I would like to express my humble gratitude on my buying experience from Athens GA BMW. This is my wife's and mines first ever BMW and the buying experience was superb. Rick was my sales person. I first told him that I was just checking out the X1 model to see what kind of vehicle it was like and that my wife wanted to buy the vehicle as a birthday present which was about 9 month's away. Rick understood that and was great in allowing me to drive an X1. Loved the Vehicle. I Told Rick I would be back. Rick Told me that if I waited till next year that incentives to make the deal great might not be there to buy the vehicle at a great price. I said that I would take the chance because I didn't want to spoil my wife's desire to buy the vehicle as a present. But after seeing what a great deal after checking with USAA buying incentive program along with BMW's I told my wife maybe we shouldn't wait till next year. So after building the vehicle online through USAA, I called Rick and he said they would sell the car for that price. So Rick ordered the Vehicle and 8 weeks later on January 21st we took delivery of our new vehicle at the Performance Delivery Center in Greenwood SC that Rick arranged. What an experience and I highly recommend that people take use of that benefit. But most of all Athens BMW and everyone involved in our purchase of our new vehicle has been great and that even after the sale I have been assured by Rick that the service after the sale will be great as well. I wanted to get the recall done on my BMW 328i convertible so I was put on a list at another dealership, and told they couldn't get me in for months. Called back months later to see what was going on and was told next available date was 3 weeks from now. Called Athens BMW and they got me in the next day! The staff was courteous and Hayden even drove me to get food since I had to wait about an hour and a half which wasnt the case I was there a little over an hour. They did an inspection and pointed out some issues with my tires and even gave me a courtesy wash. Definitely be back to Athens BMW instead of the closer one to my house. read more

This is my first experience with Athens BMW, having been referred there by a good friend. I had researched and priced X5d and Q7d cars in Atlanta and was ready to pull the trigger. When I gave Rick my spec he made a couple of good suggestions and beat the Atlanta prices substantially, even with upgrades. Got started at Tires Plus. They broke the lug key off in tire locking lug nut! Tire Plus could not figure out how to fix the situation. I took to Athens BMW. They took out old broken key in locking lug and charged almost nothing. Then got four great new tires for less than Tires Plus and got alignment done which Tires Plus could not do.
