I called Lifeway Mobility and spoke with Tabitha. She was pleasant and knowledgeable, and told me the fee to remove the stairlift would be $215. We scheduled a date and time. The technician, Luis, called me when he was on his way, he arrived promptly, was very nice and friendly, and had the stairlift out of the house in 15 minutes. I paid him, he emailed a receipt, and was on his way. I could not have asked for a better experience, and highly recommend Lifeway Mobility.

Even the (independent) installer had good insights about how the products should be set up. On the other hand, my experience with getting adjustments post installation was far less satisfactory. Mozart Movers were top-notch! I initially did some moving…read morecompanies comparisons, and ultimately decided on Mozart as the background office staff was informative, courteous, professional and timely, and they answered all of my questions, that is a feat in itself. The movers made contact when they were en route to my location, and showed up on time. All three of the movers introduced themselves, and post my tour of what they needed to move, they went to work. Our move was sizeable 3bd apt in a house to a 2bd smaller townhouse. They disassembled, reassembled, and arranged furniture in the most effective configuration. They were real people who truly cared about the job they did. They also understood how stressful moving is. My move took 6 hours and they were moving the entire time. Nothing broken and they were a super effective team. (hopefully no time soon...the process of moving bites) If I ever need movers again Mozart Movers are going to be my choice. The two gentlemen were friendly and hard-working. One of them's name was Jordan but unfortunately, I can't remember the other young man, but it could've been Mike?! The furniture was all wrapped carefully and they were done earlier than expected. I received phone calls from Jordan every step of the way from my sister's apartment on the South Shore of MA to the North Shore letting me know the ETA, when they were arriving , etc. I was very pleased overall! They even refunded me some money because they finished a little earlier than the amount of time originally quoted! I had a couple of questions that I wanted to ask and the manager I spoke to was super nice and easy to talk to! She makes everyone feel so at ease and comfortable. Through most of our ceremony I didn't even realize she was taking pictures. All my friends and family were just amazed at her friendliness and skill. They loved Tiffany. When we received our photos we were just touched. BEAUTIFUL!!!!!!!!! I am so fortunate that I found this amazing artist. Everything at our wedding went smoothly with a photographer that smiled through out the evening and captured the message of our union. Tiffany was able to set something up pretty short notice. Tiffany had a bunch of great ideas for shots around my house and backyard. She also was open to a couple of ideas I had for shots. I originally saw a review for Gallery TK on Yelp and then checked out her web. It is very professionally done and gave me an idea of the types of photos I could expect. I will definitely recommend Gallery TK to my friends and family.
