I ran back out to my car to grab the three boxes, and before I even made it far, Todd walked out from inside the store to help me. What a gentleman! Not only did the gesture completely surprise me, but he picked the three heavy packages from me like it was nothing. I couldn't believe the level of service. When I got to the counter, Agustin helped finish everything up and was just as kind and helpful as everyone else I had encountered. The whole team was warm, efficient, and genuinely friendly. This business doesn't seem to have experience with printing regular photos in standard photo sizes, and I wish they just refused to take my order instead of wasting my time & money. For context, I was shown proofs before printing and several of the photos were distorted to fit the dimensions of the print. When I asked if they could just crop it to avoid the distortion, they seemed to struggle to figure out how to do that. I was there for a total of 45 minutes, and I ended up with only 4 or 5 prints because they did not know how to fix the issue. Granted the prints came out well, but I probably spent double or triple the price for what I would've gotten at a FedEx without the convenience or speed.
