DO NOT EVER go to this UPS Store! I have never been treated with such huge disrespect. I went in for return and this Man that claims is the owner was extremely rude! He cussed at me at told me to leave the store and refused to take my return due to my item not fitting in a pac! this guy has a power trip once I told him that he is lying since I once worked at a mailing place and was 100 percent sure that what he was telling me was a complete lie!!!!!!!! i Pulled out my phone to record all the absurd things he was telling me and he grabbed my phone. I can't even believe he tried to grab my phone!!!! I then called UPS customer service to complain about his behavior because I couldn't believe the disrespect I had just experienced. Judging by the previous reviews it looks like if you're not a paying customer he does not consider you a customer and refuses to help you! I've only ever had to come to this location to drop off a package as it's my closest UPS store. But even in the handful of short stops, I've always had a great experience. Even when busy, the employee(s) on duty will stop to greet me and when they see me with a package, they say that if it's good go to, they can scan it in for me. I love that even if they're working on something, they take a break to help me out. It speeds things along. And since I am the type of person who wants visual confirmation that things were properly handed off, I appreciate that they always stop to scan things & hand me a tracking number receipt right away. Like I said, I've never had to be in here for longer than a couple of minutes, but even in those short timespans, I am able to walk away feeling like I got great customer service and that my package is in good hands. read more

I stopped by this UPS store to drop off a package that contain a cell phone to return back to T-Mobile. The shipping label was done for me so all I had to do was tape it to the box. I found parking easily at the plaza this store is in. When I walked inside, there was only 1 guest in front of dropping off her package. I looked around the store and there are printers here and lockers as well. My interaction with the employee was simple and quick. I needed a live scan for my IHSS application. The DPSS recommends UPS Stores. This came up on my searches. Upon arrival, there was a line already to the door. I came in when 2 customers came out. The line went away fast. And It was my turn in no time. Shout out to Moe who helped me out. He was patient and calm when my fingers were not giving a good one. I was getting jittery but he console me by saying 'relax your fingers and let me do the job'. And before I knew it, I am done. Live scan for IHSS costs $52. My wife & I went here last Thursday with a large package of documents for a real estate transaction. Although there was a list of pages requiring a notary. The Owner, Moe, did not take the time to determine which pages needed our signature nor the Notary stamp. We left to find another notary. Totally unsatisfactory! This is my favorite UPS store. The staff here is always ready to help. If I ever encounter a line the staff is working expeditiously and it makes waiting not so bad. I've never really used a UPS store prior to this visit, but I was glad that I made this trip. I needed to have a document notarized, an Amazon item returned, and something shipped. The customer service employee, I believe his name was Phillip, was amazing! The notarization was easy and straight forward. The Amazon was just a scan of the return label and handing over the item, nothing else to it! Great! The small package I had to ship out, I didn't have to do anything. Wow... the older guy who I assume is the owner/manager in this location is very rude. I brought 3 items that Amazon said the UPS store will package and ship for free, and he had an issue with it. One of the items was a full body pillow that he didn't want to take. He said I need to put it in a bag of some sort to make it smaller. I'm sorry but is this not the UPS store that HAS bags and boxes? According to Amazon, they said for me to simply bring the product to the UPS store and they will handle the rest, which is what I did. He proceeds to cop an attitude while taking the item, and then starts to scan the other 2 small items and aggressively slaps the tracking info on them right in front of me as some sort of intimidation tactic. I came in for Live Scan fingerprinting and to print two documents. I was the first Live Scan customer they ever had, and there were a couple problems, but other mobile live scan services were trying to charge me nearly $250 and UPS only charged $89 for it, so I am not unhappy. The "problems" were simply that they had to rescan a couple of my fingers multiple times because the computer didn't like the scan. Maybe like 30 tries. It was actually comical, but I was not in a rush and I was grateful to have had the service done for far less than $250. read more

Went in for Live Scan and dealt with a little jerk called "dillon", who was incredibly rude, unprofessional and raised his voice at me in the middle of the store. dillon clearly had issues and kept speaking over me and cutting me off when I was trying to explain what I needed. I also relayed information I was told by another coworker previously and he argued with me that wasn't true and accused me of lying! I was shocked at my treatment as I was about to spend some money there on a number of services. I used to go there all the time for my needs. I will go somewhere that respects their patrons and with employees who are professional. I don't need to deal with that level of disrespect. read more

This has to be the most pathetic representation of a UPS store. Moe charges $1.12 to print you a UPS label from their computer, Ive attached a receipt. Honestly a total joke - if I wasn't there already as "amazon" says UPS will print your label for free in store. Then I go to hand him my card and says he charges 75 cents for transactions under $5 I hope charging me to print a UPS was worth it because you just lost a customer over a DOLLAR. This store is absolutely the worst. They lost the package I sent to my daughter in Illinois was never updated. When I called I got the run around then was asked to send an email of the items I sent it and was told I would only receive $168 dollars and change. When I had over $500 dollars worth of clothes, shoes, medication for her. I have called and emailed and I have yet to have a representative call me and fix the refund. This was the 1st time going to UPS I would always go to Fedex and this is the reason why. I had to go and purchase these items again paying double because of their mistake. I don't understand how a big box gets lost?! So extremely upsetting. read more

Better to have this ups store, then not. However, far from effective/efficient with its management practices. Moe may be the owner, then no chance for improvement. Maddening in how slow, sleepy process can be. There are 3 counter workers. When a pkg cannot be found 2 of the three customer service reps disappear to look for the box, meaning throughput capacity cut by 67% in search of one pkg even though long line of waiting customers. How many ups store workers required to install a lightbulb? I guess two of the three. Que sera. It is what it is. Far from perfect but good enough. Will avoid when possible, use when not. This is a very convenient location and the staff is really nice. However, you ALWAYS need to check your receipt when you leave. On more than one occasion, I had to request they re-weigh my package for accuracy. When a package weighs more than you state when you purchase a label online, you get billed. I am not saying his scales are funny, I am just saying you should always verify the weight listed on your receipt. Unless you like surprise UPS bills. read more

I am only writing this review to balance those that are one star, and ridiculous. Nearly all of the bad reviewers complain that the store didn't bend over backward for them. People complaining about a $1 ($1!!) fee to use a computer AND printer? A fee for packing? Returning a package that they had no knowledge of? Yeeesh! I drop off packages at least once a week. There is rarely much of a wait. They are courteous, efficient, and knowledgeable. And so am I. I come prepared and don't expect to use their computers or have them perform any services for free. The Manager at this store is still requiring you to wear face masks. Wouldn't touch my packages, I had to put the packages on the scale one by one because I wasn't wearing a mask and had a bad attitude. When asked if he knew about the mask mandates being no longer, replied with I don't care it's my store. This store enforces their own mask mandate. I will be reporting this to the main UPS branch along with his horrible customer service. These kind of people shouldn't be helping the public. read more

I've been coming to this UPS Store for the past few years. I've never had any issues, the people working here are friendly and the prices are okay. I usually drop off packages and when I do they arrive on time. They ask if I want a receipt or not and usually I don't because they are reliable and send my packages to the right place. They also sell variety of cards, personalized keys, mailboxes for rent, mailing supplies ie bubble wrap, boxes, tape, etc and other keepsakes. All in all no complaints its located next to the Jamba Juice in the Albertsons parking lot. Parking is usually easy to find but sometimes it can get busy depending on the time of day. All in all good place no complaints. read more

Went in to get a notarized letter and was helped by "moe" and I should start by saying if you really hate your job to the point where you're completely rude to the customers it's time to quit. This guy kept walking away during my questions. Couldn't ask anything because all I would get is "I don't know you put whatever you want!" Aren't they suppose to know what their job is?! Not only was he completely rude to me but to his own coworkers! They asked a simple question and he yelled "I don't know! I've been sitting stuck in this stupid chair all day!"
