If you can manage to successfully schedule a consultation, they might be great. However, they seriously need to implement a proper booking system if they can't honor the appointment times they offer.

We were there for an hour plus, walked away after spending more than $300 just for BBQ sauces, salad dressings, pickles, chocolates, pasta, canned tomato products, jams, jellies, cheeses, wines, liquor, every kind of spices, etc, we are denied by Safeway. If I didn't know better, I'd think that AJ's is owned by Raley's, which we shopped at for 30+ years. A lot of upscale, well-dressed people in the store... very high-end in nature and curb appeal.
