As I sit here in the waiting area I'm reading over the previous reviews and it's the same exact experience I've just had. I make an appointment for 0930. I'm told an hour and I'll be all set. It's an oil change and tire rotation. I arrive on time and drop keys off. Walk over to target and walk around. A little over an hour later I'm back over to check on my truck. It's sitting in same spot as I left it. Wow. So when I ask why the delay I'm told give us 10 more minutes. Needless to say it's been another 30 and still not done. You have lost any and all future business with me and prob the people that ask me about coming here. You have to have some sort of over-site on your scheduling. A complete overhaul of your front desk attendants and there responsibilities. You can't be double and triple booking time slots requiring customers to wait close to an hour or more over what you orig told them. Won't be back. UPDATE: I did want to add that I was offered a discount for services due to the delay and asked to give them another chance that they had scheduling issues earlier in day.

So they call me the afternoon I dropped it off telling I had a leak in my power steering fluid hose and that needed to be replaced, and since they had to that, they needed to get in the gaskets which was going to take up more labor and parts. The quoted me at $700 total. They didn't explain anything more than that and I felt rushed to agree to this since I only had 2 days before the end of the month. They didn't offer pictures or anything either to corroborate their story of the leaking hose. I'm disappointed in them, and will not be bringing my vehicle here anymore. The people are nice though. Also, they always forget to top off fluids and to put the reminder sticker for oil change on my window.

I took a 2003 Honda Accord to be checked over before my 17 yo son drove it back to SC. This was my…read moremom's car and it had 54,000 miles on it. I asked them to inspect the car and do an oil change. This car has not been driven more than 200 miles over the past 3-4 years. I was surprised to find out there were no issues with the car. The next day I noticed the back rear tire seemed low so we checked the pressure and it was at 15 psi. Actually, all the tires were lower than recommended. This gave me pause and doubt that the car was truly inspected. Thankfully we made it back to SC and took it to another AAA car care center. 8 days after later, the new inspection (with pictures and explanations) shows that all four tires are dry-rotted with a nail in the passenger rear tire, dirty air filters with a cracked intake tube, and a total of 9 issues on inspection that needed urgent attention including a cracking belt. Seriously, what did you actually inspect if you missed a nail in the tire?

I explained that I would need to arrive at 9:00 AM, as I required a ride. I arrived at 8:50 AM and was pleasantly greeted by Bryce, the store manager. However, the experience quickly went downhill. At 2:30 PM, I called to check on the status of my car and was informed that it was next in line to go into the bay. When I arrived at 4:15 PM, the car had been moved but was sitting on the side of the building. The receptionist mentioned someone was working on it--though at that time, there were no cars in the service bay. Approximately 10 minutes later, my car was pulled into the bay. It was the only vehicle in there for about 15 minutes, followed by two others. At 5:15 PM, a technician came over and showed me a photo of a bent lug nut, stating that the tire couldn't be reinstalled until the issue was resolved. By this point, I was extremely frustrated. At 6:45 PM, I was informed that my car was finally ready. I was shown the damaged lug nut and told, "I've never seen that before." Frankly, I wasn't interested in explanations at that point. From my perspective, the damage occurred because the technician likely attempted to force the lug nut without first hand-tightening it. What's more disappointing is that, despite the delay and inconvenience, I was simply told my total and wished a good day--no apology, no acknowledgment of the 10-hour wait for what should have been a routine tire replacement. I had driven past three other tire shops to come here--despite colleagues warning me against it--because I've had good service from your location in the past. This experience, however, was among the most unprofessional and poorly managed I've encountered. I hope you'll take this feedback seriously.
