I purchased an RV from Atlantic RV & Service. I paid $40,257 in cash for Radiance Ultra Lite 28OD. I dealt with Jacob Frasier who worked in Sales and Finance. Upon initially receiving the RV I was pleased with the state of it as well as the man who delivered it. After troubleshooting a few items with Jacob I made a list of items that Jacob and I were unable to fix. The list was as follows; Scratched decals, Front door doesn't lock due to hinge being set improperly Screen door that does not stay closed (not engaging in the hinge either) An exhaust fan and light over the stove that doesn't work A light fixture over the kitchen sink that doesn't work An awning (electric) that imploded upon first use. Jacob turned me over to a lady by the name of Kim who no longer works at Atlantic. I was then turned over to Abby, then with apologies they turned me over to the warranty department. The warranty department never returned my calls or responded at all. I went back to Jacob as a voice of reason, who I had a very educated conversation with in which he turned me over to Paul the service manager. Paul unfortunately enlightened me to that fact that most of these service issues were present prior to the delivery of my RV. Paul was very detailed and made a thorough list. He asked me to be patient and wait until after the Fourth of July allowing him to get a bearing on these items. I waited until Friday July 9th to contact him. On Monday or Tuesday the following week he returned my call and it was as if we never had the conversation. All details we had previously discussed were lost. He had clearly enjoyed his holiday weekend and failed to attend to business matters. It was at this point he told me to drive my RV 3 hours north to their repair shop. My next calls will be to the owners of Atlantic RV to express my disappointment. My RV was delivered in mid April, 3 months later I am being forced to leave this review as well as seek legal council. -Jacob please reach out to me so we can deal with this matter amicably. Our sales person Cristal Rodriguez told us we had a week to decide on a Class A Motor home after we paid the $500 deposit. We decided to keep looking after 3 days and they refused to refund our deposit. The motor home had 10 yr old tires and they did not want to replace them. We asked to have a manager or owner call us and no surprise we never received that call back. Zero integrity company! Except we did buy a fairly new TT... they broke the fan assembly in the bathroom, and fixed it..but it was downhill from ther.e because even thought they stated.."they didn't go through it yet".. means nothing.. they never did..and there is a list of about 20 things needing repai. we brought it home and from the get-go.. no answer from help lone(as we were on the road on a 3000 round trip adventure).. and no help when we returned except to state that they picked 5 of the repairable items and would look into them..in exchange for a GAG ORDER...no bad reviews allowed. thus I am here...won't go back... read more

Worse experience of my life. Two years after buying from these people I'm still having major issues with my camper. They sold me a lemon. Problems from day one. The owner had the nerve to blame all issues on me. I have a water leak, from day one, and the owner accused me of pouring water on the floor from a bottle. Instead of being a man and attempting to make things right he began accusing. A year after this awful purchase Forest river calls me and asked if I bought another trailer from them. I didn't. Seemed Atlantic Rv put my name on another trailer. Warrant fraud I'm guessing. Please please please do your research before buying from these people. Please check out my yelp and Facebook reviews. Excellent customer service from the whole team at Sun Camper/Atlantic Marine RV. My salesman Tom really worked with me as a first time buyer to understand the process and get RV and met all my needs for a good price. Keith the tech who gave me my walk-through splint plenty of time showing me the ropes and making sure I was comfortable before leaving. Any questions or assistance I have needed in the first days since, they have provided quick and excellent support while fitting me into their busy schedule. Paul in their service department was the last gentleman I spoke with regarding some questions to get a few routine things adjusted here or there and you can tell he is really passionate about what he does and even went over some awesome tips about different parks throughout the state and how to handle certain emergency situations. I was referred to this dealer by a happy customer. I did not buy from them, so my review is based only on the buying process. I was in the market for a specific RV model. This dealer and another one in Florida had it in stock. I had done my research and there was no need for me to see the unit. I was looking for the best cash price with no trade, sale process and service. According to my friend, this dealer does a great job with all three, so I was more inclined to do business with them. I asked both dealers to provide me with a quote that included all costs so that the quote was the exact amount I would pay "out the door". After some back and forth negotiations with both dealers, the one across the state had a price that was over $2,000 better than Atlantic's. During the negotiation, Atlantic's sales rep continually told me that the other dealer was dishonest and had poor service. He also said that no matter how good the price they gave me, when I arrive to pick up my camper, they would add their freight costs and a dealer prep fee of $900, which would be more than the $2,000 quote difference. Here is the bottom line: I bought from the other dealer and their quote is what I paid. They were very professional and spent as much time as needed to make sure I was completely happy with my new camper. I write this because buyer beware with Atlantic. Completely agree with previous review as the WORST RV dealership ever. First of all I had to return to the dealership repeatedly to sign documents that were "overlooked" and each time they tried to increase the selling price and /or reduce my trade in. After the deal was finally done they came up with some bogus repairs on my trade in then held deposit for ransom for months after repairs were done under WARRANTY. Then, on the first trip I discovered half done and/or sloppy done "prep" work (which is done by the dealership) and had to return it for warranty work. Now three weeks later I have sent over 20 emails and called repeatedly, yet no one returns my calls. DO NOT use this dealership!! read more

Stay away!! We would give 0 stars if we could. My husband and I put a deposit on what was supposed to be a "New" Forest River Rpod 176t. Our complaints with this dealership are as follows- The salesman gave the receptionist conflicting information and told her we were supposed to arrive three hours before he told us. She called and asked why we were late. We informed her that we had an appointment at 1, not 10am. We had a 4 hour drive to make it to their location. Upon arrival, we were not impressed with the operation of the dealership. The AC inside the building does not work and leaks on the floor. The majority of the workers are inside of the AC controlled room behind double doors and didn't come out to speak to us for several minutes. The place is dark, dank, and is in need of repair. When we finally got to look at the unit we were supposed to purchase, we quickly realized that it was far from new. It had a crack in the fiberglass on the back from where someone had hit the camper or backed into something else. The hybrid/pop out tent had worn spots that were close to tearing in many places. When we opened the outer compartment, the camper had a soft spot on the floor from a leak. The outside trim had a dimple and different colored caulk from where you could tell it had been repaired. On the inside there were obvious signs of water damage. Paneling tape was peeling and there were stains on the walls. There was mildew hidden on the curtain area and behind the cushions. When we ran the water in the sink, it leaked on the floor behind the cabinet. They were not planning to sell the unit with a battery. All of these things on a "new" camper? We drove 4 hours and were never told of any of these issues. The price agreed upon certainly did not reflect these issues. Of course, we told Kim (who was assisting in the delivery and definitely not at fault for this debacle) that these were huge problems for us and we needed to speak with someone about either not buying the camper or we would even consider getting a huge discount. My husband and I are very handy and can fix a ton of stuff. When she came back to us we were told 300-500 off and that the salesman was on his way to play hard ball with us. Forget it! That's crazy! Play hard ball for a leaky camper? Nope! I was done. After we left we quickly remembered that we had put the deposit down. My husband called to ask about that and we were told that the owner would have to be called to see "if" we could get our deposit back. Excuse me- but that is so shady. What kind of dealership tries to sell a leaky camper and then won't easily give us back our deposit no questions asked. If the owner has to approve everything then the owner needs to be on site at all times. Period. We got our deposit back, thank God. We sat in Fort Pierce and waited to be sure we were going to get it back otherwise we would have called the police. This was the biggest waste of our time ever. We have never been somewhere so crazy, shady, and ridiculous in all our lives. I would never ever recommend anyone buying anything from this place. Ever. read more
