I scheduled an appointment for an oil change to my Service Van at 4pm. And it was pushed to 5pm. When I arrived for my scheduled appointment the front desk associate was surprised and said he had no 5pm appointments. I told him my name and he insisted it changed to Thursday and I should have received a text. Received no such text. Then asked if I was ok with returning then. Absolutely not, the garage was empty and there were no customers. From the reviews this happens often,, it's pathetic how is this business still open! I live in the area but I will never bring my business there again! I would give zero stars if I could! read more

DO NOT GO HERE. I wish I could give zero stars. I dropped my vehicle off for four new tires, alignment, and oil change. Paid 1k for services. I drove 13 miles and my wheel flew off on the freeway and ended up totaling the truck. I had the vehicle towed to Firestone and asked them to fix the vehicle. I didn't want money, I wasn't mad. I just wanted my vehicle fixed. One manager accepted responsibility, and even stated that the mechanic who worked on my truck (Anthony, their "master mechanic" ) has been having problems lately and they will take care of it. I got a call a few hours later, from someone else saying it's not their fault, and good luck. They have ignored and blocked my insurance company from contacting them, they have ignored a demand for repair and payment, and I do not recommend this shop or company to ANYONE. Now the legal battle ensues to hold a company liable for damages they caused due to negligence. read more

Overpriced for what it is and not very convenient. They had my car for 6 hours for an oil change and to patch my front right tire due to a slow leak. On the paperwork they indicated that they patched the front left. My tire pressure light is on again (of course) and now I have to take more time out to bring it back there. I brought my car here knowing I would pay more, but figured the service would at least be faster since I made an appointment. Not the case at all. Save your money and just go elsewhere. Update: I have spoken with an individual regarding their mistake of patching the incorrect tire. She decided to give me a hard time about fixing their error. I was originally told that they would take care of it no problem. Filomon the employee stated that if the tire pressure light goes on again that they would prioritize fixing it when we originally picked it up. However, I basically had to argue with her to fit it in because they are booked tomorrow. She let me know that she can try to call other customers who made their appointments a week ago and ask them to change their appointment time, as if I'm being unreasonable. Apparently my appointment time that I made and their error don't matter? Supposedly if we drop it off tomorrow they may be able to get to it, but who knows? This place was awful, I had a 7:30am appointment and I heard nothing until 12:30 when I called them to get some kind of update, the girl said "let me check" she then told me they're gonna do a diagnosis check to find out what the problem was (it was gonna either be a bad thermostat, bad temperature sensor or bad fan relay switch) My truck sat for 5 hrs and they didn't even do a diagnosis check??? Tell me what's the point of having an appointments there??? They then call me @ 1:45 (over a hour later) to tell me the issue, but it will take 3 1/2 hours to 4 hrs to fix it, and if the parts show up they will be able to get it done today, if not then Sunday. Go to Firestone @ 1820 Pebble creek pkwy, I went there once and had a perfect experience, I guess this is what I get for changing it up. read more

Hello, personally I do not recommend going here. I went in to get a tire patched here and it turned into "needing a new tire that we would need to special order." After that I was told I had a "Leaking" water pump. My $30-50 patchwork bill turned into $977 dollars. The following day I went to discount tire they patched my tire for free, and went to Autozone for a free diagnostic test - guess what no leak in the water pump! I'm not gonna accuse any place of scamming, but at least you know my story! Don't go somewhere just because of the name. Explore your options before burning cash. Free is a lot better than $977 dollars. read more

This shop used to be pretty good but I will never take a vehicle here in the future. I went in for a tire repair. Despite having an appointment and them telling me it would be quick, The first day took about 2.5 hours, they told me it was just normal leakage and filled the tire back up. The second day after a 6 hour wait they told me it was the rim and it needed to be replaced. So I went and spend $1300 on new rims since getting just one is next to impossible and almost the same price. Well day three the tire is still leaking and obviously I didn't need to spend $1300 on new rims, just needed a new tire and a competent tech. Pretty upset that I trusted this company because I still have to purchase a new $300 tire. And wait another full day will my car in the shop. Called to make an appointment, showed up for the appointment and they said they didn't have me scheduled. I showed them my phone proving the call, told them who I spoke to, and confirmed I was at the correct location. I offered to come back a different day but they said they would do it for me. The guy on the phone told me for a standard oil change for my exact car would be $40 and it would take an hour. My car didn't get done with the oil change until 6 hours later. I was waiting outside in 115 degrees and finally ended up ubering home until my car was done several hours later. When I checked out, my bill was $117. The guy said that my car needed synthetic oil and that's why it's more expensive. The guy on the phone never told me that, and I even gave him my exact make/ model/ year of the car. It sucks because there are places in town that do synthetic oil changes for much cheaper than that. Not impressed read more

I went in to get a tire balance and rotation. The manager told me they are booked so I scheduled an appointment for the following day. When I got there he tried to book again for the that following day which wasn't going to work for me. So they took the car in at 1:30, I get there at 6:48 but they closed early for a "training". After knocking on the exact window I saw them at for 10 mins the garage door opens my car comes off the lift and the two techs state they can answer any questions because they were off the clock. They finally get the manager after I asked 3 times. He states he tried to call me and left a message.... He didn't then says they couldn't do the work because the tires are old. Never offered to have me come back in and buy tires. Just threw his hands up and say can't do it. I've bought all four tires for two separate cars here before. DO NOT GO HERE. Made an appointment online yesterday. Got an email at 7:13am this morning confirming my 10am appointment. Arrived early around 9:30 and they said "we don't have any techs available until 11 if you don't mind waiting." I didn't understand why they confirmed an appointment they didn't have techs for, but fine. I said I'd run some errands and come back at 11. Showed up at 11. At 11:45 my truck still hadn't moved from the lot. I asked for my keys and left. I needed 4 tires for my Honda Civic. I went on their website to find the tires and make an appointment. The tires I wanted and day and time were perfect and confirmed. I got to this location, VanBuren, which was confirmed online had my tires and I actually arrived 30 minutes early. Rocco looked up my appointment online and he informed me the tires are actually at Pebble Creek location. I had to wait for the tires to arrive and then start on the vehicle. I left and waited 4 hours and called back for the status and it was almost completed. I got my car back with grease on my steering wheel and shifter and e-brake! Tires were gunked up and one tire didnt even have a valve cap! So make sire to inspect your car upon pick up! Josh and Doig fixed it! read more

I got yet another nail in my tire. They said they were overbooked. I booked an appointment and it didn't get confirmed, so they scheduled me for the end of the week. When the car got serviced, they did their job but left the "low air pressure" light on. They also wrote on the sales slip that I needed to have my fuel system flushed. Mind you, this was the 2021 car that I purchased last year and it is still under warranty with less than 24,000 mi on it. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. Their work and costumer service is the worst I've seen. They're in the business of telling you what you want to hear. Went in to fix a tire that kept losing air and decided to go ahead and have an alignment done and a tire rotation while I was their. They did all of those things and then when I drove my car it's beyond shaky. I took it back and they rotated them again and re did the alignment and still terrible. Went back again and always get told "we had to make a lot of adjustments so it should be good to go". Went back another time and had them replace two tires that were due to be changed anyway and thought it would help. Well not only did it not help but they failed to even put both tires at the same weight and left tire paste all over my rims and no caps on my valve stems. And on top of that the alignment they redid once again and the bumpiness continues to get worse. Do not go here! I've gone 4 times in the last 3 weeks. I should not have continued to go back but $700 is a lot of money to be out so I kept going back for them to fix it. Came in for a tire repair, they checked it out, started the patch and when the "new guy" couldn't get the patch to hold they told me they cannot do it because it is in the sidewall, even thou they had started and it was obviously not in the sidewall. Fast forward I asked them if they could mount my spare tire on that good rim that had the tire they failed to patch they had said ok. All they did was put my spare tire on the truck. I had to leave because I could not believe the incompetence. I would not recommend coming here for anything. read more

Well, it's funny that they "wore" out the day they put my tires on. He refused to fix them. Then, I made the mistake of scheduling my brakes to be done here, figured since I was getting the brakes done, may as well get an oil change too. Nope, got here, didn't even have me on the schedule. Then after 5 hours of having my car called me to tell me I could come get it, and when did I want to schedule the brakes to be done?!! What!?? Wtf were you doing with my car all day. At the end of the day, I had an expensive oil change and a lesson, don't use this location!!! You won't get a 3rd time to screw me over. read more

I had my SUV towed to this location this past Saturday to get the starter replaced. They promised to have it ready the next day. I had to be in California before Monday for work and to get my kids to school. I called them Sunday after 12 noon to check on it's progress. The person who answered told me the mechanic didn't show up to work and that he was meaning to call me. He never offered to help find another Firestone dealer to complete the work, he just told me they could have it done by Monday. When the Firestone dealer is the one who puts you in a bind, the least they can do is help you find another dealer that can do the work... they offered no help. Poor customer service. After 5 to 6 calls I found the Firestone dealer in Tolleson who took care of me and went above and beyond my expectations. Go to that location instead. read more

I do NOT recommend their Oil Change Service. Went there with my Ram 3500 to have a standard oil change done since I was too lazy to do it myself. They charged me an additional 20 quarts of oil, on top of the 10 quarts that was already purchased. My vehicle only takes 11-12 quarts. Had to get that refunded. Then upon changing my own fuel filters out later on, I had seen that the Techs didn't even bother cleaning up the mess they made from the oil change. Residual oil was spattered across the entire undercarriage of my vehicle, and oil dripping onto my driveway (next to impossible to get out of concrete). Either change your own oil, or find a shop that gives a $*** enough about their own work to clean up after themselves. read more

A few years ago I wrote a review warning everyone how bad this place is but no longer see the review. I took my tire in to get a nail taken out and told them I work late on Friday but will be in on Saturday. They called me at work on Friday to say my tire was fixed so I left work early to get it. I was leaving for CA on Saturday afternoon and need the tire fixed. When i got there I was charged $20 for the repair but when they brought it out they said it had a slow leak they could not detect. I saw the nail still in the tire as the tech rolled it over to me. They said they could fix it in about 30 minutes but I told them I would be back first thing in the morning to pick it up. I went in at 9:00am and it wasn't repaired. Went back after 10:30am and they had put the tire on with the white letters on the inside rather than the outside like when I brought it it. My tire light just went on and I had no idea what to do or how I should go about it so we went to Firestone and asked for advice. The woman working there went above and beyond to help us. She had us pull the car up, she checked our tire pressure, put air in where it was needed. To some this may not be a big deal, but for us it was everything. We only regret that we didn't get her name to give her the credit. She was amazing though, she had long dark straight hair, with cute nails. read more

The mechanic forgot to give me back my wheel lock for my rims after my oil change and tire rotation. By the time I was able to come back for it they said "I'm not sure where it went, I know it was here though. We'll have someone call you". Numerous calls and visits to get an answer to basically find out that "sometimes the mechanics will just throw a tool in their bag thinking it's theirs". Regardless of how inexpensive that lock is, someone at your location stole it and no one made a conscious effort to find it or compensate me appropriately. Needless to say I won't be going back to this location due to the poor selection of staff Firestone chose to employ. I went to this tire shop for an oil change and replacement of my rear tires on my car. I was skeptical if I should even bother with this shop seeing the low reviews an all, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Every has their own different experiences. I was surprised to get help from John. He mentioned that he was the new shop manager. John helped with getting what I needed done on my car. I'll make sure to stop by this shop again in the future with issues on my car. Great overall experience, I'll recommend this place to family and friends. read more

Just wanted to leave my experience with the store on 15420 W Van Buren, Goodyear, AZ 85338. I recently purchase a set of tires and road hazard warranty. Unfortunately, I got a nail in the back tire. So, I stopped by today just before 2oclock. I was told there is a couple vehicles in front of me. Should take a couple hours. Not a problem. Around 5:30 pm. I received a call saying they will not be able to fix my tire today. They got busy. Thus, had to pick up my truck. Without it never being looked at. So, I can go work in the morning. The manager quickly looked up the tires, and while they weren't in stock, he said he could get them and to bring the car over. Amazing how shady a business can be. Approximately 1.5 years ago our Chevy Malibu with 60k miles and never any problems we brought to Firestone for overheating. That was the beginning of everything wrong. After numerous times of them "fixing" the problems they finally replaced the engine once the oil ran into the coolant. Guess what!! Do not bring your vehicle to this shop. They took 4 weeks to do a 2 week job. I'm a small business and need my truck for my work. Needed the head gasket replaced and thought that I should have it done by what I thought was a reputable company. That was WRONG. They said it was a 36 hour job and would take 2 weeks to complete because of the jobs that where in front of my truck. I agreed and asked them to replace the spark plugs and wires, timing chain and a couple of other small things wile they had it apart. After the two weeks where up I called them and asked for an update and the said my heads where at a 3rd party company getting surfaced and should be back and I will have my truck in 2 days. 2 days turned in to 2 weeks. At one point the customer service girl Maraitza hung up on me when I asked for john the shop manager. And Fill the service manager told me that I should have more vehicles and if he was I, he would take my wife's brand new car and put plastic down and use it as my work truck. Customer service was great getting you in the door but after that Your just $$ to them.they offered me a rental truck on week but there where none available. And on top of all of that their corporate office says they have 48 business hours to contact you. It's been over a week and no one has called. All in all this job cost my family just over $6000 with parts labor and loss of work. I'm sure Firestone doesn't treat Amazon like this. read more
