Had problems with Athens Ace Hardware about two years ago not willing to exchange the wrong parts…read morethey ordered. I decided to eat the cost and stopped going to them. Have been traveling 45 minutes to order parts for a Husqvarna mower now. Decided to give them another try so today I stopped in to see if they could get the parts I need to repair my mower. The female parts manager was very rude, treated me as if I was an idiot. If I had known the guy that was on the phone trying to get a belt for his mower I would have informed him how bad they were talking about him and making fun of him because he did not the belt #. This place is the most unprofessional ace hardware I have ever been in. Management needs to take a look at how these employees treat customers, they are not stupid as you suggested and decide if this business grows or stays small.

The employees are friendly and helpful. I would go out of my way to visit this location over other hardware stores. Highly recommend giving them your business over the big box stores.
