However, I was surprised that no effort was made to further remedy the situation, such as comping part of the meal, offering a replacement item, or otherwise acknowledging the inconvenience beyond the dry-cleaning offer. I understand accidents happen, and I'm not upset about the mistake itself. What disappointed me was how the situation was handled afterward. Customer service is often judged by how businesses respond when something goes wrong, and in this case I left feeling undervalued as a customer. follow up - manager had clothes dry cleaned when stains wouldn't come out from regular washing. I appreciate his willingness to work with me in this, however, we did have to go back up there in order to get this problem solved.

They seemed to be understaffed when we went so while the servers were extremely nice, it did take 25 minutes for us to get our beers. The food (wings & Parmesan truffle fries) came out quickly and while I prefer breaded, crispy wings, the sauces were pretty good.
