettamax, pig ears, etc! Although I wish they had fishball or squid ball for even more variety but thats ok. They provide a marinade to brush on while you grill your own BBQ and provide vinegar and another sweet sauce for you to dip it in post-grilling. Overall, the flavor is really good and you can't really go wrong. They carry other items on the menu in which they serve to you such as sisig, pares, siaomai, empanada (available weekends only), lumpia, melon juice, etc. And yes they have rice! We went on a Thursday evening so it wasn't too crowded but they still kept the party going with karaoke and music. I could imagine the place being full on weekends. The parking could also get tricky in that area if full too. They take cash, Zelle, and card (with surcharge). The grill is located inside in the center of the restaurant so it gets pretty smoky inside even with all the doors open and vents running. So expect to smell like delicious bbq coming out lol.
