I had a really bad experience here that left a bad taste in my mouth. **I will note that this was Friday the 13th, i went around maybe 6pm, there was NO LINE AT ALL , and only about 1 group of 3 people in front of me ** Being a person of color, I felt as if no one wanted to tattoo me as I was left sitting in the lobby for an extended amount of time after watching about 8-9 people go before me that came in after me ! All of the people that kept getting called back to get worked on were Caucasians. I politely asked for my ID back, and the lady at the front desk stated that an artist was just about to call me back, so I said, "You know what? Cool, let's do it." I sat back down in the lobby and waited 15 MINS AND NO ONE STILL CALLED MY NAME. And someone that literally walked in the door got signed in and called back in 2 mins. This place gets NO STARS!!!! ! Worst tattoo shop I have ever been to in my life !! I came in with my niece to get a small 777 tattoo and a small line star decor on our sternum , We called first to see if they take walk ins and he said yes give us a hour in A half than we get there and he says it will be 30 mins to an hour so we decide to wait, I ask him do you need to see the tattoo we want and he says no the artist will go over all that with you . This was at 430 , at 6 that guy leaves and a new girl comes in , that guys doesn't even say anything to us like I'm sorry it's been longer than what I quoted , I'm leaving she's taking over and knows your waiting , he says nothings just leaves ! So now we're wondering does this girl even know anything about us or what we want ? So we wait another hour and i than ask the girl how much longer it will be and she says let me ask , she asks a artist and he says 45 mins , we than proceed to wait another hour and 15 mins and finally we're up ! The artist walks over says what you guys want , I show him this tattoo and he says oh I can't do that , I don't do tattoos like that , I say oh ok so what do we do now , we have been here for almost 4 hours he says I don't know I don't do that but maybe the other artists do with an attitude , no expression ( who are in middle of tattooing ) and I said ok can u ask and he goes and asks and says it would be tomorrow before they can do that and we would need an appt ! I'm in shock now after waiting for 4 hours , I say to him so what are we supposed to do we're from out of town , he immediately goes into defense mode and he's immediately rude and says don't get mad at me with an attitude , I'm like I'm not but we should have been told that by somebody instead of waiting all this time ! I asked for the owner and of course there isn't one , he suggests the manager who is tattooing someone and he goes to manager to tell him my complaint ( like all the artists haven't seen us sitting there all this time haha ) he than says here he is and waves me to come over there so I have to get up and walk over to the manager in middle of tattooing and I proceed to show him what we wanted and manager says oh yeah you would need an appt for that and as small as the tattoo is , it's very intriquette and we would have preferred you to go somewhere else , im like well I asked your guy at the front when I came in and asked him if he needed to see the picture and he said no the artist would do all that ! The manager says well he's not an artist so he wouldn't know , I'm like your guy at the front desk obviously has no clue what he's doing and first off should have told us it would be 3 hours , he should have looked at the picture and referred us to an artist to speak to and pointed us in the right direction ! This asshole manager comes back with a nasty face and says to me this isn't no Olive Garden , that doesn't even make sense first off because at Olive Garden I could have got what I want ! I literally wasted 4 hours of my vacation in this place for no reason other than witnessing people at the front not knowing what the hell there doing . Hell we witnessed while there one girl come in and ask to get her cheeks pierced and the girl at front is like yeah and than comes back and tells the girl oh bad news this piercer doesn't do cheek piercings ! Like why do these people upfront not know what the heck there doing ! What should have happened is they should have asked to see the picture and show and artist it so they can make sure they can even do it and also quote us on a price ! This place is awful ! No customer service , there sitting area has the most uncomfortable chairs ( like old movie theatre chairs that pop up and down ) there's not enough room for people who just walk in and than they treat someone who was very very patient for 4 Hours like there the ones who are complaining! It's actually unreal and I'm absolutely appalled ! I will make it my mission to get this place to take accountability for their actions and lack of knowledge ! read more

Save yourself the trip, friends! I walked in on a whim to get a quick tattoo I had been wanting; two simple words, which I wanted pretty small. Since the writing was cursive, the dude explained that the tattoo would need to be much bigger. Ok, no big deal, but because of that, I became hesitant and decided to try and change the placement (since I still really wanted the tattoo) I asked the guy to make two stencils for me so I could see how it would look on two different placements of my body and the dude flat out said no lmao because "that would waste paper" ? Is paper so expensive these days? Anyway, I thought it was flat out rude and unprofessional. I've never had an artist refuse to play around with the placement. After all, it's going on MY body forEVER so I think it's a little justifiable to want to see my options so I could be 100% sure I ended up not getting the tattoo which is a huge bummer!
