The driver sent me a message prior to boarding alerting me he would see me at the time of arrival, he monitored my flight status and arrived early to the airport. As the PM for a VIP, I contacted Attache Car Service and spoke to Lenny. What a remarkable customer service presence he exemplified. He demonstrated care, understanding, and thoughtfulness as I drilled him on providing my VIP with an all-day car service. He was more than willing to do so. He followed every intricate direction, he made sure my VIP was well taken care of. After the pick-up from Love Field from ATL, he made sure my VIP was well taken care of, from taking him to get coffee, to walking his award winning Westminster dog, and then back to the airport. My boss called me later and asked me if I had know Lenny from before; which I did not. However, my boss noted that Lenny was wonderful; the car was truly a joy to ride in as it was new, the service was exceptional. This car service was fine except for the fact that they don't accept pre-payment for tips. I book plenty of trips across the country with various car service companies and this is the first one that hasn't accepted pre-payment for tips. Hope this changes. Other than that, decent service. read more
