Started off with dolmades and saganaki (flaming cheese) the saganaki normally comes with pita points but here it doesn't. We asked for additional bread. Service wasn't bad. Sometimes they needed a little coordination I had famous gyro platter which was really good. Anna had the chicken skewers with a salad. Overall pretty good with a couple gotchas but will be back

This is a Greek Restaurant that has been here forever. Many groups come bec they know the place and what they'll get. We came with our daughter bec my husband wanted Greek food! It is not busy I think bec there is, and has been, several other types of restaurants in this shopping center-in particular a Mexican and pizza place now. Service is not quick (I hope bc they are making fresh the food) but they are friendly. The bread and flaming cheese was delicious. I got the sampler and wish I had gotten the chicken and a Greek salad.

This is a cute Greek restaurant with a beautiful mural of the Parthenon and lots of painted pictures of Santorini and other Greek cities. It was a little hard to find because it was in a strip mall but it's located right next to the UFH Pediatric Center. The food was delicious. I asked my waitress if she recommended the moussaka or gyro sandwich and she said get the moussaka, so I ordered the Classic Greek combo which came with moussaka, 3 dolmades on a bed of orzo pasta and 3 spanakopita. It was perfect because I got to try three different dishes. The moussaka was tasty, not the best I've ever had but full of flavor. Before I left, I decided to order the gyro sandwich to-go, and boy am I glad that I did!! It was wonderful! I would definitely recommend that over the moussaka.

I have to commend Alex, our server for his OUTSTANDING customer-centered support! He ever fails to greet us with a smile, and demonstrate appreciation for his customers as we get the privilege of having him most times we go there! Very much appreciate Alex! Now on to the food; what can you say about the BEST Greek food in town! We come here frequently and they have never let us down with the highest standard of ingredients and flavor. My aunt tonight had the flounder, which was a HUGE piece of !!! She said the taste was great and she very much enjoyed the potatoes. My uncle continues to enjoy their bean soup and Greek salad , his staple go-to. I had the chicken, rich with flavor was FANTASTIC!!!! The seasoning was beyond sensational and very large portion. The grilled vegetables as always were great and tonight I tried the Greek green beans. I liked the flavor and it took me a second to realize. I was eating something that I said I would never eat because of texture and that is due tomatoes. These green beans were made with spices and green tomatoes, which truly enhanced the flavor! I would definitely do that again. Of all Greek restaurants this is my favorite. You walk into a warm family environment. You've got the Aunt and Uncle who run the establishment with the nephew working there and on weekends the son who comes in from college. They truly embrace every client as they come in as if they were also family and that's something you just don't get. Supporting local business is Paramont to me and this family owned restaurant deserves all the business we can get to them! They Cook from the heart and it's demonstrated by the flavors of the food and the richness of the variety in the menu.

Amazing Greek food at this place! Highly recommend if you are looking for authentic food and excellent customer service. The atmosphere and ambiance is also great with Greek music playing!

My sampler platter was delicious! The grape leaves were stuffed full and had a lovely cream sauce drizzled over them. My pastitsio was tender and flavorful. My husband got the gyro platter and it was also very good! The inside is much larger than it appears and even has a small room available for private events.

Where to begin when you find a gem of a place to eat, you start with great service and follow that up with amazing home cooked food. We started our culinary journey with the Saganaki Flambe, which was as stimulating to the eyes as it was to the taste buds. We also had the Dolmades, which were great. We also had a Greek salad platter and the trio dips which were fantastic. For our main dishes we ordered lamb kabobs, chicken kabobs as well as the Chicken Athens saute. Everything was absolutely amazing . As wonderful as the food was the Chef/Owner, Victoria came over to greet us. She is a Rock Star who truly cares about her customers experience. Telling her story how she knows her customers, but didn't know us because it was our first time there, certainly not our last. If we could give this place 10 stars we would. Run, don't walk to this place, you won't be disappointed! Unfortunately we live 1000 miles away, but if we are ever in the area it will be our first stop to eat here again.

I have been wanting to try Athens for several weeks and I am so happy I got to drop in. We were greeted by the nicest lady who was so sweet. The restaurant is so authentic with beautiful music playing and a family environment. The hummus is so creamy and perfectly seasoned. The pita is served fresh and warm. The traditional salad had the best veggies and omg let's talk about the chunks of feta!! We loved our experience and will definitely be back to try more.

This restaurant is bigger than it looks from the outside. We went for lunch and enjoyed attentive service from our waitress. I have a gluten allergy question that our server wasn't confident answering but she sent someone else right over to help. Lots of options for those of us who aren't able to eat gluten. Everything was delicious! I would've preferred the chicken as larger pieces but that's hardly a complaint! There was also a dessert counter that looked great. Not sure if anything was gluten free but it all looked good!

I was one of 6 in a group and had great conversation and larger than expected appetizers. I ordered a flight of reds, broadening my tastes to explore a Tempranillo. It was my favorite, actually, and paired well with the Shanghai Short Rib! I was pleasantly impressed. I did have the crab, shrimp and lobster bisque for my appetizer, the seasonal Shanghai Short rib for my entree and the peach butter cake to finish. Truthfully, I was finished long before the dessert, but had to taste each course. It was delectable! Personally, I would've appreciated more spice in the Shanghai sauce, but it was tasty for a more general palate and customer base. There's some risotto that called to me, so I will definitely return! Our service was kind, professional and attentive without being overly aggressive nor present. It was very appreciative.

Our server Frenchie also made it very clear that she's only working for tips - but she wasn't working very hard for them. Not only did she belittle our party for our ages, but also made it our problem for taking our food/drink orders late. One person in our party asked a question regarding an entree on the menu and he was met with a smart remark and little to no detail explaining the entree. Later on in the night when the whole table is done eating - we all decide to help out and clean up the table as best as we can. Frenchie decided it was a good time to make yet another smart remark about stacking the plates on top of each other. She continued to say "Have you ever been a server before?" and before really answering she cut me off to say "well then you should know not to stack the plates because you don't know if the server can handle that many plates" ... as she continued to take the pile of dishes out of my hand. If she can't handle too many plates in her hands, then she should've just waited to clear the table or politely say "i'll come back for those plates in a minute" by the end of it all , the entire table felt very uncomfortable by her demeanor towards us - of course we still tipped because we understand what it's like to make a living off of tips but to have a sour attitude and continually reminding us that you're here for tips isn't a great way of having customers coming back.

She made sure to check up on us, answered all of our questions, and refilled our drinks often. It was super clean there too! We were started off with some fresh, warm bread and a balsamic/olive oil dipping sauce. The bread was perfectly crispy and went so well with the dipping sauce. We were served cold bread before at restaurant so I'm glad we had warm bread! We decided on the following appetizer and entrees: Fried meat ravioli - 8/10: it came out piping hot and it was so delicious! Fried to a nice, golden brown and covered in panko crumbs, it didn't feel heavy at all. It came with a fresh marinara sauce and had parmesan cheese sprinkled on top of the fried ravioli. Each bite was cheesy, crispy, tasty, meaty, and we devoured it quickly! Carbonara Alla Roma - 8.5/10: I thought the portion would be small since I seen photos online but it was actually a great portion. I had enough to take home and eat as leftovers! The pasta was cooked perfectly and the alfredo sauce was balanced and decadent. I could taste the pecorino romano, and cracked black pepper. The pancetta was smoky and added a nice umami flavor to the pasta. I didn't rate it higher because it was slightly missing a little bit of of that BAM factor! but it was pretty delicious! The Sofi - chicken - 9/10: Oh my gosh! My best friend got this and I wished I would have too! It was sooooooooooooooooooo good! It had prosciutto di parma, mushrooms, asparagus, shallots, cooked in wine and tossed in a rose cream sauce. The pasta was also cooked perfectly and that sauce was to die for! Each bite was like tasting the finest flavors and spices of Italy. I could not believe how tasty this was! If you come here, you HAVE to try this dish! Tiramisu - 9.5/10: One of the best tiramisus we've had in Jacksonville. It was the perfect amount of espresso and cream. They had dollops of chocolate sauce on the side and helped elevated the flavor of the tiramisu. It also wasn't super sweet which we appreciate. We don't really like overly sweet desserts and this one hits the mark on everything. Overall, service, food, and atmosphere was great! We would definitely come back to try other menu items!
