We had to constantly grab anyone who worked there to get help and get served or drink refills. Very atypical of Prospect. I'm reviewing again to be constructive. So we came the weekend of Jazz fest. We were out on Sunday and I was like hey let's go to Chancho King and try their ceviche. I wasn't a big fan of their ceviche I prefer it from a Mexican restaurant. However the plantain chips were a hit! I would absolutely go back and get those it was a nice snack I'm interested to see how they would taste with some guacamole I need to do that! And I'm an oyster loving girl-lala so I got 2 little cities oysters and they were nice and fresh. The two times I have been here the service has been great. For a Sunday it is super busy and the seating on the inside quickly feels up but I was so glad to be inside because the heat was too much.
