    Rat infestation seen during inspection
    Gloria K.

I couldn't be happier with the crawl space cleaning team's job. They tackled a serious rat infestation, completely replaced the insulation, and meticulously sealed every opening to ensure quality control and prevent a recurrence. The workspace was left spotless, and the attention to detail--from rat-proofing to insulation installation--was truly impressive. Finally, I have peace of mind knowing my crawl space is clean, sealed, and secure. Highly recommend Alex and his team!

They did not show up to the appointment they made. Even worse, they waited for me to contact them at the end of the appointment window to tell me that they would not show up. I tried calling and got a full voicemail box. I tried texting and the responses were very slow. See attached screenshot. So, I recommend against making an appointment with this company unless you want to sit around for no reason.

Affordable, Honest, Friendly, Quality Work, Clean, Efficient - Things you often don't hear associated with a business these days! I had the pleasure of working with Alex and his Crew to clean / rescue my 100 year old antic from absolute mess to an oasis (well... as much of an oasis an attic can be). The estimate, the service, and follow up service red carpet worthy. The amount of respect they showed for my home , my time, and me as a human is inspiring. I could seriously write a novel on how wonderful this team is. STOP LOOKING AROUND ELSEWHERE, CALL ALEX AND THANK ME LATER.

These guys are the best, and I'm so so glad to have found them for our most recent home project! A hidden gem as their company didn't show up well in search results, but they did an insulation and crawl space makeover for me, plus helped resolve rodents / pest control. I began by reaching out to Attic Crawl (and others) for quotes, and these guys were very quick and responsive throughout the project. They came out to do an inspection, their quotes were very competitive, and they were flexible with scheduling me in. We had a bad rodent problem, odors, and a crawl space that required a lot of work. These guys worked extremely hard, found and fixed the issue (decaying rodents!), and kept me posted on the progress of the work. I couldn't have asked for a better team, and will definitely try to use them again!! Everyone involved were extremely impressed with the work they did, and Attic Crawl team was a pleasure to work with. I would give them more than 5-stars if I could!

Had a mice problem in our crawl space. Attic Crawls quote was very reasonable so we chose them. Alex and team completed our project in a day. About two months later crawl space is still mice free. Alex also provided some guidance with our upstairs attic as well with a ventilation issue. Thanks.

    Sealing gaps to prevent bugs

This is my second time using Attic Crawl! Alex and his crew first cleaned out my entire crawl space because mice and rats had entered. He totally restored it and made it look brand new. He also noticed I had mold in my attic space while inspecting the home due to poor ventilation. I decided to put a new roof on and replace the plywood that was primarily affect. After that I called Alex back to clean out the attic space, spray to kill the mold, paint the affected area and put new insulation. Alex also rodent proofed the area to prevent future problems and gave more air flow to the area. Alex has the best pricing around and great service as well (half the price of big companies). He is very responsive and took great care of my home for the second time. If you need any attic or crawl space work this is your guy! Couldn't be happier

Attic Crawl was referred to me by a friend when I mentioned I needed someone to clean up my crawlspace after a plumbing issue that released black water into the crawl space. I called Crawl Space and received a prompt call back, and then the owner, Alex, came THE SAME DAY to look over the site and give me an estimate. What I really appreciated was his honesty--he told me most of the space looked really good and that to save money, not all of the vapor barrier material needed to be replaced unless I wanted it all done. His rates were so reasonable, however, that I did end up having it all replaced. They fit me into their schedule quickly (just a few days later). Alex and another worker showed up promptly. He explained what they'd be doing, and then told me he'd send photos throughout the process. Sure enough, I got before, during, and after photos, which I really appreciated. It's nice knowing I can be confident that they did a thorough job. Additionally, they cleaned out the massive amount of pine needles that had accumulated around all of my vents, and removed some piles of old insulation that had rodent droppings on them. When it was done, they cleaned up after themselves and removed the disposed of the old materials. I was really impressed with how Alex ran his company, how affordable they were, the ease with which I could reach them, and the meticulous work they did. I cannot recommend them highly enough. If you need your attic or crawl space cleaned out, removal of dead rodents, new insulation or vapor barrier installed, these are your guys! Here are some of the before and after photos.

A DEMOLISHING COMPANY WITH A HEART!…read more I can't say enough good things about Affordable Environmental, the owner Tony Chase, and his work crew. I've been trying off and on to leave a review and finally figured it out. In Spring 2023, Tony was hired to demolish a condemned 1930's farm house on my property that needed to come down. Everything was done on time, responsibly, and by the book, with asbestos abatement included. All for a very competitive price. And then the big twist happened, which really confirmed Tony's stellar reputation: After being told by the asbestos workers that there may be an old log cabin underneath the farm house, Tony took his time and "skinned" the side off, rather than just demolishing everything. He was able to do so because he is very skilled with a track hoe; it was like watching an artist at work! And sure enough, underneath was a solid log cabin structure that our local historical society estimates to be an old logging cabin from circa 1870's. Intact cabins like this are very hard to find and a historic preservationist is currently conducting research to confirm the age and ownership. But Affordable Environmental, aka Tony Chase, didn't stop there. Tony felt very strongly about keeping this historic find safe during the winter so it wouldn't deteriorate. He volunteered the materials and staff time to construct a roof structure, wrap the building in plastic, and install one of his own large dehumidifiers to keep it dry inside. And it's working! Research on this historic logging cabin can continue and perhaps grants can be found to preserve the structure for the long term. Thank you Tony Chase and the AE crew!

Fantastic group to work with. I am the Facilities Manager for a large gear manufacturing company…read morehere in Seattle WA. We recently had Mike Smith from Omega-Morgans rigging branch come out to help us get a couple 65,000 pound gear boxes into our plant. In working with Mike we came up with a very well structured plan to cover offloading of the parts in the street, then moving them up to the building and ultimately squeezing into our bay door. The rigging crew showed up early and were totally ready to roll when the gear boxes arrived. The crew worked very well together under the direction of the supervisor (cant remember his name, sorry). One of the things that stood out to me was that when the trucks arrived at our site (who are not part of Omega Morgan) the OM guys started right in, helping get the gear boxes un-chained and un-tarped which was a fair amount of work in itself. Other crews we've had in here tend to not do any more than they have to, with the overview that "its not my job to do that". The OM team were very proffessional, and very systematic in how they worked, there was none of the typical "standing by" while waiting for their turn. They made all the different aspects of the project fall under thier "to-do" list, helping do whatever needed to be done to keep the project moving forward. We also had a couple "suprizes" come up with one of the loads, which the OM crew just handled without skipping a beat. They had all the tools and rigging needed, and it was all in good working order (another thing that has come up with other crews). I am very confident that the OM team would be very helpful and relieve allot of stress having them involved in any heavy rigging scenario that might come up. PS, Its not hard to figure out who we are from the descrption above (not sure if we are allowed to use business names on yelp reviews) If I can answer any questions pertaining to this group, please feel free to contact me. Three items--a partial curtain rod, crib hardware, and a stepping ladder--went missing after the period their crew had exclusive access to my home. A value of $373.96 from a $41,019.80 bill. I have timestamped photos showing these items being present before work began and during, and missing after their crew finished. Despite providing this evidence and a detailed timeline, the company repeatedly denied responsibility, suggesting the items may have been moved before their arrival, even though we had not lived in the home and no other work had occurred during that time. It makes no sense for us to lose these 3 random items as they claimed when there were much more valuable items in the impacted room. The company promised comprehensive documentation of all items handled for insurance purposes, but what I received was incomplete and inconsistent. Some photos were sent to my husband, and there was no clear record of items removed from certain rooms and where they placed each item in the kitchen. When issues were raised, the company provided shifting explanations and ultimately refused to reimburse the $373.96 replacement cost for the missing items. Additionally, I had to correct a previous billing error where I was charged for all quoted hours that were not worked. This, combined with the poor communication and lack of accountability, left me with no confidence in their professionalism or customer service. I am sharing this experience so other homeowners are aware of the risks and documentation issues. If you expect clear records and accountability, I recommend considering another company.

I wrote to the company to request that the quote be e-mailed to us, but we never received the quote. If the communication is this bad when simply requesting a quote, I can only imagine how poor it would be if we had hired them.
