This was retirement party that was held at coopers hawk. Really great walking in and seeing all the bottles of wine. The food was a spread of appetizers and flat breads. All we're very good. And the staff waiting on people was right there with drinks. Picked a good place for the retirement party. Now I need to back for regular dinner or lunch.

We really enjoy coming here! Tried the Napa salad. This time. Service was good. Food was good. Had a great time.

Excellent food!! Probably the best meal I've had in the last 10 years. Started with the Lobster, crab and shrimp bisque. Amazing!!! Had the Braised Short Ribs Risotto. It was phenomenal. My husband had the surf and turf with grouper and steak. It melted in your mouth. We also did the wine tasting which was so fun and under $20. Can't wait to come back!!!

Despite presentation clearly not being a focus of the kitchen, the food has exceptional flavor. The wasabi mashed potatoes are very good, but the way they present them sort of makes it look like a cat puked in the middle of the potatoes. However, instead of the potatoes, being fluffy and white, they are dense in yellow, which does not contrast well with the wasabi sauce. The medallions were prepared to a perfect medium rare with very good flavor, and the toppings do not take away from the flavor of the meat. Of the three toppings available for the medallions the blue cheese is unremarkable and has a tendency to overpower the good flavor of the medallion. The service was great, and I enjoyed the comfortable atmosphere. At $50.00 this meal is a little underwhelming. However, it is not bad. It is a good meal with good flavors overall and it is nice to have with a glass of wine on a late afternoon lunch..

This was my first time at Cooper's Hawk Winery & Restaurant! We decided to go here randomly and I am so happy that we did. You walk in and it is the wine tasting room and gift shop. Our waiter, Kyle, was absolutely incredible! He explained how the wine menu shows which wine pairs well with each food option. He also spoke to us about joining the wine club, which does seem like a good deal, if you have a location by you! I started by ordering a glass of moscato, which was very good. We then received a pretzel bread roll. This pretzel roll was incredibly good! It was crispy and airy, which is different than other rolls in a good way! I then ordered the Gnocchi Alla Vodka. Vodka sauce is my favorite type of sauce and Cooper's Hawk's vodka sauce did not disappoint! The dish was delicious and it had plenty of Italian sausage in it. You can also add other protein if you would like. If I am traveling and see another Cooper's Hawk, I will be sure to stop!

    Christmas Eve tasting!!!

My New Favorite Cooper's Hawk? (Don't tell Orlando!) I was beyond excited to make a reservation at Cooper's Hawk Jacksonville, just steps away from my son's and his fiancée's new apartment. As someone who is a regular at the Orlando locations and a Wine Club member, I honestly didn't think I'd be surprised... but wow, was I wrong. First major win: it was Christmas Eve and not nearly as crowded as Orlando. That alone set the tone for a relaxed, enjoyable evening. We kicked things off with an amazing wine tasting, and the highlights for me were Nightjar and the Winter Red--warm, mulled, cozy, and absolutely perfect for the holiday vibe. One thing to note (and maybe a friendly warning ): the pours here are far more generous than Orlando. By the time you hit that 8th glass, you will definitely be feeling it. I'd love to come back during happy hour, enjoy some bites at the bar, and pair that with the tasting--sounds like the perfect night. Dinner was just as impressive. We had Colby taking care of us, and he was phenomenal. So good, in fact, that I took notes just so I can request him next time--because there will absolutely be a next time. Here's where they truly knocked it out of the park: my son and his fiancée decided to share a plate since they weren't super hungry... and the kitchen plated the meal on two separate plates without us even asking. That level of thoughtfulness and service deserves a standing ovation. I ordered my go-to Chicken Piccata, and it never disappoints. It was so good that I had leftovers--and somehow it was even better the next day (yes, that good). Now that I know this location is just steps from my son's apartment, Cooper's Hawk Jacksonville is officially on my must-visit list every time I'm in town. Thank you, Cooper's Hawk Jacksonville, for such an outstanding experience! Five stars all the way!

I had high expectations of this place since I've been to several Cooper's Hawk restaurants in Virginia and always had a great experience in spite of the crowds. That was not the case here. There seemed to be plenty of empty tables. Once we were seated it was a good 15 minutes before anyone approached our table. Once we ordered our drinks it took a long while to get them and we were told the waiter would be right back to take our order. He was not. He came to assist another table and we were again told he would be right back. Finally he took our order and we received our food. The food was first rate. Unfortunately, the service left a sour taste in our mouths. It was a nice venue, but hard to get over the flippant attitude of a barely there server - Forrest F on the ticket.

We went to Cooper's Hawk Winery & Restaurant in Town Center and ended up making a whole evening of it. Even though we're Wine Club members, we've never actually eaten at Cooper's Hawk outside of appetizers in the bar area. We were excited to finally have an actual meal there tonight after hearing so many great things. We started the night by putting our name in, then heading over to the wine bar to do this month's tasting while we waited for our table. This was our friends first time doing the tasting and they ended up liking it enough that they ended up becoming Wine Club members too. Once we were sat after the tasting, we went to work looking at the menu. I actually ended up choosing something from their seasonal specials. I had the Grilled Heirloom Pork Ribeye, which comes with potatoes and an assortment of fruits & vegetables for a side. It was a big portion of pork that was cooked well. Not dry at all with a very slight glaze that helped it out too. The sides were prwtty good and I surprised myself when I focused more on the fruits & veggies than I did the potatoes. My wife ordered the Gnocchi Alla Vodka and she was excited for it. She really liked the gnocchi themselves and the vodka sauce was excellent. She's a big fan of vodka sauce to begin with but she thought this sauce was exceptional. Our server offered for her to add another protein to it (it already comes with Italian sausage) but didn't opt to add anything. She said she's glad she didn't because the sausage was great and she really didn't feel the dish needed anything else. The dinning room was PACKED, which I'm guessing is normal just based on how many good things I've heard. Service was a touch slow here and there, so I'm not sure if they were busier than usual or possibly down a person or two maybe? Not a deal breaker by any means, just something of note. Overall it was a solid first visit to the main dining room for us and our friends really enjoyed their first wine tasting / Wine Club experience. All of this added up to a great evening out with friends.

Had a wonderful experience. It was my first time at a Cooper's hawk and the drink selection and food options are excellent. When you enter they have the wine tasting area where you can enjoy and hear about the flavors. I didn't try it this time but will next time. The little shop up front was cute with wine themed accessories. The strawberry mule was my favorite. The pot stickers and the short rib Risotto were out of this world. Can't wait to explore more if the menu.

I can't believe. I'm a member since 2017. Tried to get two dark chocolate to change flavors between white wine and red wine, never be charged and they charge me $5 for two chocolate wile I pay monthly to do my tasting. I think is ridiculous. We should have that as a complimentary. No happy

Can I say Town Center Cooper's Hawk outdid themselves for April's membership dinner! The staff, with the restaurant manager Don at the helm, made the guests feel special and welcomed the moment we stepped in the door! The theme this month was "Twilight in Thailand," and I must say EVERYTHING was on point from the quality/taste of the food to the wine pairings. Cost was $79 but we got a phenomenal, unforgettable experience. I had such an amazing time that I'm returning next month for the May 17th member dinner!

This is an establishment that is in my home state of Arizona that I've been waiting to try, so why not when in Jacksonville for work? I'll start this review with advising I wanted to love this place, but sadly my first visit was so disappointing on my first full day in Jacksonville that the next four weeks deterred me from giving them a second chance (though I did a few weeks later for wine + starter). We arrived at 6:21pm and seated right away on a Monday evening as a walk in for two. After settling in, we noticed the table was not fully cleaned (photo included). It took some time for our waiter to come over, so we sat a little ajar to avoid the menu touching it. The waiter apologized and we had drinks 15 minutes after being seated & table being wiped down again. My starter of classic tomato bruschetta would arrive 10 minutes after the drink which was perfect timing. The meal started off well with the exception of the dirty table, which can easily be overlooked for a great dining experience at an establishment. Our entrees were heavily delayed with our waiter checking in to say they'd be out shortly. With my photos, I checked the time stamp and it took 44 minutes for my risotto after the bruschetta arrived. Normally, I would forgive this but it came out as the wrong risotto. I was served the roasted chicken risotto versus the sweet corn & tomato risotto (substitute the pesto oil as a treenut allergy). I hate to complain and/or waste food, but we notified the waiter right away to have the right dish come out. He apologized and advised he would have a new one right away; it took 11 minutes after the first one and I could tell it was rushed though it was decent in flavor. My coworker ordered tortilla soup and was shocked those two dishes took so long. Ultimately, we left disappointed and would rather try other places as there are plenty in the town center. One evening after work, a couple local coworkers suggested wine + starters so we went here. We wanted a few items on happy hour, and we ordered just in time. I was disappointed the bruschetta was not on it, but ordered regardless as I enjoyed the first time dining here. A better experience for wine and bruschetta, so I'd likely recommend as a place for small bites and wine versus dining for dinner.

We went to brunch on a Saturday morning at Cooper's Hawk at Town Center and it was incredible! Sabrina waited on us and was so kind. She suggested some of the best food we have ever had here (and we go to dinner or get take out often.) She is worth the request for sure! We both got something different for brunch options - Brisket Bash and Cooper's Hawk Steak and Eggs. They were both amazing and honestly some of the best meals that we have ever had here or for breakfast at other places. A+++++++ to Cooper's Hawk and to Sabrina!

V+C's noticeable attention to detail (marble table tops, miniature variegated Scheffleras and etc.) made it extra special and stress free for me right off the bat, and my first note to myself was, "This is going to be a wonderful experience that I got for a song." I have a deep appreciation and admiration for all things done well and purposefully and this was it. The event was like a three-hour next-level Food and Wine Festival specific to a stream of glorified apéros. It was V+C's inaugural event and here's how it went down. There were five stops at premium restaurants on the V+C: Taste of the Town Center Walking Tour. The participants consisted of two co-producers of the event, 12 tour mates (more like team mates), one photographer, one videographer, five toasts, and we shared five delicious appetizers paired with five mystery bottles of wine. The blind wine tasting concept they used was multi-dimensional and offered an unbiased sampling session. We discovered our taste preferences and the characteristics of the wine individually. Everyone was fully engaged trying to figure out the elements of what we were tasting and what we liked and didn't like about the wine's structure. V+C shared interesting fun facts about each mystery bottle of wine after it was revealed which I enjoyed very much. There were no stingy pours. As a matter of fact, V+C was very generous during the entire event with the pours, the pairings, and an adorable cookie favor for everyone and plenty of good vibes. They provided pens to jot down notes on their brand's stationery notecard which also acted as a fan. By the end of the second stop I was gliding gracefully through the walking tour without a care in the world. It was so much fun hanging out with a new circle of groovy people exploring and just being in the moment. The time for this walking tour flew by. I'm looking forward to doing this again in the very near future.

If you had the broccoli corn bread-you will love the maycaw cornbread-C and P farm is the largest producer of maycaws in the world-fun fact! It is sweet, dense, corny taste-yum! Served with sweet fresh butter that is air light! We had the lamb sandwich served with a side. I chose the squash which was sautéed with dill-not my fav but the squash was cooked perfectly. We also had the shrimp and grits-a Jax fav that consistently pleases. Our friend had the chicken with heat sandwich-toasted bun, house pickles/many, slivers of onion, battered chicken breast, with a douse of hot sauce. If you like the heat-this is your sandwich-served with medium sliced fries. Very tasty. There is a separate dessert menu but we were full-satisfied.
