After a recent storm, power to my garage doors went out despite nothing being tripped in my breaker box. And due to the garage design, there was no other way into the garage other than through the garage doors. And there was no mechanism by which to manually open them from the outside - other than the keyfobs that didn't work (they had batteries replaced so they weren't the problem). Enter Alberto who devised a solution - both for getting the garage doors open AND to ensure I had the ability to open them again (from the outside) in case of a future power outage. His cost was very reasonable, and after getting one of the doors open (that took about ten minutes of "fishing") he was quick to install a new unlocking mechanism. We tested the final product and everything worked brilliantly. I even decided to purchase a new, more powerful (range-wise) garage door fob from him - one that matched the brand of the openers vs a universal controller. His professional demeanor was top-tier. We had great banter during his time working here. And he was quick. Best customer service ever!!!! Garage door torsion spring broke and needed replacement. Called couple repair man and Alberto gave me the cheapest quote so i had to schedule it right away. While on the phone trying to get scheduled, i asked him how soon can he come out and without hesitation he told me that he can be at my house in the afternoon on the same day. Got another call from him around noon confirming that he will be at my house between 4:00pm - 5:00pm and sure enough, this guy was on my driveway right on time that he promised and ready to fix my garage door. While replacing the springs, he noticed that the motor and wires are not installed correctly.
