My original move date was last Thursday, but due to the big "winter storm of 2010", we had to reschedule. Luckily, they came out to move me the very next day when the roads were more clear. The side roads in Salisbury were still very bad, but they were able to make do. They were very efficient despite all the snow. I should also mention that there was minimal, if any, knocking of walls or door frames with furniture, boxes, etc. Additionally, I felt that what they charged for their services was very reasonable. Oh, and I don't want to forget, they also switched out the washer and dryer between the two homes (in other words, two washer/dryer disconnects and reinstalls). Great job all around!

They emptied a very-full 20-foot truck in two hours, which was the time we had agreed upon. Some of the items were extremely heavy and needed to go down a flight of stairs, but they never complained and got everything exactly where I needed it without hitting any of the walls. We weren't there to oversee the packing and weren't totally sure what to expect. The crew finished packing up the PODS more thank two hours sooner than we anticipated (literally saving us hundreds of dollars). Our things were in storage for over a month and the PODS were just delivered and unloaded. I need to give credit where it's due. The PODS were packed SO well! Everything was wrapped and padded perfectly and nothing broke (even the fragile things that were barely unbroken when they were loaded). I am honestly so impressed. We have moved numerous times and this was our best experience with a moving company.

After many excuses by the owner they showed up at 11am with a 26 ft truck.mind you there were no pianos,large appliance etc. twelve hours later and after 2 trips they were done. They damaged a very nice desk by ripping a leg off but the complaint went nowhere and a refusal to reimburse. Edwin was awesome at showing care for all the boxes that he loaded while Cory carefully but expertly wrapped all the furniture. They were done before 10:30. They then drove interstate to unload on 9/26. They arrived around 12:15pm and again were awesome. Cory made sure to unload furniture and boxes in the specific rooms were my stuff needed to be without even asking. They were both friendly, completely professional and great, great workers! I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs a hassle free move. Cory is amazing at what he does!!
