I was coming from Canada to get my tires/rims installed and even though they were short staffed that day, they fit me in promptly! The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and also entertaining. They educated me a lot about the tires/rims and all the parts (lugs, etc.) Don't be turned off by this center being in a slightly sketchy part of town - they do a fantastic job with amazing prices. The same day car started squeaking. When I came back mechanic sent me away with a completely rusted out broken brake pressure hose, telling me that i could drive the car on the highway with no problems. The other mechanic I went to changed those, then rotors and pads, then the other wheel bearing. Nothing helped. Finally I drove by tire outlet and decided to give them a try. They looked at my car and gave me a price. The changed all the brakes hardware, but the squeak didn't go away. So the took the car back and worked on it until my brakes finally stopped squeaking. They didn't charge me a penny extra even though they ended up working on my car way more that they originally estimated. Thank you Tire Outlet! You guys are now my first choice for all the car repairs I might ever need.

They took time to test multiple features and ensure they were diagnosing the correct problem. When I started calling the Detroit area came across best tires very close to where my sister lives that I was visiting. Their price was about 40% less than I could find it for anywhere in Wisconsin. The tires I was quoted in Wisconsin were for the most part brand name, and these that I bought from best tires were not. They were offbrand and I paid less because of that but they still have the 60,000 mile warranty as I was expecting. I will be returning this may my neighbor will need tires for his late model Silverado, and when I called best tires they buy the least expensive prices out there. I did look at another place very close and they were about $50 less but I got put on the back burner and the manager of that other store never emailed me my information for tire prices, tire size tire style etc. even after calling and reminding him twice. I will go back to tires and pick up the next set for my neighbor and bring them back to Wisconsin upon my return. I see reviews where people think they got poor service, and I was in the autobody industry for 35 years before I retired and everybody slips through the cracks sometimes.
