Their website advertises a $119 service, but they attempted to charge $150. If a price is publicly advertised, customers should not have to question it in order for it to be honored. Their website also promises a 10% discount for PM appointments, which they initially did not apply until I pointed it out. Another major issue: their online booking advertises vehicle pickup and return service. They picked up my BMW from my home, but later told me they would not return it and instead booked the cheapest Uber option so I could go pick up my own vehicle. This forced me to take time off work, which defeats the purpose of offering pickup and return service in the first place. To make matters worse, they even sent the Uber to the wrong address, despite the fact that they clearly had my correct address on file since they picked up the vehicle from my home earlier the same day. After escalating the issue, the Service Director did match the advertised $119 price and applied the 10% discount, which I appreciate. However, customers should not have to escalate issues just to receive what is clearly advertised. For a BMW dealership that represents the BMW brand, I expected much better transparency, organization, and customer care. Because of this experience, I will not be returning for service and cannot recommend BMW Clear Lake.

As is likely standard in the automotive sales industry, the online price was astoundingly low, but they add the $1995+tax for the protection package, additional window tinting, plus 'all the work they had to put into it to get it ready.' They were very willing to quickly give me a write up on the OTD (out the door) price, and although they were not willing to negotiate at all, I got it for 15 to 20% under many prices I had seen on CarMax. The in-person process, including a trip with Dario to an independent mechanic for a pre-purchase inspection, was very peaceful and they did not try to bait-and-switch me or pressure me into any additional products or cost. Unfortunately, and possibly because the AT&T cellular network was down in Baytown all day, it ended up being about four and a half hours plus the trip for the inspection. Never was I offered any water or snacks, but fortunately had brought my own, and they had some in the waiting room I scrounged. Six hours, all in all, but by no means nerve-racking at all. I was presuming that I would have at least one instance of disappointment through the process, so I was prepared for that, but only three minor disappointments came about: the salesman did not realize that the independent inspection he had given permission for would be offsite, and I thought for a moment it was not going to be allowed, but he took his own personal time away from the dealership to escort me so that I can get it done. A personal pet peeve I wanted to avoid was getting the dealership emblem glued to my paint job, but it ended up happening nevertheless, despite my request--SOP I suppose, and my salesman could not watch over it when it was in the mechanics' shop getting a lightbulb replaced and final cleanup- - and it was applied very straight and centered. The vehicle was immaculately clean and in super great shape, but when I opened the hood, the engine bay was not grimy at all, but definitely dirty and dusty, and despite being told that it would get washed, it did not by the time I needed to leave. Although I do not know how it would go if I were to put any claims against the three month warranty or the protection package, I would recommend Bravo Nissan, Dario, and the other staff for anyone looking to make a well-researched vehicle purchase, thank you very much.

Yelp knows Felicia B support her local business owners so I already knew who to call.. Bosones.. Although, her wait for tow was about 45 min which was understandable due to rush hour traffic. 2nd occasion my husband needed a tow from Seabrook a day later, I called and the dispatcher took my contact info and had the awesome tow truck driver to contact me. Richard(Tow truck driver)contacted me within 5 min and within 15 minutes he made it to the location. Husband in tow and his ole faithful work car made it home safe. That was shortly after Hurricane Harvey, I confirmed with the dealer that there was indeed a problem with back orders on the part, that was October, I called to check every few weeks and the receptionist told me she would give Chris the message and they would get back with me. They now said the part is $700 more than the insurance coverage. Chris informed that he had paid cash for the part and would be sure to notify me when it came in. He admitted in March that he had dropped the ball and lost track of his purchase or the part. I pointed out that if he had already paid for the part that they had no standing to increase the price, and ask him for his information on the purchase, first he said he got ordered and paid for the part through a third party, now he says he dealt with the dealership. As an elderly person on a fixed income I now have the choice of suffering further to resolve the issue or have dental work done. I call that elderly abuse. I can only pray that a recompense be rendered to all involved that have not acted honorably. Zero stars and one is as low as I can go.
