Worst T-Mobile customer service ever. My wife and I went to upgrade her Samsung watch. All the…read moreemployees were stilling in chairs outside the store with music playing like they were at home. When asked if we could go in the store the sales associate responded with "What yall need?". I stated that my wife wanted to upgrade her watch, he leaned back in the chair and said who has a Samsung watch?" I'm 100% sure he was high. The other three women were just sitting outside on their phones. No one looked up, no one even tried to assist us. I said we would go to another store because it appears no one wanted to work. He laughed and said yeah you're right. I don't know what they have going on at that store but it is by far the most rudest experience I've ever encountered at any T-Mobile location.

When I asked if they had one in stock, she immediately said, "We don't have it." I politely asked if she could check the inventory or see if another store had one available. Instead of helping, she simply repeated that they didn't have it and never even got up or attempted to check the system. There was no effort to assist or provide any customer service. I understand if an item is out of stock, but the lack of professionalism and unwillingness to even look into it was disappointing. It's frustrating when employees seem uninterested in doing the basic parts of their job or helping customers.
