2025 Nissan Rogue from Bravo Nissan Baytown, Tx

Sebastian Gonzales was our salesman on 6/2/25. Amazing customer service and hospitality. Very thoughtful and patient while assisting mature customers. 10/10 Highly recommend! Please give him an opportunity to serve you.

A screenshot sent instead of the actual photo of damage to our car

My husband bought a used Nissan from Bravo on 9/23 and dropped it off yesterday to get the windshield repaired which was part of the promise note or whatever you want to call it. After dropping off the car we received a voicemail (phone didn't ring) saying there was an incident and to call back. Called around 6pm and was informed that the third party glass company they use had an accident with our vehicle. There wasn't any clear communication about what the actual damage was, how it was damaged or how long it would take to repair the vehicle. Sebastian, the salesman we were eorking with sent a photo of a photo of the damage that was obviously poor quality because it was a screenshot of the original photo taken and not the original photos of the damage. When I asked for more info and better photos, zero response to my inquiries and Sebastian sent photos of the new windshield but none of the actual damage. Originally we were told it was a small scratch on the bottom of the bumper but even from the crappy photo they sent it was obviously worse than they let on. We were told the glass company was going to take care of fixing it but were told the wrong company name. We were told they would be towing it to get it fixed but found out it was being driven back to the glass company after being driven back to Bravo. Finally found out who the glass company was and contacted them directly after being told they would contact us but never did. They were told we approved them to pick it up to be fixed but we never agreed to this, we were just told it was being by them. Bravo mever even told us how long it would take to repair. Finally we just drove to Bravo and asked to speak with the sales manager, Jorge or Jordan? Not really sure what his real name is. He refused to speak with us and sent the Finance guy to cancel the sale with us. The finance guy told us that the GM was busy in a meeting and wouldn't be speaking to us either after another employee had told us he was on the phone and would be just a minute. I ended up raising my voice out of pure frustration and was told to calm down and lower my voice. I threatened to call the police and we were asked to leave. I then made a scene to which attracted the attention of the GM as well as the owner Raymond, the GM Charles Smith, and Johnny Argueta pulled us into an office to further gaslight us without even being aware of what happened or seeing the car. They told us the car had beoken down on the way back from the glass place which I have no reason to believe as it seemed to arrive back at Bravo so I could retrieve my items. Let me reiterate, we had purchased the car and used it for a week before this incident. We had named the car and bought cute bumper magnets, an air freshener, new phone cables, and I had used the birthday gift my mom had gotten me, chrome car emblems to make her ours. They backed out of the deal and took back the car and my birthday gift is now lost forever. We were told they would "cut a check" for our downpayment. That was a lie. We had to wait over 24 hours for the funds to be refunded. They made a lot of promises that they obviously couldn't keep, ie. Sending us home in a new car and not leaving us upset by the situation. They tried to sell us a uaed car with an open recall on it, and a new car with "discounts!" There weren't any discounts. They listed sticker price and didn't charge us for their required add ons that they admit to using low sticker prices to get people in the door and then adding on $3500 security package plus window tint and lifetime carwashes which we didn't want or need as we are moving out of state shortly. We ended up walking away with no car, pending transactions in our bank accounts, and a giant headache. I love my Nissan versa that I already owned and wanted this to be a good experience for my Husband who was purchasing the car for himself. Now I don't think I will ever purchase from a Nissan dealership again!

I really recommend this dealership, the vibe is immaculate and the sales person that we went too was Jordan Flores.

My review is for the service department…read more I've been here 3 times I believe in the last two years for oil changes. Most recently, I needed to have a shock replaced and and oil change. We called in to see if they took appointments and were told it was "first come first served". We dropped my vehicle off on a Friday evening around 430 for hopeful service on Saturday morning, advisor took all info, and we were made no promises, but told hopefully they could get to it the next day. (We realized we were pushing it given hours are only half day Saturday and closed Sunday). I got the call my car was ready when they opened first thing Monday morning at 730 am. While my advisor informed me that they wouldn't be working that weekend, and realize there is no fault by them, I was pretty bummed that it was ready to be picked up on Saturday and another advisor on duty that day didn't call and let me know. Fortunately, I wasn't inconvenienced by this, but hopefully moving forward, that can be addressed. Aside from that, service and staff are always friendly and professional. They take good care of my vehicle.

I called while sitting at Ron craft and told salesman I hated the car and I was told let them install a camera and clean ac out and if I still hated it we could talk it's been a week and I have called numerous times to salesman and left message with general manager and no one returns my calls definetly getting run around. Not to mention I paid cash for my car and have bought several new vehicles from Ron craft as well as my family members! We will definetly take our business elsewhere from now on! Horrible customer service they used to be so good and professional

I can't say enough good things about my experience working with Jennifer. From the moment we met,…read moreshe made me feel comfortable and heard. Buying a car can be overwhelming, but Jennifer made the process feel easy and even enjoyable. She took the time to really understand what I needed -- not just trying to make a sale, but making sure I was happy and confident with my decision. I never felt rushed or pressured, and she was patient with all my questions (and there were a lot!). You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers. Thanks to Jennifer, I found the perfect car for me -- and I'm still smiling every time I drive it. If you're looking for someone who is honest, kind, and truly invested in helping you, go see Jennifer. She's a rare gem in the car business, and I'm so grateful I got to work with her.

I have been an avid customer and promoter for Toyota and Honda for years now. I've owned almost…read moreexclusively Toyota or Honda as in my personal opinion they wrote the book for longevity, cheap maintenance, etc. My latest vehicle is a Toyota Rav4 Prime so Ive been dealing with Community Toyota only as this is who I purchased the vehicle through. I bought this vehicle brand new 3 years ago now. Starting at 6 months, I was with a long time service manager who regularly assisted me with my vehicle. I had issues with my internal car GPS starting around this time and had to have 2 different updates which still never fixed the issue. I had tried several times over the next year to 2 years to schedule and get this fixed but due to the extremely high turnover, calls/messagest/etc were never returned, everyone always was new and had no idea how to proceed. I can safely say this is when Toyota began going downhill for me, 6months after purchasing the vehicle. I cannot speak in reagrd for other locations, I can only speak to the Baytown location, specifically Community Toyota. I have now dealt with over 7 different managers, over 13 different advisors. The only one who has been there longest now and has been most helpful is Jordan Nestor and is the only reason I keep giving Community Toyota a chance but at this point I am done and this needs to be reviewed publicly. I tried resolving these issues - never having calls answered, never getting calls back, never getting my gps fixed and now it's no longer under warranty, pricing being SIGNIFICANTLY HIGHER than Community Honda when they are the same branch of Community and both in Baytown not far from each other! Guys this is ridiculous. I now have to pre schedule maintenance for my vehicle through Community Honda because: they actually respond to calls and call you back if not. They actually help to resolve issues. They actually work with you. They have decent pricing as well. Community Toyota gets one star and it's for Jordan Nestor. The business itself is zero stars. This is beyond ridiculous how long I've been an avid customer and how long I've tried to resolve SEVERAL issues just to be ignored and have to come to this point. My next car due to service and handling of Community Toyota as a business itself will be a Honda. And that, is just sad.
