Yep the reviews are true my experience with this place. I had the Firestone location on 83rd and Indian school sent me to this location in goodyear for an alignment because the rack was built into the ground so it wouldn't damage my car. Drove all the way down to Goodyear location just for them to tell me the guy who works on alignments for all the vehicles was off that day and told me he would be in tomorrow. No worries I said. They also said they didn't feel comfortable or didn't think they knew how to adjust it. One of the workers said he can adjust the toe for me and I'd get a discount because who would want to pay 140$ for an alignment just for the toe adjustment? So I refused and asked if I was able to keep the vehicle there until the technician arrives the next day and they said it's fine. Next day comes waited all day for them just to call me back to say they didn't know how to do it and then I asked about just aligning the toe and they said they couldn't give me a discount after I told them yesterday the worker said they were able to do it so they wanted to charge me full price afterwords. So yeah this place will lie to you and take advantage of you they also said the technician was able to do it and therefore was unsuccessful. On a Honda civic by the way so if you really want to shut this place down I'd start by not coming here at all I'm just disappointed on the outcome of how this was these people had my hopes up and pretty much screwed me over and sent me back on my way in a unsafe vehicle they just want your money lol. read more

Had a flat tire and took vehicle in to have flat fixed. Got there just after they had opened around 7:30ish in the morning. It took them 7 hours to get me out the door. Around noon they finally told me I had a tire that was unrepairable and that I needed a new tire. So 2 hours later they finally had the tire replaced. Never told me in the morning when I showed up that it would take that long to get someone to look at my truck. I would have gone somewhere else and given them business instead of waiting 7 hours, that's unacceptable! I had to keep going up and asking how much longer was it going to be. Will never be back and lost me and my family as customers forever! read more

I brought my truck in on 10/31 for a set of tires - just tires, that's it! All they needed to do was put on the new set of tires and do the alignment. I went to pick up my truck a few hours later to find the wheel lock missing. I went back in and they could not find it. So we agreed that I would leave and come back the next day since they needed to do some cleaning that night and would search for it. I leave the parking lot only to realize the steering wheel was the opposite way of the tires. I go back in to let them know the alignment was way off. Due to it being late in the evening the guy asked that I go home and bring the truck back in the morning. Absolutely TF not. Why would I risk driving a misaligned truck that doesn't go in a straight line. I'm annoyed at this point. I leave the truck there over night only to get a call around 1:00 PM on November 1st for them to tell me they are not able to find the wheel lock. The options given were to 1. Ride around and hope I never need to take the wheels off of my truck again. OR 2. They will break the lock "free of charge" and I will no longer have locks on my wheels. I sure hope I don't ever walk out to find my truck on bricks. After picking it up, the alignment is slightly off and the rim chipped. I have been a customer of this establishment for over 15 years and this just put the nail in the coffin. I will never do business nor recommend their business to anyone with a vehicle. I ordered tires from eBay and they shipped them here as their preferred installer. They said my scheduled appointment was no longer valid and moved me to the weekend which I couldn't make. I showed up on my scheduled day per their request and was going to leave the vehicle for the day to squeeze it in. They seemed to have lost one of the 4 tires that were delivered there and had no idea where it went. I left without getting any tires installed and now fighting eBay for a refund. Very bad customer service and if they can't keep your product safe when it's being shipped there, they shouldn't be a preferred installer for eBay. read more

Terrible Customer service. Had to bring my car back because they didn't fix the A/C. Appointments are pointless, Dropped my car at 7am, they didn't start working on it until the evening 4pm. When I called to find the status of my vehicle, the phone rang & rang & rang. When they pick up, they immediately put you on hold & never answer the phone. They never fixed the A/C. I instead got an oil change- they didn't tell me my gasket was leaky, got a brake fluid exchange- where they scuffed my rims (they were perfect with no imperfections whatsoever for a 2007), told me I need $3000 worth to fix my ac- I went to another place where they fixed my ac for $325 for a leak read more

I can't say enough good things about Josh at Firestone Auto Care. As someone who doesn't know much about cars, In today's society I worry about getting ripped off. Josh took the time to explain the cost of everything clearly. What really impressed me was his honesty he could have easily charged me more instead he helped with a coupon to save money. DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE!! I came here for a simple oil change and the staff here caused more than $4,000 of damage to my vehicle because they don't know how to remove a key from the ignition. To say the staff here is incompetent would be paying them a compliment. To start, I was bribed into a free oil change by applying for a credit card and leaving a 5 star review. If you look at the horrible reviews here this doesn't come as a surprise, they will do anything to get their ratings up. The problem is the staff is so unprofessional and this location is so poorly run, it doesn't matter how many 5 star reviews they pay for, the truth will always come out. I have been without my vehicle for more than 2 months because of the damage they caused and another shop proved it was their negligence. They even admitted fault in writing but are now taking the stance it was not their fault. The most ironic part is they didn't even successfully change the oil, they actually caused a leak and broke a seal. The staff here is dishonest, lacks integrity, and cannot be trusted, even with an oil change. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs. read more

Don't schedule an appointment, it doesn't get you in any faster. I called to schedule an oil change and tire rotation. They offered to take my car in without an appointment same day, and they'd try to work it in, or offered to schedule an appointment for the next day. I opted for the next day appointment, figuring the work would be finished sooner. I thought this meant that I wouldn't have to wait all day to get my car back. I scheduled an oil change/tire rotation for 12pm. I dropped my car off on time and went to meet some friends for lunch. I was told that it would take around two hours to get the work done. Two hours later, I came back and my car was in the same spot I had left it when I dropped it off. The employee at the front told me there was 1 car ahead of me. I walked to get a coffee and stayed there for another hour. When I came back, my car was in the same spot. I waited another hour in the shop and eventually asked for my keys back. It was almost 4 hours after my scheduled appointment, and my car had not moved. **Why allow appointments to be scheduled if they cannot work on my car at the time of the appointment?? If there was more transparency about wait time, I might have been more understanding.** read more

If it was possible to give negative stars I would but I have to put 1 to be able to leave a review. I brought my van in for new tires on 10/27/2025. They said I had a big leak in my power steering pump. I sadly chose to let them repair it and I continued to have leaks on my driveway. I took it to another shop and had multiple other leaks repaired, none had to do with the steering pump. My van continued to leak and I took it back to the shop that did the 2nd set of repairs. They found that it was the power steering pump and I was relieved that pebblecreek Firestone would be covered under warranty. Drove same day to Firestone and they said it wasn't the pump. The shop that found the leak spoke to Firestone manager Josh at length and Josh said to leave it there so they could clean up the engine and look at it further. Josh phoned me later and said to pick it up and drive it for a week as they could not find the leak. Josh assured me that if the power steering pump was wet when I returned, they would stand by their repair and that the service manager would expect me and take care of it. I brought it back today at the predetermined time and the service manager Armondo had no idea why I was there but said that they could look at it, but it was busy and it would take a couple of hours. I waited and they again determined there was no leak from the power steering pump. I went directly to another shop and they showed me clearly the leak. I am now having to pay full price to get my power steering pump repaired. I will be pursuing legal action if needed and reporting them to the better business bureau. I will also be posting reviews wherever possible and telling everyone I know about their shady tactics. Be wary of any work you get done at this establishment as they don't stand behind it. read more

Why schedule appointments if you're gonna be pushed out 2+ hours for the service? You might be adequate at servicing vehicles but you are horrible at scheduling for any service. Worst service on my vehicle I've had. I went in to get my oil change and requested your standard synthetic oil change and they charged me double that I would get at my local dealership. On top of that, they said it would only take an hour to an hour and a half. I ended up calling them 2 hours into the time since I dropped it off to see what was taking them so long, and they said they had to order new parts for my car without asking me or calling me to let me know. The service satisfaction that they guarantee was not there whatsoever. They do not care about your time or service at all. They up charged on something that shouldn't have been charged at all. Very frustrating experience non the less and they way over charged me for the service they gave me. I'm never going to a Firestone again after this experience. HORRIBLE!! I wish I had read these reviews before I went. July 13, 2024 I took my car in because my AC wasn't working. They knew I had to wait. They said I had a leak. Fours hours later they fixed it for $265.75. Then 10 months later, May 23, 2025 after 6,436 miles, my AC didn't work very well. It was still under warranty from the July service. I was told to come in right at 7 am - no one else was there. A technician came out and said, "what am I doing? It blows out cool air." I explained that it did't work very well. Over two hours later, (I was the only one there the whole time!) I was told that they had "recharged vehicle with freon, put dye in system and no leaks." They also recommended Filters and brake fluid exchange for $244.61 (I don't know how they determined that work needed to be done.) Will never go back. read more

Very poor management and customer service at the location on Pebblecreek in Goodyear. . Very inappropriate and unprofessional. I went in with one problem, left with two. They lost my wheel lock when I purchased new tires at that same place, a few months ago, they got all defensive, and said it wasnt their fault, I had no proof, and theyd have to break it open and charge me more money even after they lost it in the first place. Then the trunk would not open, they said it just "happened to go out now, bad timing" OH REALLY?? One of the service men named Jessie just about attacked me when I just asked a question, he bit my head off and made me feel very threatened, I went inside and told the current supervisor and he said, "yes I know hes got an anger problem, hes done this before, I will talk to him." So I left with the same bad tire, they did not help solution the missing wheel lock, they broke my trunk AND I felt threatened. Mechanics appear to be newly hired and unmotivated to provide quality service and supervisors and managers (Josh Pauly) are unhelpful and unprofessional. I have been coming here for a couple years now, and have had a few minor incidents but not as big as today's, I will never return there and a complaint and review has been submitted to the BBB. I purchased four tires from Tire Rack and had them shipped to this "Preferred Installer." I arrived on time and had a pleasant interaction with the team member up front. I opted to wait, assuming 90 minutes would be on par with the many tire purchases/installations I've managed in my life. Not today. Three full hours of waiting before my car was returned. Ten minutes into my drive home and the tire warning light begins beaming. I go to my tire pressure display and what do I see? MASTER CAUTION. So I get home and pull out my Dewalt tire inflator and it closely matches the absurdly low dash display. WTF? Even their own inspection record is minus any inflation information (circle right), and their courtesy inspection suggested replacing both the engine and air cabin filters (circle left). Those were both replaced less than 2,000 miles ago. Apparently aside from doing shoddy, unsupervised, and painfully slow service, they are attempting to pad the bill by offering unneeded services and parts. Aside from failing to properly inflate the tires, they didn't even bother to replace the valve stem caps. No surprise. Take your car and money elsewhere. read more

Called and set appointment for 8:00am. I arrived on time, but they did not get my truck in till after 10:00am. A simple oil change and tire rotation. The excuse was they were too busy but did not apologize for the lateness. The mechanic was very mouthy to me and kept interrupting. The person I was dealing with said what do I care, this is a corporate account. I informed him this was my company and if I choose, I can take my business elsewhere. Very poor customer service. I brought back for them to fix.. They said it was the transmission, but when I went to parking lot the mechanic said it was the rocker arms... So i took it to Infinity on Bell the Qx-50 2019 Doesn't have rocker arms... they couldn't figure it out.. it was abTire sensor thats what they do for a living.... Made an appointment for 12pm. Was told at 12:40pm the tires they had delivered where not the correct size. They sent someone to get the correct tires from a warehouse that is about 10 miles away from the location of this Firestone. At 1:50pm I asked for an update and was told the driver had to make stops. Funny. I assumed with the screw up I would get a little priority. At 1:55pm I was told he was still 10min away and just after 2pm the tires arrived. Lastly just after 3pm TWO tires were out on and I was able to leave. 2 stars because everyone I spoke to was nice. Bottom line is they should be more organized. I feel I should have had some priority when the mistake happened. If 3 hrs for TWO tires is priority this place has bigger problems. Hope this review helps choose your tire location. read more

On September 21, 2024 I took my 2017 Dodge ram 1500 5.7L to get an oil change and had an appointment for 11AM at Firestone on 1820 N Pebble Creek Pkwy Goodyear AZ . By 1:45 PM was still not done. They had my truck up on the lift drain pan sitting under it I asked what is taking so long they expedited getting it done . dropped the truck off the lift closed the hood started the truck waited till somebody guided the tec out of the bay and then drove the truck without oil around to the front of the building parking lot. Tec came in handed the keys to my truck to the representative that cashed me out $165.67 store #330295 Invoice # 205127 time in 10:35AM time out 1:55 PM. I proceeded to my truck and started my truck and the noise coming from the engine. I immediately shut it off, I have built many race cars in my days, I know that noise. Grabbed my paperwork and walked back inside the store. Asked for the manager your tec just ran my truck without oil the tecs name Angel manager went out into the service area. And was talking to the tec Angel looking what looked like an I pad the tec grabbed and oil can with 7 Quarts of oil walked out to my truck sitting in the front parking lot. And asked to open the hood this isn't good I stated you drove my truck without oil he stated they were rushing me to get your truck done. He the tec Angel proceeded to put in 7 Quarts of oil the engine was already at operating temperature and asked me to start it the noise coming from the motor was still the same I shut it down. Went back into the store told the store manager I want your corporate phone number, and a statement from him Josh stating what has just occurred he did. Angel went back into the shop and came back with more oil looked to be about 1.5 more Quarts doesn't hold 8.5 Quarts it take 7 at most 7.3 to fill oil filter Josh was present when I started my truck again lifters still very loud and a very low end knock coming from bottom end of motor. After about a minute or two stopped running an combustible engine without oil severe damage occurs within 30 seconds far more the a Tec starting it in the shop bay waiting for backing out help then driving it to the front parking lot again without oil, rod bearings, crankshaft bearings piston rings lifters cam bearings pushrods I can go on and on are and will be damaged. So, by my assessment around 3 minutes of running without oil damage to my trucks engine has been done So, at this point in time I know how very good care I have taken of my truck from new 1 mile on odometer, you Firestone have damaged my trucks engine and needs to be addressed ASAP read more

Buyer beware: technicians failed to itemize and discuss prices for services and labor provided. Didn't release my keys to me until I signed on their pin pad, only then did they provide me an invoice that showed what they were charging. They failed to fulfill the service I initially requested as well and when I raised my concerns the "service advisor" Paul was rude, lacked customer service skills and constantly totes on the technicians "experience" as to why they overcharge on labor. When I questioned the lack of experience from a poor service provided, he got upset and walked away and failed to acknowledge me moving forward. A manager in training by the name Bryce was courteous and took the time to understand my frustration and after he agreed with my frustration, he encouraged I submitted a complaint to rectify any disapproval of service. To which I did. I would not recommend doing any services with this location until there is a change in management. read more

We brought our car for a 12:45 appt. to do a quick 10$ inspection for a humming noise, and were told it would take max hour and a half. 5pm rolls around, we call for an update and they left us on hold for 20 minutes until we decided to call back at which they informed us they STILL have not gotten a look at the car. At 6:30 we ubered to the store just to see what was going on since we have had zero communication or updates all day. Our car was on the lift, but no one was around the entire 30 minutes we sat waiting for someone to talk to us. Finally, right around 7pm, we stopped an associate who finally told us the person who originally looked at our car left the car on the lift and went home without saying anything to anyone about the "inspection he did"?!?! This place is horrible. Worst experience I've ever had at a car shop, not only did they lie dramatically about how long it will take, they completely forgot about our car and ended up not being able to do ANYTHING for us, waste of an entire day and money. I have been bringing my Prius and Nissan truck to Firestone since 2018 when I moved to PebbleCreek. No more. Long story short, I scheduled an appointment to receive a new front headlight and assess the truck's turning challenges. A part that was replaced in December 2019 went bad. I reluctantly agreed to pay $750 to fix the problem AGAIN. I received a new power steering pump (under warranty) but had to pay for labor. Accordingly, the steering gear box had to be replaced as well. I approved $750. After four hours of waiting, I asked about the truck. Shawn the manager said I could take it but the steering wheel was not centered. He informed that an alignment was necessary due to the gear box! Something never discussed before. I was offered two options: 1. Take truck and return for an $80 alignment. 2. Take truck with crooked steering wheel. When does an auto shop give you a vehicle back that is less than when you arrived? I told Shawn to make it like it was when I arrived. Another hour later, I drove away with a vehicle that may or may not have received an alignment. Who knows. My steering wheel is straight. I approved $750. They attempted to charge me nearly $1,100. I paid $960. Piss poor communication. I will never patronize or recommend Firestone again. In the future, realistically quote wait times. Quote a price and stick to it. read more

I had an emergency with my one tire going flat. I got my vehicle brought to the facility and the employee was extremely rude. I was told that only one tire was flat which I originally called about. When I got to the place, the lady said that I had two tires that needed to be fixed instead of one. I asked for pictures of my tires which it was never taken and then the tires were thrown away. I felt lied to due to the fact that when we previously talked, it was agreed that it was one tire. This was my first and last experience with this auto care. read more

I did not present with a off center steering wheel originally. I had to take my vehicle for a second opinion/inspection at a competitor because FireStone dismissed my concerns and would not provide a report or photo evidence my alignment was done properly. This is what my vehicle report looked like AFTER it was "aligned" at Firestone. I called and spoke to the Firestone manager and he refused to provide my vehicle report to myself or my Husband, stating he was not aloud to provide that information. I have filed a report with the Corporate Office. Really disappointing, as I purchased the Lifetime Alignment and this is the service we get. Brought the car in first thing in the morning to patch a slow leak in the middle of the tread. Was told at 5pm that the tire could not be patched. I agreed to replace the tire. They ordered, mounted and overfilled an obviously smaller tire and chose not to check/fill the remaining tires. I informed the manager. He ordered the correct size, but still not an exact model match. They mounted it, 5 psi underfilled, and with no valve cap. We should have taken the car to Tesla. read more

Asked why it took so long "you didn't have an appointment" was all we got yet they told us 2/3 hours! Here it is 340 and we are changing the tire in the 109* weather on the street! First time I took my car in for an oil change one of the techs told me my tires were bad and tried to sell me new ones, I told him they were 3 months old, still good, and insured by discount tire. Not only did he insist they were bad but he also tried to tell me that discount tire would not honor my warranty. I took my car and left thinking maybe this Was one bad apple. Fast forward 2 years and I decided to give them another chance. Brought my wife's car in for an AC recharge, they tell me they're busy and ask me if I can leave the car over night, I say sure, less than an hour later they called me and give me a long list of everything that's broken on the AC system, (seriously everything) tell me it's just about $2900. I decided to get a second opinion since this was out of nowhere. I took the car to the dealership and they tell me that it's a bad compressor and nothing else is broken $330 part and about $150 labor and the car is perfect. It took a real professional all of 2 minutes to correctly diagnose the issue. Can't help but believe that this place is taking advantage of people. Seriously stay away. Or at the very least make sure to get a second opinion on any estimate they give you. read more

I took my lowered car here to get an alignment, my steering wheel was straight when I took it, car didn't pull to the right or left, I had messed with my car height so I needed an alignment. Dropped it off and they claimed to have worked on it for 2 hours and their techs couldn't adjust my vehicle. I dropped my car off with a rude attendant. I told her what I needed and she said she did t think I was correct. She pouted and went to check...I was right. They left the plastic engine cover under the hood, unsecured. It was just sitting there rattling around. I had to pull over and fix it on my way home. They also scratched my rims and when I told them and asked to speak to someone' about it? They said someone would call me within two day and take care of it. I took my wife's vehicle to the Goodyear location because I have had work done here before. I also purchased the lifetime alignment. The service adviser told me three of the control arms on the vehicle needed replacement, and he couldn't align the vehicle until they were replaced. I advised him that they had been replaced here and there was a lifetime warranty. After searching for a few minutes, he found them and advised I would only have to pay labor. When my wife picked the vehicle up, she told me it was driving funny and pulling hard to one side. The next day I drove it to the airport and found it to be pulling very hard. When I contacted the shop, I was told the vehicle had a bent frame from a collision, which the service person said should have been explained to me when I picked up the vehicle, needless to say nothing was said to either myself or my wife. Having owned the vehicle from new I knew it hadn't ever been in a collision. I took the vehicle to Gateway Chevrolet and the mechanic told me one of the new control arms was installed upside down. I paid the dealership to correct the mistake and realign the vehicle. I returned to Firestone with the dealership receipt and told them what had occurred. They didn't seem surprised, they just refunded me the amount I paid at the dealership to fix the mistake. I found it very disheartening that they were so accepting of this large mistake. The fact that they also tried to convince me that the vehicle had been involved in an accident, even after I told them it hadn't driven like this prior to the repair, was also disheartening. Do not go here, I have been in three times to try to get a slow leak repaired. First time was a golf cart tire. Said they don't do those have to buy a new tire. Second time was for a tire that had a nail in it. They pulled the nail and said it was fine. Turns out it still leaked. Went back and they wanted to sell me a new tire again 'they wouldn't repair it. Terrible attitude and only interested in selling you tires. read more
