This was the second time I rented large power equipment from BI Rental, and was even a better…read moreexperience than four years ago because when the scissor lift was delivered, the deliveryman helped me determine very quickly that it was absolutely not the right equipment for what I wanted to do, and he immediately took it back and brought out the correct equipment, which was a Niftylift self-drive boom lift. I just had to pay the difference between the two rentals, and the bucket boom was fantastic, and allowed me to safely and easily do a lot of tree trimming and repair work that would have been incredibly dangerous with a ladder or on the roof. The delivery cost was more than reasonable and saved me a large amount of time. After the deliveryman spent ten minutes running me through the operation, it took me about twenty minutes on my own to get comfortable with the equipment. It more than paid for itself by saving me either hospital and insurance costs, or funerary expenses on my family's part. Just as with last time, the staff at BI Rental are all about efficiency and making sure the customer gets the greatest value out of their rental.

Ordered cutting blades for a V-Plow and their site shows it as aftermarket part for a specific V-Plow - it does not specify that unlike OEM cutting edges that are curved on ends this product is straight ends which do not perform like OEM parts. When I called in I was told too bad and if I want to return I have to pay $400 return shipping and its not their fault that they don't specify that these aftermarket cutting edges are not duplicates for OEM product. The poor customer service will make me never use this company again.

Enter CPW: I called them & they were familiar with what we were experiencing so I made the appointment to have it checked out. They ordered the parts & when they were in I brought the truck back and they put 2 guys on it for 2 days (I believe 14 hours in total) and that nightmare was fixed!!! We couldn't be happier. About a month later an ABS wire severed setting off EVERY light on the dash and they were the first call I made. Brought it in ...FIXED :) Two days ago they got our business again for a new set of tires & they will always get our business. I cannot stress enough that you can trust your vehicle to be taken care of here AND done right! I especially appreciate the time they took to always answer all my many questions and concerns because I was relaying everything to someone else. Professional, courteous, knowledgeable and informative. We spent some money here but we wanted it done right and that's exactly what we got and more :) We will always come back for the needs of our truck and so should you!
