I paid for extra, PLUS $5 for rims shine, and the car was out in minutes with rims as you see on photo, rear windows untouched, bird poop remaining, interior wiped as minimally as possible. Drove over to the area in search of the hand wash car wash only to find that it closed down recently. As such, I still needed a wash and saw this place on the corner. Smaller and with a line, I figured that I would try it out. The VIP package included leather conditioning which I also gave a try. The wash itself wasnt amazing as it still left some spots on my car. The interior detailing guy did a great job though. He took 15 minutes but wiped down every surface in my car. Literally every. Single. Surface. There was a previous review that mentioned that the leather conditioner doesnt smell great and I have to concur, but it's nothing that driving with the windows down for a bit or your air freshener couldn't fix. The guys there did not vacuum driver side or back of my suv. Then when I called about the service I got someone telling me if I want it vacuumed correctly you have to pay extra. Well when I got inside they were giving me different prices, the person that put my car on the line knocked my tires out of alignment, my tags were all mangled and twisted. I purchased a Groupon for the full synthetic oil change. I've had my car for 50000 miles. I change my oil religiously. I've the dealer and other service stations. I was pressed for time so I did the job BUT Above the price I was charged for an extra quart of oil and my special filter. I have paid for extra oil before. That's honest. No shop has ever asked for any money for the filter. I drive a Kia not an exotic. The additional charge was $42 above the cost of the Groupon. Definitely a rip off. And to add insult to injury they brought in my AC filter from the glove (maybe) to show me how dirty it was. It looked like I might get cholera soon. I replaced it myself recently. What they showed me wasn't mine. Then they went back in the shop and knocked on the window that the car was done. It was utterly impossible that "my" filter was put back in the car. It takes some time to pull the glove compartment and put it back in. My glove compartment was not disturbed in any way. $4 inflation surcharge $8 misc $24.50 additional for a filter no other service center has charged for. I edited this review to state one thing out of fairness The workers I encountered there all seemed hardworking and polite. I'm sure almost everyone of them are honest people. I bought a Groupon for around $30 for a wash and oil change and they ended up charging me and ADDITIONAL $36 for the oil change making this officially the most expensive wash/oil change of my life. I came here 9 months pregnant to try to get the dog hair off the floor mats before the baby arrives. I asked specifically for this service when I arrived. They returned the car to me covered in dog hair, like they didn't even attempt to vacuum it up. When I asked if they could try again they seemed incredibly inconvenienced and told me I would have to pay extra. I said no problem I was happy to pay more for this, but they then told me it would be $120 more just to vacuum the dog hair. I went inside to ask the woman at the desk if this was always the price for this service and she dismissively said "I don't know I don't set the prices." Your car will definitely come out clean -- I've been coming here for years. It helps to pay extra for a wax coating, tire wax and inside mat cleaning. Oddly enough though, they've gotten rid of their rewards program where your car washes are connected to your license plate and that sucks. Awful experience. Won't go back. I asked for the yellow package only. The attendant kept trying to add things onto my wash (wheels, undercarriage, etc) and I repeated myself several times "No just the basic yellow package". When I got to the cashier there was an extra $5 charge for "Wheel brite" and a additional up-charge for an "oversized SUV" (I drive a subcompact crossover, an XC40, the same size as a Honda CRV). The cashier repeatedly tried to hand my receipt back to me stating that I was my job to "go find the person you spoke with and have them fix it". After handing it back to her several times and insisting that I wasn't my job to fix their cash register, she became very rude and the man hanging around the counter ( I think he was her boyfriend or partner) started getting up in my face saying that there was no reason for ME to be rude. So I remember this use to be THEE spot to get a good car wash 24/7. The Express was was basically you get what you pay for. The interior cleaning was decent, but rushed. They didn't take their time to actually wipe my windows and the light glare revealed all the streaks from using a wet cloth to try and wipe down. I asked the guys to wait for a second so that I could bring the things from the backseat of my car to the trunk and there was only one car behind me and they did not wait and they did not let me do anything I had to shout wait wait wait and once I did that they told me not to talk to them they didn't even give me a second to do anything and then I can't believe the money I paid for this car wash. I got my car back and it was in horrible condition they did not do anything they've barely really cleaned it up this place is a joke you should see how little they did and how little of an effort they made for the amount of money I paid I am never doing this again and I am never going here again stay away because the owner of the business isn't even there when I tried to speak to them nobody was there to help me no manager nothing the person who work there was completely apathetic behind the desk and didn't even care about anything! Where I have previously lived, you do it yourself or pay extremely reasonable rates - such is the way with all services in NY. I was Leary of have a car wash do my oil change. But I will come her forever. The staff is knowledgeable and knows exactly what they are doing and talking about. They are respectful, follow all Covid guidelines. The price for their service wasn't marked up that high considering 5 gallons of the oil I purchased retails for about 1/3 of what they charged and taut included a free car wash where I inquired about some detailing service. When it comes to caring for something you bought, financed and care about. I want it done right. I understand people make mistakes. I have used them in the past but will never ever recommend their business after that incident. They should have been quicker to take care of their customer after an accident occurred with a customer's vehicle in which the fault was entirely on them.
