Don't expect an ounce of friendly customer service from this dump. The people working here don't know how to smile, greet you, or even fake basic manners. Just dead silence and attitude. While I stepped out to grab the rest of my return items, they scanned what I left and literally tossed the receipt aside. When I came back, one worker was bizarrely narrating to my wife where she was putting tape, after forcing her to open the taped box because they "needed two tracking numbers" for a matching set. What a joke. Then, as if that wasn't bad enough, they handed her useless tape and told her to tape the box herself. Unbelievable. These clowns have zero professionalism, zero customer service, and zero common sense. I wouldn't trust them to ship a letter, let alone handle a return. Condescending and bad customer service. I simply brought in 2 boxes for items that were a set. In a condescending tone, the young male worker responds to this. Then having to deal with another worker, i simply said- my husbands items were scanned while he was outside and the receipt you just provided may not be his since you stated you didn't scan them. While she's taping up my box, she condescendingly responds with- " do you want me to tape this up or look at the receipt?" I could've said- did i ask you to stop everything you're doing? But i kindly replied- whatever is easier for you. I don't know what is up their rear, but this is not the customer service you expect from an American business. However, the workers are from a different country so perhaps that is how they handle customer service in their homeland. I asked to speak with the manager, the young boy responded with: We don't have a manager, when i asked for a supervisor, he pointed to the older gentleman and said he will assist you but manager and supervisor is the same thing. If it's the same thing, weirdo, then why did you respond with 'we don't have a manager but he's the supervisor'. These workers are rude and uneducated and it shows. Expected better. They're also doing renovations and may be closed on days without notice. Just expect it to be extremely hot as their ac isn't working properly. The supervisor, to his credit, was actually understanding. He agreed that the employees needed to be talked to about how they speak to customers -- not like they're talking to their family members or friends in their living room. He handled it respectfully, but the two workers who actually appeared to be family members had already left a terrible impression. If you value good service and clear communication, I'd suggest taking your business elsewhere. read more

I live right by a UPS store but I go out of my way to use this store on Devonshire. This store is run by lovley kind people who work together and provide exemplary service. I needed a hand made dish packed and shipped. It was a one of a kind item and coukd not be replaced. The kind gentleman packed it as if he had done the art work himself. I was genuinely pleased with his work. Additionally i needed passport pictures and they did a great job and were careful to do the job to exacting detail. During the pandemic I have turned to online shopping and a majority of my heavier items I ship through UPS. There is generally ample parking in the lot and only once or twice has it been uncomfortably busy in there. The staff are friendly and covid compliant. They are quick to help. There are also office supplies in there if you need a quick fix - like I usually do as I've bought packing tape there. I sent a small item to Italy, they charged me over $100 through USPS! Later I found out that USPS charges less than half if I would have sent it through them directly with the USPS flat rate box. The person who assisted me never recommended or offer a way to save money on shipping. Just quick and abrupt and didn't care even though I asked if there is another way to save money on shipping. Furthermore I found out that the tracking number to Italy through USPS does not offer updated information to the final destination. Only to the port of the destination. I was not informed about that as well. As a result, the item was never delivered and I had to refund the buyer all the money. Not only I ended up paying excess amount of shipping with no valid tracking number, I also lost the item and the amount of the item. What a shame when I relied on their expertise and ill advice. read more

Don't come here, extremely unhelpful, this is the only business I have been to where if there is any issue, they will simply stare you in the face and say there is nothing they can do. No attempt to even try to remedy the situation. They are also consistently trying to up sell people doing amazon returns by claiming that items that are already in original packaging need to be packaged more, thus requiring you to purchase packaging materials from them. I should have listened to the Yelp reviews. This place is horrible. I keep waiting for them to improve, but it's time to face the truth that they don't care about their customers. Several times, I have sent copies and paid for them. Every time, Singh claims to have lost my order, makes me wait a minimum of 30 minutes, and then reluctantly prints my stuff that I've already paid for. Last week, I requested $70-80 worth of copies. I knew they would be irresponsible once again and not print my items- which were part of Christmas mailings by the way. (BTW, the rate I paid and the email promised they'd be completed 12/15/2021 at 11:00:00 AM PST). So I called Saturday (12/18). Of course, even though 3 days had passed, they had not made the copies. I said I needed them and the owner, Mr. Singh, confirmed over the phone that the copies would be ready 1 hour later. Because they are so irresponsible, I then gave them 4 extra days to finish my copies just to not waste a trip. I don't have time to make multiple trips to UPS right now. I come in today (12/22, Wednesday, a full 7 days after my promised print date) and what happens? No copies. The girl totally blows me off and says they didn't get the copies and it's my fault that I didn't send it to the right email. I explained that her boss said he got them and that they would be ready this past Saturday! Within 1 hour. She calls her boss, and then shrugs and says, they'll be ready at 6pm. Seriously? You know you messed up, I'm there waiting, and you still make me come back hours later? Trust me, it's worth driving farther for reliable customer service. This store ain't it. read more

If you're just dropping off something to go out, this is a great location. It's a bit tucked away (honestly it took over a year for me to even realize there was a UPS store in the center) but that just means it's most likely not going to be busy so you won't get tied up trying to get a package out. But, I honestly wouldn't try to spend a lot of time here. The few times I've some in it's had an odd odor to it. I'm not sure what it is, and it's not terrible, but it's still there & it lingers. On a wet, cold rainy day, I had to bring some items to The UPS Store to return to vendors -- including sending a gallon-sized bag of hundreds of used capsules back to Nespresso for recycling. I also had some documents that required a notary, and I inquired whether their notary could notarize the documents at the same time. Luckily, The UPS Store's notary, Adila could take care of my notary needs, at a very reasonable price -- $15 each signature. Within the ~ fifteen minutes I spent at the UPS Store, I observed their very earnest, polite, proficient, expeditious, and dedicated staff hard at work. At least 20 customers came in -- and everything flowed so efficiently. If you do an Amazon return be careful you might have to purchase a $7 box to return it or a bag for over $4. Pregnant t trying to return a baby shower gift and they won't accept it unless I pay for packaging. I've never had an issue returning Amazon packages without a bag before but unless you save the bag, I'd find another place to go. read more

I went here to get finger printed for a new job. I showed up around 9:45am and the guy who does it wasn't in. That's fine, but the girl working called the guy in front of me and asked what time he's coming in. He told her noon, so she told me to come back at noon. I came back at 12:18pm and the guy still wasn't in. She called him again and he said he was "stuck in traffic" and that it would be another hour before he gets there. I'm sorry, but there's no way traffic is that bad during a pandemic that you'll be an hour and a half late to Chatsworth when it's not even rush hour. The girl wasn't even apologetic.
