DO NOT GO HERE. I wish I could give zero stars. I dropped my vehicle off for four new tires, alignment, and oil change. Paid 1k for services. I drove 13 miles and my wheel flew off on the freeway and ended up totaling the truck. I had the vehicle towed to Firestone and asked them to fix the vehicle. I didn't want money, I wasn't mad. I just wanted my vehicle fixed. One manager accepted responsibility, and even stated that the mechanic who worked on my truck (Anthony, their "master mechanic" ) has been having problems lately and they will take care of it. I got a call a few hours later, from someone else saying it's not their fault, and good luck. They have ignored and blocked my insurance company from contacting them, they have ignored a demand for repair and payment, and I do not recommend this shop or company to ANYONE. Now the legal battle ensues to hold a company liable for damages they caused due to negligence.

Tire paste all over my rim after tire replacement

If I could give 0 stars I would. Their work and costumer service is the worst I've seen. They're in the business of telling you what you want to hear. Went in to fix a tire that kept losing air and decided to go ahead and have an alignment done and a tire rotation while I was their. They did all of those things and then when I drove my car it's beyond shaky. I took it back and they rotated them again and re did the alignment and still terrible. Went back again and always get told "we had to make a lot of adjustments so it should be good to go". Went back another time and had them replace two tires that were due to be changed anyway and thought it would help. Well not only did it not help but they failed to even put both tires at the same weight and left tire paste all over my rims and no caps on my valve stems. And on top of that the alignment they redid once again and the bumpiness continues to get worse. Do not go here! I've gone 4 times in the last 3 weeks. I should not have continued to go back but $700 is a lot of money to be out so I kept going back for them to fix it. I am now out my money since they have been unable to even do any of the work right!

    They classify this as sidewall.

However, I am very disappointed with the level of expertise and outcome of the visit. My 2014 Jeep compass has had the check engine light on for a week, steering locked up last week, and has had delayed clicking start. Justin arrived, I gave him the full history of my vehicle (no problems for 10 years) and the issues occurring the last month or so which prompted the call. He started running tests, even drove the car around to see if he could replicate what I had been experiencing. About 30 minutes into the visit he said he couldn't replicate any of the issues; that's okay, as I mentioned it only happened about 50% of the time. But he sat in my car another 20-30 minutes or so, told me he had to call his boss because he was completely stumped. Not really what you want to hear, but even I started making suggestions of what it could be so he could at least do something for me. At the end of the visit he basically just said "sorry I have no idea what's wrong, maybe replace your battery?"... the only thing he found was a sensor on my engine needed replacement, but it's totally unrelated to the other issues. I ended up having to pay $150 for literally no better idea what's wrong with my car and not feeling any safer to drive it. It was a huge waste of my time and now I'm out $150, and I still had to take it to another shop that already figured out the problem not even 24 hours later. Save yourself some money and go to a real auto shop. I understand that some technicians may be learning or lack the knowledge to dive deeper, but someone should be going with them to assist so your customers aren't left feeling robbed and confused.

I was verbally told that metal shavings were present inside the rear differential and that the entire differential assembly needed replacement. I was quoted approximately $3,600 for the repair. When I requested written clarification regarding how this diagnosis was made, including whether the differential was drained or opened, the condition of the fluid, whether photos were taken, and what specific testing procedures were used, no documentation was provided to support the claim. I then obtained a second opinion from another licensed mechanic. The vehicle was properly lifted, road tested, and inspected, and the rear differential was not identified as the source of the issue. The concern was resolved without replacing the differential. My mechanic also contacted this shop directly to ask about the basis for their diagnosis and did not receive any clear explanation. It is not possible to visually confirm internal metal shavings inside a sealed differential without draining the fluid or opening the case. No such procedure was documented on my repair order. Based on my experience, this did not feel like a transparent or customer focused shop. I strongly encourage customers to request written proof and seek a second opinion before authorizing major repairs.

They're friendly, accommodating and communicate promptly. Scheduling an appointment is easy and hassle-free. It's a true joy dealing with them. This is undoubtedly a First Class operation. However, while this branch is fine for basic services like oil changes, tire rotations, and the like, I'm hesitant to recommend them for any complicated automotive repairs or diagnostics. I took my Jeep there for a persistent issue, and after four visits and significant expense, the problem remained unsolved. They have a tendency to throw parts at problems rather than accurately diagnose the source of an issue, despite charging high market diagnostic fees. One of my repairs was left unfinished and the vehicle had to be returned for the job to be completed. They comped me a free oil change and OEM gas cap after the mishap, but considering I'd spent nearly $4,000 in only a few months, it seemed appropriate. One more positive note. While it's not uncommon to be required to leave your vehicle for a week or more at some shops, AAA gets you in and out faster than any shop I've used in recent memory. We took our Jeep there a few weeks ago and had a bad experience but the manager made it right so we thought we'd try again. HUGE mistake. My wife's Jeep is a manual with the basic cable hand brake, and one of the cables that applies the brake apparently broke. Not a difficult repair, but I don't have the time, so we thought we'd have them change it along with an oil change. Dropped the Jeep off and we're told that it'd be $180 diagnostic fee just to LOOK at it! And this is ON TOP of the repair cost!! I've never heard anything like this! Any other shop only charges a diagnostic if you opt out of the repairs. These people want to have their cake and eat it too - and my cake too! Stick a fork in me, I'm done with this place. They actually charge more than the dealership! Heck the last time they charged me half that to actually do a road test. Still couldn't figure out what was wrong but they charged me $90 anyway. In all fairness, the manager refunded this after I complained, but if I hadn't complained we'd have paid them to take the Jeep for a ride and still not figure out what was wrong. Now they want $180 just to LOOK at 3 cables to see which one needed replaced? And I'm supposed to pay more on top of the "diagnostic fee"? These people have lost their minds. At the end of the day, you're paying ABOVE premium prices for mediocre work at best. Don't say you weren't warned.

But as the proprietor started making fewer appearances over the last year the vibe and responsiveness seemed to change. Service periods became longer, and the work became shoddier. On my last visit I had the spark plug cables replaced on my Jeep. When I picked it up it immediately began to misfire, but since it was closing time on a Friday just before a holiday weekend, I had no choice but to drive it home. After less than a mile it began missing became so severe that feared I wasn't going to make it. When I was able to get another appointment a week later, I was told I needed to replace the spark plugs even though I had no indication of that before the cable replacement. When asking how the tech had missed the significant misfires during his test drive after installing the cables, I got more than a bit of attitude from the staff. Attempting to ascertain why a vehicle displayed more problems after a repairs than before was a reasonable question from a loyal customer, but their unwillingness to provide an answer ultimately led me to seek another auto shop. This was disappointing. Daniel's is conveniently located and my experiences there in previous years had been good. I still have neighbors who swear by this auto shop and my recent negative experience should not deter you from giving them a try. But, if at all possible, I suggest that you deal with Daniel directly. Good luck.

I was told they would email it they never did. After picking it up, I drove straight home and parked it. Today, I opened my center console and discovered that my coin holder was missing. This wasn't something loose that could have accidentally fallen out or been misplaced. It was mounted into the center console and required effort to pry out and remove. It was taken. I contacted the shop and spoke with Eric. He told me he checked the technician's toolbox and said it wasn't there, suggesting that I must have misplaced it. That explanation simply doesn't make sense given how securely the holder was installed. What's most concerning is that if someone felt comfortable removing and taking something as minor as a coin holder full of change, it raises serious questions about what else could potentially be happening with customers' vehicles and belongings. Eric suggested I file a police report and stated that their employees are "too busy to steal." I'm not looking to get anyone into legal trouble over a coin holder, but I do expect honesty, accountability, and respect for customers' property. This experience has completely broken my trust in this shop. I will not be returning for future repairs or service, and now I'm left questioning whether the work performed on vehicles is even being done properly especially since I never got the email. To current and future customers: I strongly recommend removing all personal belongings from your vehicle before bringing it here. Update June 5th it's been over two weeks since speaking with a district manager. He was able to pull up and send me the work that was done to my vehicle. I was over charged for the service "performed" he then told me I would receive a refund for the overcharge of service.
