Had a very poor experience. First the material we wanted was unavailable, after we signed the contract. We were asked to pick out something else, but our real estate agent was very specific on the look. They did manage to track it down out of state, but wanted us to pay for 30% even before the materials were delivered. I know they went out of the way, but asking for a large chunk before we had seen anything done was too much. Until I met with Dave Sapir of Atlas Roofing, I had been dreading having repairs done on my roof because I believed it would be too costly. Dave is very professional and took the time necessary to explain and identify what the issues were with my roof prior to work implementation. This included providing me with a very competitive quote and final price for his roof services and showed me actual photos of my roof that were captured using Drone Technology. He also identified and explained to me the issues that I could clearly see by viewing the photos and afterwards more photos were sent to me so that I could see that the issues that previously existed had been resolved. There is another thing that is very important to me and that's "Honesty" and Dave has this in spades. Just finished a reroofing project with them, all great experience. During the first inspection, the project manager thoroughly walked through our roof and attic, pointing out things that are still working fine (no need to fix), and things that are broken, which are all included in the final quote as optional parts of the project. No strong push sales, so I felt comfortable choosing the work based on budget and need. The project execution is great, and they handle all the government permits.
