Met with Jorge who was knowledgeable, friendly and truly wanted us to have a good experience. After getting the quote from them we decided to move forward. The process of signing the contract online and communication via text messages were excellent. They removed all the old insulation, air sealed up the attic in the floor and canned light fixtures, sanitized the attic and rodent proofed. I also needed a bathroom exhaust duct installed, which they did that as well. Our house gets really hot on the 2nd floor, so we opted for the double sided radiant barrier as well in the trusses. R38 was blown in to approximately 13 inches. The team did an excellent job, showed up on time and cleaned up afterwards. This job actually took 2 days, but I would have rather take their time to do great work instead of rushing, so I didn't mind. They also took a bunch of photos along the way and then sent them to me afterwards.
