Ahmad was very responsive from the beginning of the process. He patiently answered all my questions and educated me about the different insulation types. We previously had some rodent problems, so I sought out quotes through Yelp for crawl-space cleaning, sanitizing/decontamination, rodent-proofing, and possible rodent extermination. Ahmad responded to my inquiry with a detailed explanation of what steps him and his team would take, and after some conversation I decided to hire Attic Repair Guys to take care of our crawl-space. The team arrived, armed with bodysuits and protective gear, and was very patient in listening to me pointing out all the troublesome spots. They were very detail-oriented and extremely thorough, and had even pointed out some problem areas that I hadn't seen or thought of. They sealed off all our external entrypoints, sanitized and cleaned up the crawl space, and set traps. At the end of the job, Ahmad did point out that I may need to do additional work with insulation in the crawl-space. He provided a quote, but wasn't pushy on the service. Typically the team will come check on the traps 2 weeks after the first visit, but after two days, one of our other repair guys (unrelated) pointed out there was a rat caught in one of the traps in our water heater closet. I texted Ahmad, and he came later that day to take care of it, no questions asked! Of all the quotes I received, Attic Repair Guys wasn't necessarily the cheapest, but their price was still very reasonable and after interacting with them, I truly appreciate their professionalism and their responsibility. We just used Attic Repair Guys to remove all the old musty insulation from under the first floor of our house. It was a big job because the ground floor is over 1,700 square feet. I was impressed when his team arrived with all the appropriate clothing, hazmat suits, respirator breathing masks, eye goggles, etc....
